研究了内置一体式好氧膜生物反应器(MBR)对聚酯废水的处理效果与影响因素。结果表明:HRT应根据进水水质在13~36h内调整,以保证出水水质达到污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)化纤浆粕工业类一级排放标准。最佳的有机负荷、容积负荷、DO和pH值分别为0.16kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d)、1.6kgCOD/(m3·d)、2~4mg/L和7.5左右。所用MBR对聚酯废水的COD去除效果比较稳定,出水COD基本小于90mg/L,平均去除率达93.7%。MBR对NH 4-N的平均去除率在97.3%,出水NH4 -N小于2mg/L。对磷的平均去除率为71.6%,但会存在出水磷含量超过1mg/L的现象。另外,化学清洗可以恢复膜清水通量的95%,并结合扫描电镜对清洗前后的膜表面进行了微观分析。 相似文献

采用内置一体式好氧MBR,选择DO2~4mg/L、HRT4d,容积负荷1.7kgCOD/(m3·d)、污泥负荷小于0.23kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d)的工艺参数,在常温下对生活垃圾渗滤液进行处理,中试试验结果表明MBR对COD的去除效果很好,平均去除率为89.8%,上清液COD的平均去除率为85.3%;MBR对NH4 -N的平均去除率为61.7%,但去除效果存在波动;处理出水中磷含量能达到排放标准。另外,结合水力冲洗和化学清洗对污染后膜进行了清洗,并通过扫描电镜对膜表面进行了观察。 相似文献

膜生物反应器(MBR)废水处理技术开发始于20世纪90年代,近年来MBR技术的应用在世界上维持着每年高于10%的增长率。随着对水资源利用水平要求的不断提高,我国已经成为世界上MBR工程应用增长最快的国家。特别是2005年以来,处理能力5 000m3/d以上的新建大中型MBR项目均保持大于100%的年增长率。作者介绍了膜生物反应器(MBR)污水处理技术工程应用的主要类型及特点,总结了膜污染的机理、主要影响因素及当前工程上对膜污染的主要控制手段,给出了当前几种典型的生活污水及工业废水MBR工艺的工程应用的技术经济情况,显示出MBR工艺的应用前景。 相似文献

Treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater is a real challenge for wastewater engineers. In this study, a pilot-scale system including an external loop airlift membrane bioreactor (ELAMBR) was applied for treatment of a synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater. The performance of this system was evaluated in removal of acetaminophen as the main pollutant of a pharmaceutical wastewater. A conventional activated sludge (CAS process) laboratory system was used in parallel with this system to compare both systems in regard to their ability for acetaminophen removal. The performance of the ELAMBR system was monitored for approximately one month to investigate the long-term operational stability of the system and possible effects of solids retention time on the efficiency of removal of acetaminophen. The removal efficiency was significantly higher in the ELAMBR system than the CAS process. 100% of the acetaminophen was removed after 2 days in this system. The results also showed that initial concentration of acetaminophen, chemical oxygen demand (COD) and mixed liquid suspended solids (MLSS) are the most effective parameters in removal of a pollutant such as acetaminophen. This study demonstrates the usefulness of ELAMBR system for pharmaceutical wastewater treatment with the advantages such as: (i) simple operation and maintenance, (ii) efficient removal of pharmaceutical pollutant and COD and (iii) low-energy consumption. 相似文献

采用无纺布平板膜生物反应器对某高校游泳馆的洗浴废水进行处理,考察了无纺布膜生物反应器对洗浴废水的处理效果,并对该工艺进行了初步的技术经济分析。结果表明:无纺布膜生物反应器对洗浴废水处理效果良好,出水CODCr的质量浓度小于20 mg/L、BOD5的质量浓度小于5 mg/L、浊度小于1 NTU、NH3-N的质量浓度小于1 mg/L、LAS的质量浓度小于0.5 mg/L,各项指标均符合GB 18920—2002《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》标准的要求。技术经济分析结果表明,采用无纺布膜生物反应器工艺可有效降低工程投资和运行成本。 相似文献

Dyeing and printing wastewater treatment using a membrane bioreactor with a gravity drain 总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
A laboratory-scale membrane bioreactor (MBR) with a gravity drain was tested for dyeing and printing wastewater treatment from a wool mill. The MBR was operated with continuous permeate by gravity and without chemical cleaning for 135 days. Results showed that excellent effluent quality could meet the reuse water standard in China. The average concentrations of COD, BOD5, turbidity and color in the effluent were 36.9 mg l−1, 3.7 mg l−1, 0.2 NTU and 21 dilution times (DT), respectively. The average removal rates of COD, BOD5, turbidity and color were 80.3%, 95.0%, 99.3% and 58.7%, respectively. The membrane flux increased with increasing of aeration intensity, and its increasing rate was related to pressure-heads. The higher the pressure-head, the greater the impact of aeration intensity on membrane flux. Statistical analysis also showed that both the pressure-head and aeration intensity significantly affected membrane flux. Due to its compact design, simple operation and easy maintenance, MBR with a gravitational filtration system hs low energy consumption and is cost-effective to build and operate. If the life expectancy of the membrane is set for 3–4 years and the membrane flux is set at 15 l/m2·h, such a MBR would be very competitive. 相似文献

利用“通量阶式递增法”对临界通量进行了测定,得出MBR的3个水动力学操作区:超临界区、临界区和次临界区;在MLSS的质量浓度为6 000 mg/L、曝气量为0.5 m3/h的条件下,膜组件的临界通量区域为10.68~13.86 L/(m2.h),据此确定组件的次临界通量为12 L/(m2.h)。在此基础上研究了次临界通量下的运行特性,试验表明,次临界通量下的膜污染过程具有明显的两阶段特征:第一阶段的TMP呈平缓直线上升,第二阶段的TMP呈剧烈直线上升。 相似文献
