为了满足狭小空间下液压驱动远程、高柔性的特殊要求,提出一种机/液复合的非对称双液压缸方案。该方案采用双微型液压缸经细长软管并联,电机驱动滚珠丝杠推动力源缸移动,由两缸间建立的油压驱动目标缸位移,构成非对称双缸驱动。分别构建开环及闭环控制系统,为获得理想的稳态与动态性能,考虑软管形变的影响对该系统进行了AMESim建模与仿真。结果表明,微型缸的连接软管引起较长的启动死区并降低了回程复位精度及动态特性。在双缸结构参数完全一致的基础上,采用适当比例的非对称双缸设计可改善上述性能并保证系统稳定性。 相似文献

A study was undertaken to compare power loss and pad temperature characteristics between LEG (leading edge groove) tilting pad journal bearings and conventional tilting pad journal bearings with and without a seal tooth. All test bearings were double tilting type with six-pad LOP (Load On Pad), 300.6 mm inner diameter, and 120.0 mm effective length. Pad temperatures and power losses were compared and evaluated versus rotor rotational speed, oil flow rate, and static load. Four kinds of tilting pad journal bearings were evaluated, conventional tilting pad journal bearings with and without a seal tooth and LEG tilting pad journal bearings with and without a seal tooth.Test results indicate that tilting pad journal bearings without a seal tooth have lower power loss and pad temperature than tilting pad journal bearings with a seal tooth. Especially, conventional tilting pad journal bearing without a seal tooth has the lowest power loss and pad temperature among the test bearings. 相似文献

主要研究通过开设不同结构形式的均压槽来提高静压气体轴颈轴承的承载能力和刚度,利用加权余量法和有限元离散化方法求解雷诺方程进行数值计算和仿真,针对单排孔和双排孔轴颈轴承,分析不同长度的周向均压槽,以及不同数量、不同位置和不同长度的轴向均压槽对轴承承载能力和刚度的影响规律。结果发现:开设周向均压槽和轴向均压槽都可以提高轴承的承载能力,相比开设周向均压槽,开设轴向均压槽对提高轴承的承载能力更为有效,而且只开设一条或两条轴向均压槽就能显著提高轴承的承载能力,通常将轴向均压槽置于气膜间隙较小的位置时能使轴承的承载能力和刚度最大。数值仿真结果通过试验进行验证,研究结果可用以指导高承载和高刚性静压气体轴颈轴承的设计。 相似文献

针对三环减速器机构中的虚约束,提出了以运动副接触变形为基础的变形协调方程;建立了含有虚约束的多相并列平行曲柄机构受力分析模型。在此基础上分析计算了三环减速器的轴承载荷和高速轴曲柄上的转矩;探讨了机构克服死点的机理;并对减速器的结构设计和参数选择提出了一些建议。 相似文献

Non-circular bearings are finding extensive use in high speed machinery as they enhance shaft stability, reduce power losses and increase oil flow (as compared to circular bearings), thus reducing bearing temperatures. Elliptical bearings are among the commonly used non-circular bearings. In this paper, a solution using a variational approach has been presented to analyse elliptical bearings. The effects of stepped film-thickness on the various characteristics of squeeze films, conical bearings and hydrostatic step seals, using a power law fluid as lubricant have been investigated. It has been shown that the load capacities of squeeze film bearings decrease and those of conical bearings and step seals increase, with the increase in the step height. With a hydrostatic step seal, the load capacity increases as the flow behaviour index of the power law fluid increases. 相似文献
