Clinical data are most useful in the management of patients with complex medical problems if they are accurate, reliable, and easily accessible by physicians and the medical community at large. Furthermore, the data are most valuable when they can be shared among cooperating institutions. We describe a computer system which exhibits a uniform taxonomy, an integrated on-line dictionary of clinical terms, a coherent temporal layout, and persistent spatial integrity with regard to the values of the variables. The system is user friendly and provides real time data access which can be retrieved by structured query language or may be programmed to be used as part of an international network in the management of patients with retinoblastoma, a malignant and potentially fatal tumor of childhood. Furthermore, because of its design flexibility, this system provides for potential application to other ophthalmic disorders, such as malignant uveal melanoma, and other areas of medicine as well.  相似文献

Clinical pathway is an approach to standardise care processes to support the implementations of clinical guidelines and protocols. It is designed to support the management of treatment processes including clinical and non-clinical activities, resources and also financial aspects. It provides detailed guidance for each stage in the management of a patient with the aim of improving the continuity and coordination of care across different disciplines and sectors. However, in the practical treatment process, the lack of knowledge sharing and information accuracy of paper-based clinical pathways burden health-care staff with a large amount of paper work. This will often result in medical errors, inefficient treatment process and thus poor quality medical services. This paper first presents a theoretical underpinning and a co-design research methodology for integrated pathway management by drawing input from organisational semiotics. An approach to integrated clinical pathway management is then proposed, which aims to embed pathway knowledge into treatment processes and existing hospital information systems. The capability of this approach has been demonstrated through the case study in one of the largest hospitals in China. The outcome reveals that medical quality can be improved significantly by the classified clinical pathway knowledge and seamless integration with hospital information systems.  相似文献

随着医疗信息技术和互联网的飞速发展,医疗信息资源的安全越来越备受关注,权限管理为解决信息系统安全性问题提供了重要保障,为防止非法获得或破坏信息起着重要的作用;脑卒中信息管理系统存放大量脑卒中患者的治疗信息,为医生发现其潜在的疾病提供依据;针对脑卒中信息管理系统复杂的权限控制需求,提出了一种权限控制方法,采用SpringMVC+Hibernate后台框架,Bootstrap前台框架技术,以及B/S结构软件设计中的精粒度权限管理思路,实现了脑卒中软件系统中的权限管理;同时将权限控制设计为一套与业务无关的权限管理组件,该组件不需要做代码级的更改可以轻松的移植到其它Web系统中;结果表明,系统能够满足权限控制需求,具有良好的可操作性、灵活性和移植性。  相似文献

According to the WHO (World Health Organization), the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has become the third leading cause of death in the group. The associated health sector related to 2030 based on the curve and the long-term cost of medical expenses. Age is the leading cause of a significant occurrence. The management of stable COPD patients to mitigate the attack, it is based on his system. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease management system, portable spirometer and things mobile applications handheld, is a clinical information database. The Internet has established the configuration. The database, one of the MBOX format, through the Zhongshan hospital, collects data from the branch of the largest medical service provider in the region, located in the stable state of the 11 pieces of data from the main hospital of the patient follow-up. Lung function data is tested via a handheld portable spirometer and can be uploaded in real time. Other smartphone applications have been developed to establish direct communication between patients and physicians to improve disease management. It is worth noting that it classifies patient clinical data, sends it, stores it anonymously, and encrypts it for protection and privacy. What is useful in treating chronic diseases based on remote monitoring is that it significantly provides health information such as medical and biosensor data volume management and big data technology, this vast new medical technology. 飞行试验实时监控是飞机试飞的重要环节, 监控大厅是实施实时监控的重要场所。为了提升飞行监控大厅实时监控效能,我们自行研发管理软件,通过软件相关技术实现了飞机相关实时监控资源管理、网络负载与局域网管理、安全机制、SD-LAN技术研制与应用。通过此软件也解决了传统纸质化管理方式约束力差以及监控人员对个人监控职责不清楚而无目标监控的问题,另外由于监控人员经常来自国内不同的单位,指挥员在监控过程中遇到问题很难及时落实到具体监控人员,采用此软件后指挥员可以实时查询当前型号飞机各个专业监控人员的情况,并及时与之沟通交流,更好的完成试飞任务。本系统通过一段时间运行,各项技术指标达到预期目的,实时监控管理、网络管控系统等并行运行稳定、清晰。  相似文献

