采用正交试验通过硅溶胶母料法制备低密度聚乙烯/纳米氧化硅(LDPE/nano SiOx)复合材料,研究乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、SiOx含量和分散剂种类对复合材料电性能的影响。通过体积电阻率实验、击穿场强实验和树枝放电实验进行测试和分析,结果表明,对复合材料综合性能影响的主次顺序是EVA含量与分散剂种类的影响相差不大,均大于SiOx含量的影响;综合性能好的复合材料的合适配方为:EVA3%(质量分数),SiOx1%(质量分数),分散剂为聚乙二醇200。  相似文献

To prepare silicon oxide (SiOx)‐deposited poly(ethylene terephthalate) films with high oxygen gas barrier capability, SiOx deposition by plasma polymerization has been investigated from the viewpoint of chemical composition. Tetramethoxysilane (TMOS) is suitable as a starting material for the synthesis of the SiOx films. The SiOx deposition under self‐bias, where the etching action occurs around an electrode surface, is effective in eliminating carbonaceous compounds from the deposited SiOx films. There is no difference in the chemical composition between the SiOx films deposited under self‐bias and under no self‐bias. The SiOx films are composed of a main component of Si O Si networks and a minor component of carbonized carbons. The SiOx films deposited under no self‐bias from the TMOS/O2 mixture show good oxygen gas barrier capability, but the SiOx films deposited under the self‐bias show poor capability. The minimum oxygen permeation rate for poly(ethylene terephthalate) films deposited SiOx film is 0.10 cm3 m−2 day−1 atm−1, which corresponds to an oxygen permeability coefficient of 1.4 × 10−17 cm3‐cm cm−2 s−1 cm−1 Hg for the SiOx film itself. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. In this study, the deposition of silicon oxide (SiOx) hard coatings on polycarbonate (PC) substrates was attempted with low‐temperature radio‐frequency (RF) plasmas from tetramethyldisiloxane (TMDSO) with the addition of oxygen. The coating uniformity and deposition rate were investigated in terms of substrate size, glow uniformity, and RF power input. The hardness of the resulting SiOx plasma coatings was examined by the ASTM pencil hardness test method. The hardness of the resulting SiOx plasma coatings was mainly determined by the TMDSO–O2 ratio in the plasma gas mixture. Ultraviolet–visible transmission spectra showed that these plasma coatings were transparent in the visible light region. Fourier transform infrared–attenuated total reflection analysis results indicated that the resulting SiOx plasma coatings were inorganic in nature. The interfacial adhesion, which is a common problem in the deposition of hard protective coatings on polymeric substrates, was also significantly improved by the deposition of an ultrathin plasma polymer interlayer from TMDSO before the deposition of the SiOx plasma coatings on the PC substrates. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Well-aligned and suspended polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) nanofibers with 8 mm in length were obtained by electrospinning. Using the aligned suspended PVP nanofibers array as template, aligned ultra-long silicon oxide (SiOx) nanotubes with very high aspect ratios have been prepared by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) process. The inner diameter (20-200 nm) and wall thickness (12-90 nm) of tubes were controlled, respectively, by baking the electrospun nanofibers and by coating time without sacrificing the orientation degree and the length of arrays. The micro-PL spectrum of SiOx nanotubes shows a strong blue-green emission with a peak at about 514 nm accompanied by two shoulders around 415 and 624 nm. The blue-green emission is caused by the defects in the nanotubes.  相似文献

Silicon oxide (SiOx) film deposition on the surface of oriented poly(propylene) (OPP) films was done to form a new oxygen gas barrier material using plasma polymerization of the tetramethoxysilane (TMOS)/O2 mixture. The SiOx film deposition on OPP films never improved oxygen gas barrier properties. The inefficacy of the SiOx deposition was due to poor adhesion at the interface between the deposited SiOx and OPP films and also to the formation of cracks in the deposited SiOx film. If prior to the SiOx film deposition surface modification of OPP films was done by a combination of the argon plasma treatment and TMOS coupling treatment, this contributed effectively to strong adhesion leading to success in the SiOx deposition on the OPP film surface, and then the oxygen gas barrier ability was improved. The oxygen permeation rate through the SiOx‐deposited OPP film was decreased from 2230 to 37–52 cm3/m2/day/atm, which was comparable to that of poly(vinylidene chloride), 55 cm3/m2/day/atm at a film thickness of 11 μm. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. SiC-SiOx nanowires (NWs) with core-shell and chain-bead structures were synthesized via a catalyst-free chemical vapor deposition (CVD) route without Ar gas, using silicon and coal tar pitch powders as raw materials. The SiC-SiOx NWs with sharp tips formed by solid-vapor between Si (s) and CO (g) or C (s) and SiO (g), liquid-vapor between Si (l) and CO (g), and vapor-vapor between SiO (g) and CO (g) growth process along the [111] direction. The NWs were several millimeters in length, and the average diameters of the chains and beads were 40–90 nm and 325 nm, respectively. The obtained NWs had good blue-green photoluminescence property owing to the stacking faults and amorphous SiOx. This novel CVD route is simple, low cost and suitable for large-scale production.  相似文献

