随着计算机和数控加工技术的迅猛发展,数控加工的图形仿真技术目前已成为CAD/CAM领域内一个重要的研究课题,而其中加工零件的空间曲面的图形显示则更是关键技术之一。本文采用Z-MAP结构作为实体的表示方法,在以正等轴测投影原理作为显示变换算法的基础上,最终采用双三次B样条插值算法实现了空间自由扭曲曲面的三维实体色调图显示。其算法简便、运算速度快,非常适合于三轴数控加工中自由曲面图形仿真的显示运算。  相似文献

Supply chain workflow modelling using XML-formatted modular petri nets   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
This paper presents a modelling methodology of a workflow system of operations in a supply chain (SC) aimed to improve, from the traditional method, the consistency and integrity of the workflow data being exchanged amongst business partners. In this research, an XML-supported modular petri net-based modelling technique is adopted for the representation of the local and global workflow of "practitioners" in a SC. After constructing a petri net, the model of workflow systems can be constructed, understood and analysed more easily. A modular compositional modelling method is adopted to fulfill the particular functional requirements of a collaborative modelling of dispersed business partners in an up-to-date globalised SC environment. Finally, the use of a widely adopted XML schema for data representation and standard interface and interconnection mechanisms development in a workflow model can further improve the model's overall flexibility and integrity.  相似文献

In this paper, a formulation for isothermal Elasto-Hydrodynamic Lubricated (EHL) contact problems, using the Boundary Element Method (BEM) is proposed. The BEM is used for modelling both bodies in contact. The proposed formulation evaluates directly the film thickness considering the elastic deformation of the bodies after treating the problem as a coupled system (solid–fluid–solid). The fluid is modelled using the Finite Difference Method (FDM). The forward iterative method is used as the solution algorithm of the elasto-hydrodynamic problem. The analysis demonstrate that the BEM is efficient for modelling both solids in contact and that the computational time remains low.  相似文献

Crusader is the US Army’s next generation cannon artillery system; it is a two-vehicle system consisting of a tracked self-propelled howitzer and a tracked ammunition resupply vehicle. Currently in demonstration/validation with fielding scheduled for 2008, Crusader is the US Army’s highest-priority combat vehicle development program. The Crusader development approach relies heavily on modelling and simulation (M&S) to accomplish program development objectives. In particular, M&S is being employed to streamline development by accelerating design and integration while simultaneously mitigating technical, cost, and schedule risk. To achieve these goals, Team Crusader is implementing a system simulation development process that provides for early, evolutionary and iterative design and integration. The primary building blocks of this process are: 1. Support models, including static solid modelling, dynamic solid modelling, human factors modelling, object modelling, and M&S metrics. 2. Integration support models, including the dynamic object model and the visual prototype, as well as simulators, emulators, and stimulators (SES). A common simulation framework emplaced across the development team provides the development environment to ensure M&S compatibility and integrability.  相似文献

The thermal diffusivity of solid samples is systematically underestimated in a photopyroelectric technique used in the standard back configuration due to the presence of the coupling fluid between sample and detector. In this work, we propose a new method to overcome the undesired effect of the coupling fluid. It relies on the use of a transparent pyroelectric sensor and a transparent coupling fluid, together with a self-normalization procedure. In this way, we are able to measure accurately (a) the thermal diffusivity of opaque solid samples, and (b) the thermal diffusivity and the optical absorption coefficient of semitransparent solid samples.  相似文献
