2006年设备部从设备管理中的各方面为切入点，组建了跨部门的管理类团队项目27项和技术攻关、科研攻关项目32项，涉及了设备定修管理、状态管理、设备专业管理、检修协办管理、网络管理、备件管理、费用管理、固定资产管理、ERP设备系统应用推进、设备综合管理等多方面内容，     

强化新技术开发和应用,深挖技术创新增益潜力

<正>积极推进新技术的开发应用和技术难题的攻关。在八个重大技术难题取得阶段性成果的基础上,继续推动工艺技术难题攻关,同时开展重大设备难题和管理难题攻关。通过对公司现状的充分调研和分析,确定了今年114项技术难题攻关课题,特别是22项重大工艺技术、设备、管理难题的攻关,将对公司品种、质量和降本增益产生重大而积极影响,如转炉炉料结构创新攻关将提高铁水比例减少废钢装入量,利用富余热量,大比例使用石灰石替代石灰、轻烧白云石等渣料,同时解决好铁、钢、石灰等物料不平衡问题,有效提高高炉利用系数,实现低耗高效运行,大幅减少石灰、

论组建团队项目跟踪攻关创新管理

摘要组建团队项目跟踪攻关创新管理，是基于团队建设理论和管理学基本原理，针对管理者所承担的项目，以组建团队的方式和项目跟踪攻关创新管理办法进行项目管理。无论是在项目的可研阶段，还是在项目实施过程中，甚至在项目已结束的阶段，只要发现有潜在的可发掘的题材，就可应用此法对该项目进行跟踪管理。宗旨是通过组建团队项目跟踪攻关，实现预期目标，以求获得短期较高的、和长期持续增长的经济效益和管理效益，笔者根据一些案例上的成功经验，对组建团队项目跟踪攻关创新管理作进一步的论证，从而在企业的项目管理中，探索一条新的思路。

太钢在对转炉煤气应用相关工艺进行技术攻关及设备改造，充分发挥了转炉煤气其高热值、低硫含量的特性，优化了公司的能源供应结构。

针对我公司蒸发生产工艺设备老化导致热能变换效率降低的情况,我公司通过技术攻关对部分设备进行了改造,取得了良好的效果,为氧化铝生产的提产降耗创造了条件。     

济钢ASP铸机实施高效攻关提升产能实践

通过对炼钢厂ASP铸机现有装备和工艺技术能力进行系统分析,实施了一系列高效技术攻关,包括钢水絮流攻关、粘结报警攻关、设备保障攻关、中间包长寿命攻关、铸机非计划停机攻关、生产组织攻关等,通过攻关措施的实施铸机平均拉速提高了0.29 m/min,实现了ASP铸机产能的大幅提升,增加了公司效益。
