文中提出了一种具有宽阻带的紧凑型双频带通滤波器,它采用了折叠短路枝节负载谐振器、紧凑型微 带单元谐振器(CMRC)和阶跃阻抗谐振器结构。由于多个谐振器产生了五个可控传输零点(TZ),该滤波器实现了两个 通带之间的良好隔离度以及宽阻带特性。制作并测试了尺寸紧凑的双频带通滤波器实验样品,测试结果显示,第一通 带和第二通带的中心频率/ 插入损耗分别为0. 66 GHz/0. 8 dB 和1. 73 GHz/0. 7 dB,阻带频率高达10. 5 GHz,抑制水平 超过15 dB。  相似文献

This article presents a compact microstrip dual-band bandstop filter (BSF), in which one λg/4 defected ground structure (DGS) pair is utilised to realise one stopband while two stepped impedance resonators (SIRs) help obtain another stopband and suppress the spurious harmonics. The design strategies and the equivalent circuits are introduced in detail. The measured results indicate 43.8% and 18.7% fractional bandwidth in the two stopbands (2.4 GHZ and 5.2 GHz) respectively, and the return loss is greater than 15 dB in the whole passband. In addition, size reduction can be conveniently achieved by adjusting the length of the SIRs and DGS.  相似文献

提出了一种具有良好谐波抑制功能的双枝节加载开环谐振器,加载枝节采用均匀阻抗结构,与同尺寸的开环谐振器相比,结构更紧凑,能够更好地抑制寄生模,而且可以达到更低的谐振频率。分析了加载枝节参数对带阻滤波器抑制二次谐波的影响。通过在加载的双枝节间引入集总可变电容,可以使谐振器具备谐波抑制性能的同时,实现中心频率可调的功能。基于双枝节加载环谐振器设计出一种可调带阻滤波器,中心频率可以在900MHz ~2. 65GHz 范围内调节,而且最低寄生阻带能够抑制到8GHz。  相似文献

Design of Dual-Band Bandpass Filters Using Stub-Loaded Open-Loop Resonators   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In this paper, open-loop resonators loaded by shunt open stubs are proposed to design compact dual-band bandpass filters with improved out-of-band rejection characteristics. The second passband of the dual-band filter is obtained by tuning higher resonant modes of the open-loop resonator by the stub length and position. A tapped-line input/output feed structure is used for external coupling. Required external coupling is obtained by adjusting the tapping position and dimension of the stub-loaded resonator. A lossless transmission line model is used to determine the resonance properties of the resonator and the external quality factor. Theoretical predictions are verified by the experimental results of three dual-band filters.  相似文献

This paper proposes new broadband microstrip bandpass filters based on slotted linear tapered-line resonator (SLTR) and slotted step impedance resonator (SSIR) structures for size reduction and improved stopband performances. A comprehensive treatment of slotted resonators and both ends of the resonator with interdigital coupled lines is described. The design concept is demonstrated by two filter examples including one with an SLTR and another one with an SSIR. These filters have not only compact size but also a wider upper stopband resulting from resonator bandstop characteristics. The simulated and experimental results of stopband performances are better than 15 dB for a frequency range up to 25 GHz.  相似文献

In this letter, we present a novel network for dual-band filter, the circuit of which is a mixture of shunt stub bandpass filter and shunt serial resonator bandstop filter. The stopband of the bandstop filter will split the passband of the bandpass filter and result in a dual-band response. The simulated and measured results are given. This kind of filter has the advantage of bigger and controllable bandwidths and lower insertion loss compared with traditional SIR dual-band filters.   相似文献

This article proposes a new dual-band tunable bandstop filter. This tunable filter is composed of two separate parts, the transmission line, and coupled stubs that each connect to three varactors. The center frequency and bandwidth in each band can be controlled individually. Moreover, the LC equivalent circuit of the proposed filter is calculated, and the results are simulated. In the proposed filter, the simulations show that the first stopband can be tuned in a frequency range from 1.2 to 1.9 GHz with 10-dB absolute bandwidth 310 ± 30 MHz, whereas the second stopband varies from 2.5 to 3.3 GHz with the 10-dB absolute bandwidth 720 ± 20 MHz. These two stopbands can also be tuned independently. Furthermore, the bandwidth of each fixed center frequency can be changed easily. The fabricated proposed filter validates the simulation results. The compact filter has an effective size of 9 × 27.5 mm2.  相似文献

