生物质稻壳与废轮胎以不同比例组成的均匀混合物在管式固定床内共热解,MCM-41和SBA-15作为催化剂,对产生的热解油性质进行了研究。结果表明,随着废轮胎在混合物中比例增加,热解油产率和热值在增加,而黏度和密度在降低。当稻壳占到60%(质量)时,热解液体产率为44.5%(质量),热解油热值为40 MJ·kg-1,热值与柴油接近;温度对热解油的产率和组分柠檬精油的生成影响较大。对组成一定的混合物,在热解温度500℃时二者均达到最大。通过对热解油主要组分柠檬精油和氧含量的分析说明,共热解过程中组分间可以产生一定的相互作用,并具有协同效果,体现在柠檬精油组分的含量低于加权后的浓度,氧含量大于加权后的数值;与没有催化剂存在情况相比,MCM-41和SBA-15的存在能显著降低热解液体的黏度和密度,其中,SBA-15的降低效果更为明显。 相似文献

介绍废轮胎热解行为的研究进展状况,包括废轮胎热解的技术分类、热解过程和动力学模型、影响因素以及热解产物。温度、升温速率、催化剂、载气与粒径等均会对废轮胎热解过程产生影响,其中温度是最关键的因素,在不同的温度阶段,轮胎的不同组分发生热解,表现为其各自独特的热解现象和特征,可以根据所需目标产物的不同,选择相应的热解技术及工艺条件。指出未来废轮胎热解的研究方向为开发性能更加优异的反应器、寻找更加廉价高效的催化剂、对反应机理及动力学进行进一步研究、开发热解产物的应用途径及加工技术等。 相似文献

The gaseous products of co-pyrolysis of waste tires and biomass under DC arc plasma condition were investigated. The results showed that the volumetric concentration of acetylene in carbon-containing gases obtained when waste tires, biomass and coal were separately pyrolyzed was 14.6%, 13.7% and 10.6% respectively when the parameters experimental run were 150 A of electric current, 310 V of voltage, 2.0 m^3 · h^-1 of flux of argon, 0.65 m^3 · h^-1 of flux of main hydrogen, 0.4 m^3 ·h^-1 of flux of auxiliary hydrogen and 5.0 × 10^-4 kg · s^-1 of feed rate. Under the same condition, the volumetric concentration of acetylene in carbon-containing gases produced from the mixtures of biomass and waste tires when the mass ratio of biomass and waste tire was 1/2 increased obviously, nearly 2--3 times that of tires or biomass pyrolyzed separately. The concentration of acetylene was closely related to the volatile matter and the amount of oxygen. 概述国内外废轮胎热解技术的研究现状及发展趋势,国外废轮胎热解采用移动床,固定床、流化床、烧蚀床、悬浮炉和回转窑等反应器,有代表性的热解工艺包括真空移动床,两段移动床、流化床、连续烧蚀床和回转窑热解工艺等;通常热解炭被粉碎处理作为炭黑使用,热解油作为燃料油使用,废钢丝网收再利用.国内对废轮胎热解技术的研究大多局限于微型和小型试验台研究,产业化应用研究水平相对于国外较低,尚末开发出技术成熟的中试规模以上的热解工艺.开发经济性更佳、资源利用更彻底的热解工艺将是今后废轮胎热解技术研究的重点. 相似文献

为探究在配煤方案中添加废轮胎对煤热解过程以及焦炭质量的影响,使用大容量热失重装置研究较大质量(4 g)样品的热解行为。考察了煤与废轮胎共热解行为,揭示煤与废轮胎在热解过程中协同效应,反映热解动力学参数的变化规律以及热解焦炭微晶结构的特征变化,为废轮胎用于配煤炼焦提供初步的指导作用。结果表明:在460℃~570℃之间,废轮胎与煤混合物的实验失重wexp大于理论计算值wcal,存在着明显的协同效应;动力学分析表明废轮胎有着比煤低的活化能,热解焦炭的活化能随着废轮胎混合比例增多而减小;XRD研究表明添加废轮胎热解焦炭的d002,a,Lc, a和Lc, a/d002.a都比煤热解焦炭的相应参数小,随着废轮胎的配比增加,热解焦炭样品XP(无定形衍射峰峰面积占石墨化峰峰面积与无定形衍射峰峰面积之和的比值)明显减小,XG(石墨化峰峰面积占无定形衍射峰峰面积与石墨化峰峰面积之和的比值)增大;通过Raman光谱分析,表明样品的I<... 相似文献

基于固定床管式热解炉对废轮胎热解产物性质进行了详细的研究和分析,根据热解产物特性针对性地提出了产物的改性提质方法,并基于该方法自主设计开发了一套适用于废轮胎高效能源资源化利用的梯级螺旋热解中试装置,以获得高品质热解产物。甲苯抽出物透光率和闪点分别是限制热解炭黑和热解油高效安全应用的瓶颈问题。本文开发的中试热解装置采用梯级热解技术和多级冷凝技术,可有效改善热解产物品质,所得热解炭黑甲苯抽出物透光率达到100%,热解油闪点达到76.5℃,均满足相应标准。同时,中试装置采用热解气循环燃烧供能的方案,可实现装置的热量自维持,显著降低工艺热解能耗。本文基于自主开发的中试梯级热解装置,解决了废轮胎热解产物高值化利用的瓶颈问题,以期为废轮胎热解技术规模化推广应用奠定基础。 相似文献

Thermal plasma pyrolysis of waste tyres for recovering energy was performed in a nitrogen plasma reactor. The main gaseous products were identified by chromatography as H2, CO, CH4, C2H2 and so on. From a series of experiments, the effects of the process parameters of thermal plasma pyrolysis were investigated. Under our experimental conditions with steam injection, the total contents of H2 and CO reached up to 38.3% in the gas product, C2H2 up to 4%, and the maximum calorific value of the pyrolysis gas was 8.96 MJ/m3. The results indicate that plasma-assisted thermal decomposition of waste tyre particles may be a useful way for recovering energy and useful chemicals. 相似文献

The pyrolysis kinetics of a mixture of the four principal papers (uncoated and coated printing/writing papers, newsprint, and tissue paper) in municipal solid waste (MSW) was investigated with a thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) reaction system. The experiments were carried out in a nitrogen environment over the temperature range of 450 to 900 K at various constant heating rates of 1, 2, and 5 K min−1. The results indicated that there were two principal reactions in the TGA curves as distinguished by the two significant and distinct mass changes over the experimental conditions. The pyrolysis of a paper mixture can be adequately described by a two reaction model. The effect of interaction between the components of a paper mixture on the pyrolysis rate was insignificant. The results for the pyrolysis rates of paper mixtures with slow heating rates can be represented by the weighting sum of the corresponding pyrolysis rates of the components of papers in MSW. The experimental results were satisfactorily fitted by the proposed chemical reaction kinetic equations and able to provide useful data for the design of a pyrolytic processing system for the waste papers in MSW. © 1997 SCI. 相似文献

分析了国内常用废旧硅橡胶裂解方法的利弊 ,介绍了一种新型裂解催化剂BY -H。采用该催化剂可有效地提高二甲基环硅氧烷混合物的回收率和质量 ,平均收率可达废旧硅橡胶中聚硅氧烷总量的 95 %以上 ;所回收的二甲基环硅氧烷混合物经精制后用于生产 1 0 7硅橡胶 ,其粘度可达 5 0 0Pa·s,且稳定性好 ;工艺条件也得到了明显的改善。 相似文献
