液相烧结W-Ni-Cu重合金的断裂

本文应用宏观性能、微观组织与断裂韧性相结合的研究方法,对W-Ni-Cu重合金进行了平面应变断裂韧性的测试,研究了液相烧结W-Ni-Cu重合金的断裂性能及浇结和热处理工艺制度对合金断裂韧性的影响,探讨了液相烧结的冶金因素和显微组织对合金断裂性质的影响规律。实验结果表明,合金的断裂韧性对烧结和热处理工艺制度是敏感的,合金的断口形态和断裂特征对断裂韧性有直接的影响。本文还认为,评价合金抗裂性能,除了应用传统的强度指标和塑性指标作为依据之外,结合应用断裂韧性指标来评价合金,更为合理。本文最后提出合金断裂模型的力学分析,用以解释合金的断裂性质。     

微细晶粒W-Ni-Cu重合金的特性

从实验和理论两方面研究了钨晶粒平均直径(?)<10微米的微细晶粒 W-Ni-Cu 重合金的形变与断裂、强度特性、物理性能、显微组织和断口形貌。微细晶粒 W-Ni-Cu 重合金具有明显的晶粒尺寸效应和缺陷效应,复杂的晶界有利于阻止裂纹的扩展,微细晶粒间形成的孔隙缺陷被限制在极小的范围内,有利于提高合金的强度、致密度及其均匀性。合金的强度特性取决于细晶强化和相面强化作用。实验表明,微细晶粒 W-Ni-Cu 重合金具有高强度、高致密度和高均匀性的特点。

结合WC-Co-Ni硬质合金工业生产中的质量检测工作,采用光学显微镜和JCXA-733型电子探针显微分析仪,应用二次电子图像(SEI),背散射电子图像,特征X射线扫描图像,观察和分析了该合金的断裂行为,讨论了降低合金强度的因素。     

W-Ni-Cu重合金微观结构和断裂破坏的研究与分析

本文研究液相烧结 W-Ni-Cu 重合金在复杂外力作用下断裂破坏的形貌,研究微观结构与断裂性能的关系和合金的断裂模式,为进一步提高合金的强度和断裂性能寻找途径和依据。

HIP技术对钨合金材料性能的影响

探讨了密度不同的82W-Ni-Cu(Ⅰ),82W-Ni-Cu(Ⅱ)以及82W-Ni-Cu-Ag合金,于1020,1070,1120,1170℃进行HIP技术处理后合金性能的变化规律,W-Ni-Cu合金在1120℃,W-Ni-Cu-Ag合金在1020℃经HIP技术处理后,拉伸强度分别提高了2.613％,8.191％和3.279％,密度提高0.498％,2.889％和0.676％。     

FDM用93W-Ni-Cu/ABS复合丝材的制备及表征

以工业级钨粉、镍粉、铜粉及ABS粉为原料制备了直径约1.70 mm的93W-Ni-Cu/ABS复合丝材。以丝材为原料,采用FDM(熔融沉积成形)技术打印成形了具有复杂结构的素坯。研究了不同条件下制备的93W-Ni-Cu/ABS复合丝材的性能及固相体积分数对素坯的致密性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:表面活性剂的加入能够增强ABS和93W-Ni-Cu颗粒之间的粘结性、降低复合材料的孔隙率;随着固相体积分数的提高,丝材的拉伸断裂载荷和断裂伸长率逐渐降低;复合丝材的固相体积分数最高为45%;当素坯的固含量为40%时,弹性模量达到了最大值1 390 MPa,相对于ABS提高了55.3%。

钨重合金的高能速变形工艺

叙述了用高能速加工(Dynapak)技术来改善液相烧结重合金的机械性能的一项研究。成份稍有变化的两种液相烧结钨重合金经过多重挤压或挤压加模锻工艺,使其面积减少90%以上。所得合金材料与经典的烧结和模锻钨重合金进行了机械性能