Novel compact microstrip bandpass filters (BPFs) with extended stopband are proposed using both quarter-wavelength (lambda/4) stepped-impedance resonators and bandstop embedded resonators. First, by properly designing the impedance and length ratios of the stepped-impedance resonators, the developed filter may be made compact and its spurious harmonics may be pushed to the higher frequency region. Next, by suitably designing the bandstop structure so as to suppress the lower spurious harmonics of stepped-impedance resonators and then embedding the bandstop structure into the lambda/4 resonators, one may realize the BPFs with wideband spurious suppression. In particular, by connecting the bandstop embedded resonators to the input/output ports, a compact fourth-order BPF of dimension 0.089 lambdag times 0.27 lambdag is implemented and its stopband is extended up to 8.25 f 0 with an adequate rejection of greater than 32.49 dB, where f 0 is the passband center frequency and lambdag is the microstrip guided wavelength at f 0.  相似文献

In this paper, a new compact size microstrip lowpass filter (LPF) with a very sharp roll-off is presented to apply in the modern wireless networks. The proposed LPF is designed using the series main resonators with meandered lines based on inductor-capacitor (LC) equivalent circuit analysis. The main goal is to achieve maximum-sharp roll-off by maintaining a wide stopband bandwidth and high return loss (RL). The main resonator of the proposed filter is consisted of two meandered line hairpin resonators (MLHR), and a meandered line T-shaped resonator (MLTR). The designed suppressor is composed of two coupled radial stubs to create a wide stopband. Low return loss in the passband, which has been created by the main resonator, is resolved by the suppressor structure with high return loss. The measured results show a ??3 dB cut-off frequency of 1.93 GHz. The very sharp transition band starts at 1.93 to 1.97 GHz (from ??3 to ??20 dB). The stopband is from 1.97 to 19.9 GHz (with the suppression level of ??20 dB). Also, the total size of the proposed LPF is only 13.3?×?10.1 mm2.

The authors have studied a new way to design an instantaneous frequency measurement subsystem (IFMS). The method is based on bandstop filters. The device uses rectangular open-loop resonators instead of delay lines. The resonance frequency is adjusted by a resonator perimeter that must be approximately a half-wavelength long, and also by coupling distance between the resonators and the main transmission line. Simulated and experimental results are presented for a 5-bit IFMS.  相似文献

In this letter, a dual-mode dual-band bandpass filter using stacked-loop structure is proposed, which allows two transmission paths to radio frequency (RF) signals. Each of them using dual-mode resonators results in respective passband. This can provide convenience to easily change one passband frequency, while another keeps almost the same. Several attenuation poles in the stopband are realized to improve the selectivity of the proposed bandpass filter. 为了提高滤波器的阻带衰减,研究了源与负载感性交叉耦合的小型介质滤波器。首次提出一种新概念:将源和负载看作准谐振器。以贴片电感作为源与负载之间、源与第二个谐振器之间的交叉耦合元件,两个准谐振器和两个介质谐振器可构成级联四节(CQ),一个准谐振器和两个介质谐振器可构成级联三节(CT)。分析了传输零点的位置,详细讨论了这种滤波器结构的设计方法。采用介电常数为80的介质陶瓷组装了3个两级介质滤波器,并进行测试,结果表明传输零点的个数和位置与仿真设计相符合。滤波器的体积小,均为14 mm×6.5 mm×10 mm。  相似文献

This paper presents a novel microstrip lowpass filter with sharp roll-off and ultra-wide stopband using stepped-impedance resonator and bended transmission line structure. The filter includes stepped-impedance prototype filter and stepped-impedance compact microstrip resonator cells that are combined in one structure. The proposed filter has good specifications such as sharp roll-off, ultra-wide stopband and low insertion loss. The transition band is approximately 0.25 GHz from 1.75 to 2 GHz with corresponding attenuation levels of ?3 and ?40 dB. The attenuation level in the stopband is better than ?20 dB that is achieved from 1.94 to 23 GHz, and the insertion loss in the passband is less than 0.4 dB. The proposed filter is fabricated and measured, and the simulation and measurement results are found to be in good agreement with each other.  相似文献

A dual-band bandstop filter (DBBSF) with a dual-mode loop resonator is presented. In order to allow the DBBSF to exhibit high skirt selectivity and to generate a wide rejection bandwidth a capacitive coupled-line section is introduced. By properly controlling the length of the coupled-line section and the cross-coupled capacitor, more than two finite transmission zeros were inserted at the stopband and enhanced the rejection bandwidth.  相似文献

