A novel alkoxycarbonyl thiourea resin(ATR) was synthesized by monomer polymerization of oxydiethane-2,1-diyl dicarbonisothiocyanatidate and polyethylene polyamine, and characterized by FT-IR. The adsorption properties of ATR were investigated by batch test. The adsorption capacities for Au(Ⅲ), Ag(Ⅰ), Cu(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅲ), Ca(Ⅱ) and Mg(Ⅱ) are 4.65, 4.40,0.40, 0.90, 0.86, 0.0080 and 0.016 mmol/g, respectively, when the adsorption condition is as follows: contact time 24 h, temperature 30 ℃, initial concentration of Au(Ⅲ) 5.08 mmol/L and that of other metals 0.10 mol/L, and concentration of acid 1.0 mol/L. The adsorption capacity for Au(Ⅲ) increases with the increase of contact time, temperature and initial concentration of Au(Ⅲ). The capacity after five adsorption-desorption cycles remains 90% that of the first time, and the separation factors of ATR for binary metal ion solutions are larger than 995, indicating that ATR is of good regeneration property and selectivity. XPS results show that the functional atoms of ATR supply electrons for Au and coordinate with Au during the adsorption.  相似文献

High-yielding low-cost vanadium oxide nanotubes were prepared by the hydrothermal self-assembling process from vanadium pentoxide and organic molecules as structure-directing templates. Moreover, a new method was discovered for determining the content of V (Ⅳ) in vanadium oxide nanotubes by thermogravimetric analysis ( TGA ). This method is simple, precise and feasible and can be extended to determine the content of low oxidation state in the other transition metal oxide nanomaterials.  相似文献

Central discontinuous Galerkin (CDG) method is used to solve the Navier-Stokes equations for viscous flow in this paper. The CDG method involves two pieces of approximate solutions defined on overlapping meshes. Taking advantages of the redundant representation of the solution on the overlapping meshes, the cell interface of one computational mesh is right inside the staggered mesh, hence approximate Riemann solvers are not needed at cell interfaces. Third order total variation diminishing (TVD) Runge-Kutta (RK) methods are applied in time discretization. Numerical examples for 1D and 2D viscous flow simulations are presented to validate the accuracy and robustness of the CDG method.  相似文献

Amorphous indium-tin-oxide(a-ITO) film was deposited by radio-frequency(RF) magnetron sputtering at 180°C substrate temperature on the texturized p-Si wafer to fabricate a-ITO/p-Si heterojunction solar cell.The microstructural,optical and electrical properties of the a-ITO film were characterized by XRD,SEM,XPS,UV-VIS spectrophotometer,four-point probe and Hall effect measurement,respectively.The electrical properties of heterojunction were investigated by I-V measurement,which reveals that the heterojunction shows strong rectifying behavior under a dark condition.The ideality factor and the saturation current density of this diode are 2.26 and 1.58×10-4 A cm-2,respectively.And the value of IF/IR(IF and IR stand for forward and reverse currents,respectively) at 1 V is found to be as high as 21.5.For the a-ITO/p-Si heterojunction solar cell,the a-ITO thin film acts not only as an emitter layer,but also as an anti-reflected coating film.The conversion efficiency of the fabricated a-ITO/p-Si heterojunction cell is approximately 1.1%,under 100 mW cm-2 illumination(AM1.5 condition).And the open-circuit voltage(Voc),short-circuit current density(J SC),filll factor(FF) are 280 mV,9.83 mA cm 2 and 39.9%,respectively.Because the ITO film deposited at low temperature is amorphous,it can effectively reduce the interface states between ITO and p-Si.The barrier height and internal electric field,which is near the surface of p-Si,can effectively be enhanced.Thus we can see the great photovoltaic effect.  相似文献

为了解决多姿态人脸识别问题,提出了基于独立成分分析(ICA)进行正面人脸合成的新方法。首先利用ICA提取不同姿态人脸的特征子空间,然后利用遗传算法(GA)优化不同姿态的特征子空间,最后利用通过训练得到的姿态转换矩阵得到代表待合成的正面人脸特征系数,并直接进行分类比较。通过实验,验证了新方法对人脸识别率有较大的提高,并进一步简化了识别过程。  相似文献

数字下变频是软件无线电的关键技术之一,数字下变频的实现关键在于抽取滤波器的设计与实现.针对输入到数字下变频系统中的信号采样率很高的问题,选用积分梳状(CIC)滤波器与半带(HB)滤波器这两种比较特殊的滤波器来完成下变频采样速率的抽取以及信号滤波.通过比较分析影响CIC滤波器的特性参数,选取了优化CIC滤波器性能的一组参数,对其进行设计.为了减小了滤波器的采样点数,降低滤波器的成本,避免出现频率特性中的突跳,选用最优等波纹法设计HB滤波器.基于Systemgenerator的设计仿真与基于FPGA芯片的硬件设计,均可以有效地验证算法,但前者降低了实验成本,缩短了实验周期,而且设计更加实用.  相似文献

The adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅵ) on diaspore was studied with the help of X-ray diffraction analysis, BET measurement, zeta potential measurement and atomic adsorption spectrometry. The adsorption equilibrium almost reaches within 60 min. The adsorption isotherms of Cu(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅵ) could be well described by the Langmuir equation. The adsorption capacities of Cu(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅵ) are 1.944 and 1.292 mg/g, respectively. The adsorption percentage of Cr(Ⅱ) increases with the increment of solution pH, but the adsorption percentage of Cr(Ⅵ) decreases. This could be explained by zeta potential theoretical and electrostatic attraction between metal ions and diaspore surface.  相似文献
