有序度对Ni3Fe合金环境氢脆的影响 总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
研究了室温下不同有序度的Ni3Fe在真空和氢气气氛中的力学性能及断口形貌特征.结果表明:具有不同有序度的Ni3Fe在真空中拉伸时,均不发生环境氢脆;但在氢气中氢对其有强烈的脆化作用,且其敏感性随着有序度的增加而加剧.扫描电镜观察表明:在真空中或H2中拉伸时,无序Ni3Fe的断口都为韧性穿晶断口,而在氢气中拉伸时,1000h有序化Ni3Fe为100%沿晶脆性断口,但是有序化60h和200h的Ni3Fe的断口为穿晶和沿晶混合断口. 相似文献

本文采用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)系统分析了Ti50Ni40Cu10(at.%)合金的马氏体相变潜热(ΔHB2→B19)和逆马氏体相变潜热(ΔHB19→B2)、相变热滞(ΔT)与固溶温度、退火温度和相变热循环间的关系.结果表明:相变潜热随着固溶化温度的升高而明显降低、随着退火温度的升高则略微降低.相变热滞、逆马氏体相变温度在热循环初期迅速降低,当热循环次数超过2次时则均保持不变;逆马氏体相变潜热(ΔHB19→B2和ΔHB19→B19)随着热循环次数(n<4)的增加有所升高,特别是ΔHB19→B19约增加58%,而热循环次数对马氏体相变温度和潜热ΔHB2→B19则无明显影响. 相似文献

利用金相观察、热模拟技术及扫描电子显微术(SEM)研究了Fe-40% Ni合金在含Ti及无Ti条件下的高温应力-应变行为及变形后的应力弛豫行为,并观察了锻造样品中TiN颗粒的形态.实验结果显示:含Ni 40%的Fe-Ni合金在室温下保持了奥氏体组织,并有孪晶出现.在800~950℃范围内变形时只发生动态回复,1000℃以上变形时发生了动态再结晶.在Ti存在的情况下,变形温度达到1150℃时才发生动态再结晶.IF钢的模拟结果与不含Ti的Fe-40Ni合金呈现类似的趋势.由于TiN的应变诱导析出,明显延缓了变形后等温过程中的应力松弛速率. 相似文献

The mechanical behavior and the effect of pre-strain on recovery behavior of Ti50Ni47Fe3 (at. pct) alloy were investigated systematically by tensile and recovered tests accompanied by electrical resistance measurement. Ti50Ni47Fe2 alloy has different deformation behaviors at different temperature ranges, the deformation curves in different temperature range can be classified into four kinds. The start temperature of recovery increases with the increase of pre-strain.There exists an optimal deformation condition, at which the specimen exhibits maximum free recovery strain. With increasing pre-strain the recovery stress increases and reaches the maximum at 8% pre-strain. R-phase to parent transition offered about 0.2% recovery strain. With pre-strain increasing the recovery stress increases and reaches to the maximum at 8% pre-strain. The recovery stress is corresponding with the critical stress of stress-induced martensitic transformation. 相似文献

研究了不同Fe元素含量(0.04%~0.41%,w)对Ti80合金显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明:增加Fe含量,可以提高Ti80合金室温强度。Fe元素含量每增加0.2%,合金强度提高约20 MPa,但对合金塑性与冲击性能无明显影响。Fe元素对合金组织形态有影响,当Fe含量提高至0.41%时,α相由球状转变为长条状。30 d海水腐蚀试验周期内,Fe元素的加入降低了Ti80合金的开路电位,导致合金在天然海水浸泡和5 m/s流速条件下平均腐蚀速率增大,耐海水腐蚀性能有所下降,但与正常Ti80合金仍处于同一数量级。 相似文献