主要研究微带交叉耦合滤波器的简化设计。通过约束传输零点之间的关系,简化了带通滤波器交差耦合的拓扑结构,同时又较好保持了带通滤波器带外的抑制能力。在利用微带结构实现时,采用了谐振器顺序耦合的结构,降低了滤波器微调的难度。同时在第一和第四谐振器间增加一段传输线以引入交叉耦合,通过调整引入传输线的位置等可调整相应传输零点的位置,增加了滤波器设计的灵活性。仿真结果验证了相关方法的有效性。  相似文献

This paper presents new ideas for the design and implementation of microwave filters with single and dual stopbands. They can be realized with waveguide, coaxial, dielectric resonators, or in a planar technology. The new methods represent an advance over present methods in that the resonators are direct coupled, thus avoiding the need for transmission line phase lengths between resonator stubs that tend to degrade performance due to their dispersion and are difficult to adjust during tuning. Three bandstop (BS) configurations are presented. The first will accommodate even or odd characteristics and also asymmetric responses, although some negative or diagonal cross-couplings will be needed. The second resembles the cul-de-sac configuration for bandpass filters and needs no diagonal or negative couplings even for asymmetric characteristics. The third is an application of the cul-de-sac synthesis technique to dual-band bandstop (DBBS) filters. All these BS designs are very similar to regular bandpass filters in their design and realization. The design of a DBBS filter is presented and compared with an equivalent bandpass filter to demonstrate its advantages. Finally, the simulated and measured results of a fourth-degree BS filter design in the novel cul-de-sac configuration are presented.  相似文献

This letter presents the design of a compact bandstop filter (BSF) operating at two frequencies. The proposed BSF consists of open‐ended stepped impedance resonators (OSIR) and an end‐shorted parallel‐coupled microstrip line (E‐PCML). The OSIRs are used to achieve the impedance‐controlled stopband positions. The wide BSF bandwidths are achieved through enhanced coupling of the E‐PCML. Explicit design guidelines are derived using a lossless transmission line model. To validate theoretical predictions, a prototype dual‐band BSF operating at 900 MHz and 2,100 MHz with fractional bandwidths of 72% and 36% respectively, is implemented in microstrip.  相似文献

利用阶跃阻抗谐振器优化,设计了一个工作在无线局域网(2.4/5.2GHz)的双频带通滤波器。通过奇、偶模分析,在阶跃阻抗谐振器理论计算公式基础上,根据不同的阻抗比条件,阶跃阻抗谐振器谐振频率比与阶跃阻抗高、低阻抗电长度之比的关系曲线,可以方便地确定阶跃阻抗谐振器的谐振频率和电长度,通过sonnet电路仿真软件验证了设计的合理性,并给出了用于无线通信2.4、5.2 GHz双频带通滤波器的设计结果。该带通滤波器可以分别在2.4、5.2 GHz处得到较好的通带性。由于交叉耦合的存在,该双频带通滤波器在两个通带端各有一个传输零点,以此来提高滤波器的通带频率选择性。最后,测量结果与仿真结果基本吻合。  相似文献

该文提出一种基于谐振器慢波传输线的小型化宽阻带谐波抑制功分器,该谐振器慢波传输线由矩形谐振器、T型谐振器和蛇形线构成,来取代功分器中的1/4波长传统微带传输线。所设计制作的功分器,其尺寸仅为传统微带功分器的37.4%。实验结果表明,该功分器回波损耗大于10 dB的带宽范围为0.1~1.19 GHz,在2.2~11.05 GHz频率范围内衰减大于20 dB,具有较宽的阻带从而具有抑制谐波效果。仿真和测试结果较为吻合,验证了所提设计方法的有效性。  相似文献

提出了一款基于四模谐振器的新型双通带带通滤波器.设计的四模谐振器基于微带线结构,由四个开路枝节和一个短路枝节组成.两次采用奇偶模分析法对该四模谐振器结构进行分析.该四模谐振器的每个模式能够实现独立调节,同时每两个模式形成一个通带.采用源与负载耦合的馈电方式,提高滤波器的带外抑制性.该滤波器具有四个传输零点和四个传输极点.测试结果表明,该双模双通带滤波器工作于2.08GHz和6.07GHz,3dB带宽分别为11.06%和7.74%.设计的滤波器具有紧凑的结构,只有0.28λg×0.11λg大小.  相似文献
