南海配网自动化系统的建设与应用

南海供电局目前试点应用的配网自动化系统是基于WindowsNT系统平台的配调一体化系统,系统采用烟台东方电子DF9100系统,实现了对开关站、配电房内配电设备的状态监测,具有对配电开关的遥信、遥测、遥控功能和配网线路故障的诊断和辅助决策功能,已稳定运行6年,该系统的应用经验可为将要进行配网自动化系统建设的单位提供较强的参考。

基于IEC61850标准的白城变电站数字化改造

IEC61850 标准的颁布与推广为数字化变电站的发展提供了基础平台。首先介绍220 kV 白城变电站现状,并分析现有的问题;针对该变电站的薄弱环节,提出了在变电站层配置DF1900 监控系统和在间隔层配置DF1925 测控系统以及接入电子式互感器的变电站数字化改造方案,并从可靠性、可用率和灵活性方面对该改造方案进行了技术评价。从评价结果可知,改造不仅使该变电站的可靠性和可用率增强,而且系统的灵活性也有很大提高;同时节约了大量购买一次设备费用,经济性较好,为旧式变电站向数字化变电站过渡提供了新思路。     

电力企业数据中心数据管控的研究与应用

为实现数据中心数据管理规范化,高效地完成数据中心系统平台和接口运行的监控工作,文章对电网企业数据中心数据管控平台研发工作进行了介绍,阐述了平台的功能和技术架构设计。描述了关键解决方案,总结了平台应用成功经验。该平台的应用规范了数据中心数据的使用,提高了运维工作效率,能够对其他企业数据中心管控工作提供参考。     

Use of natural gas,methanol, and ethanol fuel emulsions as environmentally friendly energy carriers for mobile heat power plants

The need for using environmentally friendly energy carriers for mobile heat power plants (HPPs) is grounded. Ecologically friendly sources of energy, such as natural gas as well as renewable methyl and ethyl alcohols, are investigated. In order to develop, determine, and optimize the composition of environmentally friendly energy carriers for an HPP, the latter has been tested when working on diesel fuel (DF), compressed natural gas (CNG), and methanol and ethanol fuel emulsions (MFE, EFE). It has been experimentally established that, for the application of environmentally friendly energy carriers for a 4Ch 11.0/12.5 diesel engine of a mobile fuel and power plant, it is necessary to maintain the following ratio of components when working on CNG: 80% gas and 20% DF primer portion. When working on an alcohol mixture, emulsions of the following composition were used: 25% alcohol (methanol or ethanol), 0.5% detergent-dispersant additive succinimide C-5A, 7% water, and 67.5% DF. When this diesel passed from oil DF to environmentally friendly energy sources, it allowed for the reduction of the content of exhaust gases (EG) (1) when working on CNG with recirculation of exhaust gases (EGR) (recirculation was used to eliminate the increased amount of nitric oxides by using CNG): carbon black by 5.8 times, carbon dioxide by 45.9%, and carbon monoxide by 23.8%; (2) when working on MFE: carbon black by 6.4 times, nitrogen oxides by 29.6%, carbon dioxide by 10.1%, and carbon oxide by 47.6%; (3) when working on EFE: carbon black by 4.8 times; nitrogen oxides by 40.3%, carbon dioxide by 26.6%, and carbon monoxide by 28.6%. The prospects of use of environmentally friendly energy carriers in diesels of mobile HPPs, such as natural gas, ethanol, and methanol, has been determined.     

基于组件的工作流管理平台的设计与实现

根据工作流的基本理论和实现技术,并结合电力企业的业务要求,提出了供电企业工作流管理平台的设计方案,重点阐述了工作流管理平台的设计思想和工作原理。描述了整个工作流管理平台的系统结构和特点,并给出了工作流程。对工作流管理平台的组成部分即图形化的工作流程定义工具、工作流定义库、工作流实例库、工作流引擎、触发器、API接口的功能做了介绍。     

A small‐size self‐propelled Stewart platform

This paper describes a self‐propelled Stewart platform. The Stewart platform usually consists of a base platform, a moving platform, and linear actuators connecting the platforms. We use six stacked‐type piezoelectric actuators as linear actuators. Mechanical joints connected the linear actuators and both of the platforms. We inserted electromagnets between the linear actuators and the base platform instead of the mechanical joints. This structure enables the Stewart platform to move on a surface by using the principle of inchworm motion. While the electromagnets fix the linear actuators on the base platform, the proposed Stewart platform realizes a precise 6‐DOF motion. Control signals are designed for small displacement based on inverse kinematics, and for a wide working area based on the principle of inchworm motion. The position and orientation of the moving platform are measured, and experimental results indicate the feasibility of the proposed mechanism. The mechanism is effective for a precise position system which has unlimited working space. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 半闭环、全闭环兼容的位置控制数控飞锯系统

DF(PLC)-1型数控飞锯控制系统兼容了半闭环和全闭环两种位置控制方式。半闭环采取传统的2个旋转编码器控制方式。全闭环在半闭环基础上增加了1个固定在运行的飞锯床身上使用金属码盘编码器的3个旋转编码器控制方式。该系统中采用西门子通用可编程控制器S7—200，人机接口TD200，欧陆SSD-590直流驱动装置以及为此配置设计的专用接口板组成一个可靠、稳定、低成本的硬件平台。为此硬件平台设计的计算机程序(S7-200)、组态软件设置(TD200，SSD-590)，使本控制系统达到了BS标准中钢管定尺要求的控制精度。     

基于ARM11的麦克风控制器软件平台研究

大多数会议存在时间利用率不高的问题,为了提高工作效率,提出了基于ARM11的嵌入式平台的麦克风控制器设计方案,并完成了麦克风控制器的软硬件设计.麦克风控制器软件部分主要利用PC,ARM开发板完成软件平台的构建,软件设计主要由Qt Creator软件完成开发,且可以提供手动工作和自动工作两种模式,测试结果能够很好地实现对...     

基于滚筒式制动试验台的汽车制动试验仿真

介绍了反力滚筒式制动试验台的总体结构及工作原理,采用虚拟样机软件ADAMS建立了整车和滚筒式制动试验台模型.通过仿真试验,分析了滚筒直径和滚筒表面附着系数对制动力仿真结果的影响,为优化滚筒式制动试验台提供一定依据.     

基于SVG的公共信息交互平台

根据图形显示领域的实现技术和电力系统建模手段,结合电力企业信息化、网络化的需求,提出了基于SVG的公共信息交互平台设计方案,阐述了设计思想和系统工作流程。具体描述了公共信息交互平台的结构、功能特点,以及其组成部分即公共图形库、公共信息模型库、图形交互平台的运作方式。     

A Remote Laboratory Platform for Electrical Drive Control Using Programmable Logic Controllers

Many teaching institutions worldwide are working on distance learning applications. In this field, remote laboratories are enabling intensive use of university facilities, while aiding the work of professors and students. The present paper introduces a platform designed to be used in industrial automation practical work. The platform is communicable through the Internet, includes programmable logic controllers that can be programmed with the open software CoDeSys, and has various sensors and actuators used in industrial installations. The various experimental stations of the platform, and the proposed laboratory exercises are described. The results of having used the platform with students are discussed.