Cost savings and the ease of developing and adding new services have motivated great interest in Internet telephony, which integrates services provided by the Internet with the public switched telephone network (PSTN). Internet telephony relies on several protocols, including the real-time transport protocol (RTP) for multimedia data transport and the session initiation protocol (SIP) or H.323 for establishing and controlling sessions. SIP can integrate with other Internet services, such as email, the Web, voice mail, instant messaging, conference calling, and multimedia collaboration. We have implemented a SIP-based software suite called the Columbia Internet extensible multimedia architecture (Cinema), which we installed and integrated with the existing private branch exchange (PBX) infrastructure in the computer science department at Columbia University. The Cinema environment provides interoperability with the PSTN, programmable Internet telephony services, and IP-based voice mail. It also integrates Web access and e-mail for unified messaging and supports multiparty multimedia conferencing. The setup lets us extend our PBX capacity and will eventually let us replace it while keeping our existing phone numbers. It also provides an environment in which we can easily add new services and features, including interoperation with existing multimedia tools, e-mail access from standard. telephones, network appliance control, and instant messaging support  相似文献

The use of new techniques and methods can be significantly improved during prenatal examination and screening of fetal genetic abnormalities. Expanding the number of vectors in screening and screening for single-cell gene diseases in fetal DNA will increase the probability of success of the whole screening test.Recently, sub chromosomal abnormalities have been introduced into prenatal care. The lack of suitable tools makes it very difficult to obtain information about collection, management, and prenatal genetic testing. The purpose of this study is to improve the accessibility of nutritional information by using the advantages of advanced medical image detection and integrating the IoT (Internet of Things) and prenatal genetic testing platforms in obstetric outpatient clinics. Records are kept that the platform will allow IoT to interact with sensor practitioners and provide immediate access to medical images prior to delivery. This proposed system provides an IoT application for managing obstetric outpatient information and prenatal genetic testing requirements. The requirement for establishment is the realization of the development of an IoT platform for complete medical image detection information management with IoT input required for integration with existing medical information systems. In response, the purpose of the study is to use integrated IoT applications to help nutrition professionals, researchers, patients, and especially mothers, to enhance their collection of medical imaging and prenatal genetic testing IoT sensor based information transfer.  相似文献

Traditional finite element analysis (FEA) programs are typically built as stand-alone desktop software. This paper describes an Internet-enabled framework that facilitates building a FEA program as distributed web services. The framework allows users easy access to the FEA core service and the analysis results by using a web browser or other application programs. In addition, the framework enables new as well as legacy codes to be incorporated from disparate sites in a dynamic and distributed manner. To provide flexible project management and data access, a database system is employed to store project-related information and selected analysis results. The prototype framework demonstrates that the Internet can potentially enhance the flexibility and extendibility of traditional FEA programs.  相似文献

Today's software systems for medical visualization still suffer from a shortage of practical applications due to their lack of usability with respect to a large variety of users with different computer-skills and experiences. Furthermore, progress is often hampered by the lack of adequate software tools that allow research ideas to be rapidly accomplished, evaluated, and brought into routine. We developed an integrated software environment that is distinct because it, on the one hand, provides an application-builder toolbox for medical diagnosis and therapy. And, on the other hand, it allows for the development, integration, and user-centered evaluation of existing and new interaction techniques in 2-D, 3-D, and Virtual Reality (VR). The environment's interaction support is based on communicating application objects that employ a sophisticated message-based inter-object communication. In addition, the system contains a component for user-adapted interaction and system support. 心电信号由于其易于监测和重要的临床应用价值成为物联网获取健康信息的重要内容。人体心电信号虽然是非稳态时变信号,但现有研究表明其可以作为一种新型的生物识别特征用于对识别分辨率要求不高的应用场合。本项目开发了一套应用于动态心电监测的自动用户身份识别系统。该系统侧重在手机端利用接收到的心电信号实现自动用户身份识别,并在远程接入服务器时基于身份识别结果将心电数据存入对应的用户数据库。所开发的身份识别系统可加载于现有加密模块之上,从而实现保密加认证的双重安全需求。  相似文献