以纳米SiOx粉体为载体,通过共价接枝修饰,制备出烷基化聚乙烯亚胺接枝SiOx纳米抗菌剂,将其添加到高聚物中制备出抗菌聚乙烯(PE)塑料。实验结果表明:纳米SiOx粉体已经成功接枝上了有机高分子基团,添加3%这种抗菌剂制备的抗菌PE塑料对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率都大于96%,达到了强抗菌效果,并且制备的抗菌PE塑料具有良好的抗菌长效性。  相似文献

One-dimensional (1D) uniform multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)@Si/SiOx@C nanocomposites were prepared by the magnesiothermic reduction of MWCNT@SiO2 nanocables and subsequent carbon coating process. Through simply altering the acid-treatment conditions, SiOx were reserved on the surface of MWCNTs to seal and fix the Si nanoparticles, along with the carbon coating layer, the reducted Si nanoparticles (Si NPs) were entirely encapsulated in the 1D coaxial nanocomposites. Due to the multiple volume expansion limit effects of inner Si nanoparticles, the cycling stability has been greatly improved. When worked as anodes for lithium-ion batteries, the MWCNTs@Si/SiOx@C electrode exhibits better electrochemical properties than bulk Si and MWCNTs, as well as an extending cycle life of 500 cycles in comparsion to our previous MWCNTs@Si nanocomposites. It is believed that the MWCNTs can provide structural support and enhance the electronic mobility, while the SiOx and carbon buffer component would anchor the Si NPs firmly and accommodate the volume expansion of Si.  相似文献

Plasma polymerization of silane compounds has been discussed for deposition of SiOx positron emission tomography (PET) films at room temperature. A mixture of tetramethoxysilane (TMOS) and oxygen containing 60 mol % O2 is a preferable raw material for SiOx formation by plasma polymerization. The deposited plasma polymers consist mainly of Si(SINGLE BOND)O networks with small amount of Si(SINGLE BOND)OH and Si(SINGLE BOND)C groups. A part of Si(SINGLE BOND)O networks in the plasma polymers is distorted by the Si(SINGLE BOND)OH and Si(SINGLE BOND)C groups. The oxygen permeability coefficient for the plasma polymer itself is 2.1 × 10−15 (STP) cm3/cm/cm2/s/cm Hg, which is lower than that for hydrolyzed ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer (Eval) and poly(vinylidene chloride) (Saran). Conclusively, the plasma polymer deposited from the mixture of TMOS and oxygen containing 60 mol % O2 is a material with good oxygen barrier properties. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 以纳米SiOx为改性材料,采用浇铸工艺制备了纳米SiOx/环氧树脂复合材料。探讨了纳米复合材料的分散工艺方法以及不同的纳米SiOx含量对复合材料力学性能和耐热性能的影响。结果表明,当纳米材料质量分数为1%时,复合材料的分散效果好,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率提高到3倍,无缺口冲击强度达11.6kJ/m^2,洛氏硬度和耐热性能也有提高。  相似文献

自制抗菌纳米SiOx粉体添加于聚氯乙烯(PVC)基材制备PVC/SiOx复合抗菌材料,当抗菌纳米SiOx添加量为1 %(质量分数,下同)时,制备的复合抗菌材料对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率分别达到92 %和89 %。复合抗菌材料具有良好的抗菌长效性且在力学性能上有较大提高,其拉伸强度和冲击强度分别提高了66.3 %和124.1 %。抗菌纳米SiOx粉体在PVC中的分散良好。  相似文献

ABSTRACT: The microwave absorption properties of Ni/(C, silicides) nanocapsules prepared by an arc discharge method have been studied. The composition and the microstructure of the Ni/(C, silicides) nanocapsules were determined by means of X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectric spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscope observations. Silicides, in the forms of SiOx and SiC, mainly exist in the shells of the nanocapsules and result in a large amount of defects at the 'core/shell' interfaces as well as in the shells. The complex permittivity and microwave absorption properties of the Ni/(C, silicides) nanocapsules are improved by the doped silicides. Compared with those of Ni/C nanocapsules, the positions of maximum absorption peaks of the Ni/(C, silicides) nanocapsules exhibit large red shifts. An electric dipole model is proposed to explain this red shift phenomenon.  相似文献
