介绍了一个已研制成功的通用化箱体类零件CAPP/NCP集民系统SUCAP,该系统能够对加工特征进行了定义,修改等管理工作。用户在特征库的支持下,对箱体类零件者描述,系统则根据描述的信息自动生成面向加工中心的工艺卡片和数控加工源代码。该系统已经得到了成功的应用。  相似文献

在统一的产品信息模型的基础上,采用 S T E P标准实现产品数据的交换与共享,制定了圆锥 轮的应用协议( Z C A P),达到 C A D/ C A P P系统集成。 C A D 系统根据 Z C A P建立零件特征模型,输出 S T E P中性文件。 C A P P系统根据应用协议对 S T E P中性文件进行后置处理,提取零件信息,制定加工工艺。为了使产品数据操作方便,该系统可以对产品数据进行查阅、修改及 S T E P文件的重构。  相似文献

Topic of the study is the formation of new PTFE polyamide materials by reactive extrusion. The new type of formed PTFE polyamide compound shows very good material properties. Recently it has been revealed that carboxylic acid groups exhibit a very high reactivity under polyamide melting conditions. PTFE micro powders functionalized by carboxylic acid groups are the base for the block copolymer formation in polyamide melts under defined process conditions. Such functionalized micro powders are formed from virgin PTFE by electron irradiation in the presence of oxygen. These new PTFE polyamide materials can be processed easily using commercial (common) process equipment like twin-screw extruders and injection molding. Many experimental investigations have been performed under dry sliding friction on PA 6, PA 6.6 and PA 12 compounds with PTFE weight portions between 3.3 and 50%. They show low coefficients of friction and low specific wear rates. The wear resistance of newly developed PTFE polyamide compounds is comparable with commercially available mechanically or physically produced PTFE and PEAK compounds.  相似文献

The influence of phased array (PA) pitch on signal/pattern-noise ratio when probing objects with inhomogeneous structure by low-aperture transducers of transverse acoustic waves is considered. A saturation phenomenon has been discovered for small PA pitches. The phenomenon is due to the influence of positive cross correlation between pattern-noise instances at neighboring receiving transducers. The optimum PA pitch has been determined to be approximately 0.5 of the wavelength when probing the object area across the PA and 0.4 of the wavelength when probing areas at the side of the PA. Experimental research has been carried out and proved the validity of the theoretical results.  相似文献

Monolayer films of metal phosphate were prepared by sequential adsorption of phosphoric acid (PA) and metal ions (Zr4+ or Ca2+). The monolayer formation was confirmed and characterized by ellipsometry and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Nanometer-scale patterning on the self-assembled metal phosphate films has been achieved using AFM. The difference in AFM lithography on positively charged surfaces in the case of Zr4+ and Ca2+ ions was investigated and summarized. Since the presence of the positive charges allows electrons to move from a tip to a layer easily, the lithographic process initiates at a lower voltage in the layer of Zr2+ phosphate than in the layer of Ca phosphate or PA. Other lithographic results on metal phosphate layers were compared with those on a monolayer of PA.  相似文献

Short glass fibre‐reinforced polyamide 6 and polyamide 11 (PA 6 and PA 11) with and without a solid lubricant of polytetrafluoroethylene and metal powders (e.g., bronze) and copper as fillers were formulated and characterised for their compositional and mechanical properties. A tribological evaluation of these composites' abrasive wear was carried out by abrading a polymer pin against 80 grade (175 um) silicon carbide (SiC) paper under single‐pass conditions at various loads. It was observed that the fibre reinforcement reduced the abrasive wear resistance of virgin polymers. A combination of fibre and particulate fillers was further detrimental in this respect. Efforts were made to correlate the wear performance with the ductility factor, fracture toughness, and fracture energy in the case of PA 6 and its composites.  相似文献

In many applications, such as marine industries, pumping of underground water, and in some chemical industries, sliding elements are lubricated with the process fluid (e.g. salt water). Therefore, the effect of salt water on the tribological behaviour of metallic friction couples has been a subject of study. In the present work, the influence of salt water solution (3 wt. % sodium chloride) on the tribological behaviour of some polymeric coatings is investigated, using a pin-on-disc testing machine, at different sliding speeds and normal loads. The coating consists of a base-matrix of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polyamide (PA6) with different concentrations of copper- and tin-powder fillers. The effect of the formation of the oxide films, sodium hydroxide microlayers (NaOH) and the polymeric transformed films on the friction mechanism, is discussed. The results show that squeeze of the lubricant takes place in the presence of the NaCl-solution; and, despite the relatively low viscosity of the lubricant, hydrodynamic pressure affected the friction mechanism at the sliding speed of 0.50 m/s, resulting in a significant reduction in the coefficient of friction. The value of the coefficient of friction seems also to be affected by the generation of sodium hydroxide, as well as the oxide films and material transfer layers. At a low speed (0.20 m/s), the PA6-based composites with copper-filler showed an optimal wear resistance at normal loads up to 15N.  相似文献

为检验活塞环的密封性,进一步研究其摩擦学性能,建立内燃机环组密封数值仿真模型,模型中考虑气室体积、泄漏面积、内燃机运转工况和气室温度变化项等因素对活塞环密封性能的影响.以PA6-280柴油机为例,对活塞环组的密封性能进行仿真计算.结果表明,磨损对环组的密封性能影响很大,而工况对活塞环的密封性影响不是很明显;气室温度变化项对活塞环漏量影响较大,设计时不容忽视.  相似文献

The popular polycaprolactam (polyamide PA6), commonly referred to as nylon 6, widely used as a construction plastic, is not a typical material for micromachining by CO2 laser vaporization. In this paper, we describe investigations of the pulsed CO2 laser grooving of both the chemically pure and the organobentonite clay modified nylon 6. Our results indicate that doping of nylon 6 with nanoparticles of organophilized bentonite significantly improves the grooving ability, predictability of the process, and its quality. In order to determine the nature of the changes in the depth and width of the grooves as a function of the laser process parameters, theoretical modeling of the laser grooving of nylon was carried out. The basic parameters of the laser grooving process versus laser beam intensity, pulse repetition rate, scanning speed of the material and various compositions of the organophilized bentonite dopant are presented. Additionally, an example of a three-dimensional engraving/milling of tested materials as well as the impact of doping on the channel profile are examined. The modification of nylon 6 by appropriate doping with bentonite clay radically improves the quality of micromachining with a CO2 laser.  相似文献
