贵州省某沉积型低品位铝土矿主要矿物为高岭石,Al2O3品位43.29%,铝硅比1.02,硫、铁、磷杂质含量很低。为回收利用其中的铝,进行选矿试验。结果表明,原矿磨矿至-0.15 mm93.00%后,+0.15 mm筛上产品可直接作为精矿,-0.15 mm筛下产品以碳酸钠为p H调整剂、硅酸钠为抑制剂、六偏磷酸钠为矿泥分散剂、自制的CDK-1为捕收剂进行1粗1扫浮选,粗、扫选精矿合并进行2次精选,精选精矿与+0.15 mm筛上精矿作为综合铝精矿。最终闭路试验获得综合铝精矿铝硅比3.97,Al2O3品位64.21%、回收率62.22%的良好指标,可作为合理开发利用国内沉积型低品位铝土矿的技术参考。  相似文献

贵州某低品位含硫铝土矿Al2O3含量为54.71%,SiO2含量为11.35%,铝硅比仅为4.82,且矿石中含硫1.33%。矿石主要含铝矿物为一水硬铝石,主要含硫矿物为黄铁矿。矿石中有用矿物嵌布粒度较细,脱硫时易产生夹带,因而较难实现有效分选。为高效开发利用该矿石资源,对有代表性矿石进行了脱硫脱硅浮选闭路试验。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占90%时,采用1粗3精1扫脱硫浮选、扫选尾矿经2粗4精1扫脱硅、脱硫精扫选尾矿经2粗1精1扫脱硅闭路流程处理该矿石,获得了硫品位为33.72%、Al2O3品位为15.96%、SiO2品位为4.98%、硫回收率为75.16%的硫精矿,Al2O3品位为61.13%、SiO2品位为7.39%、铝硅比为8.27、Al2O3回收率为79.64%的铝土矿精矿。1次磨矿脱硫脱硅浮选,脱硫精扫选尾矿单独脱硅浮选工艺是该矿石处理的高效工艺,对含硫含硅铝土矿石的分选具有借鉴意义。  相似文献

以贵州务正道地区某沉积型铝土矿为研究对象,采用选择性磨矿富集粗粒级—复合捕收剂DK-1浮选微细粒有用矿物—混合精矿高梯度磁选机除铁的工艺,针对Al2O3品位57.24%、TFe品位13.66%、铝硅比为5.76的原矿,获得铝精矿Al2O3品位67.50%、铝回收率70.15%、铁精矿TFe品位49.60%、铁回收率49.45%的试验指标。该研究为贵州地区沉积型铝土矿脱硅除铁工艺的开发提供了良好依据。  相似文献

我国高品位铝土矿日渐枯竭,为了更好地开发利用贵州某高硫高硅一水硬铝石型铝土矿,以满足国民经济建设的需要,采用浮选工艺进行了脱硫脱硅试验。在最佳工艺条件下,原矿经过1粗1精1扫反浮选脱硫,脱硫尾矿再经过2粗1精正浮选脱硅流程处理,可获得硫品位为31.62%、硫回收率为82.11%的硫精矿和Al2O3品位为65.55%、含硫为0.45%、铝硅比为9.44、Al2O3回收率为80.03%的铝土矿精矿,铝土矿精矿符合拜耳法溶出要求。  相似文献

贵州某低铝硅比铝土矿石Al2O3品位为6035%、SiO2含量为1353%,铝硅比为446;含铝矿物主要为一水硬铝石,含硅矿物主要为高岭石、伊利石、绿泥石。为确定该矿石的开发利用工艺进行了选矿试验。结果表明,矿样在一段磨矿细度为-0074 mm占7452%的情况下1粗1扫、粗精矿再磨细度为-0053 mm占8765%的情况下1粗3精2扫、中矿顺序返回闭路正浮选流程脱硅,获得了Al2O3品位为6749%、铝硅比为881、Al2O3回收率达7804%的铝土矿精矿,脱硅效果显著,为下一阶段工作的开展提供了依据。  相似文献

本文以云南鲁甸高硅低铝硅比型铝土矿为研究对象,通过正浮选阶段磨矿阶段选别、两段脱硅工艺流程获得了较好的铝土矿精矿,浮选指标良好。原矿含Al2O360.78%、Si O220.84%,铝硅比(A/S)为2.92,主要脉石矿物为白云母、石英等。通过在粗磨条件下进行一段浮选脱硅,粗精矿再磨再选后进行二段浮选脱硅,产出合格精矿。粗精矿再磨后进行五次精选,闭路试验获得精矿产率为64.74%、Al2O370.83%,Si O28.40%、A/S为8.43、Al2O3回收率为75.83%的良好指标。  相似文献

以河南某地中等铝硅比矿石为研究对象,围绕着铝土矿反浮选脱硅技术展开系统研究,研发专有分散剂BK500、选择性抑制剂BK501、含铝硅酸盐高效捕收剂BK421。试验采用两次脱泥、脱泥底流反浮选脱硅,最终获得Al2O3回收率为81.20%、铝硅比为10.82的合格精矿。  相似文献

为了高效、低耗开发利用广西某含硫低品位铝土矿石,采用阶段磨矿与分级浮选相结合的工艺进行了矿石选矿试验。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占65%的情况下采用1粗2扫3精、中矿顺序返回流程脱硫,脱硫尾矿中的+0.074 mm粒级1次浮选粗粒铝土矿,粗粒铝土矿浮选尾矿再磨至-0.074 mm占96%的情况下与脱硫浮选尾矿中的-0.074 mm粒级合并1粗2扫3精浮选细粒铝土矿,最终获得S品位为40.54%、Al2O3含量为25.12%、Si O2含量为8.54%、S回收率为81.32%的硫精矿,以及Al2O3含量为65.17%、Si O2含量为8.13%、S含量为0.28%、铝硅比为8.01、Al2O3回收率为79.56%的铝土矿精矿。  相似文献

新型阳离子有机硅QAS222对铝硅矿物浮选行为的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
考察了自行合成的新型有机硅阳离子表面活性剂QAS222对一水硬铝石、高岭石、叶蜡石和伊利石等4种铝硅矿物的浮选行为,并以其为铝硅酸盐矿物的捕收剂,进行了不同铝硅比的人工混合矿反浮选分离脱硅试验研究。试验研究结果表明,新型阳离子有机硅季铵盐类化合物是铝土矿反浮选脱硅的有效捕收剂;酸性条件下QAS222对一水硬铝石、高岭石、叶腊石和伊利石表现较好的捕收力,但此时反浮选分离趋势不明显;而在碱性条件下,以QAS222为捕收剂,随着矿浆pH值的上升,4种矿物的可浮性出现了不同程度的减低,尤其是当矿浆pH9后,一水硬铝石的上浮率骤减,铝硅矿物之间表现出了良好的反浮选分离趋势;在矿浆pH值为11时,以QAS222为捕收剂,不添加其它任何抑制剂,成功地实现不同铝硅比的人工混合矿的反浮选脱硅,并获得较好的选别指标——当给矿A/S仅有2.7时,仍能获得精矿A/S为12.82,其中Al2O3品位77.79%、回收率69.91%的较好指标,且当给矿A/S不断增大时,精矿中的A/S,Al2O3的品位和回收率都有所提高。  相似文献

河南省某地铝土矿矿石中Li2O品位为026%,锂主要赋存在高岭石、伊利石等黏土矿物中。为确定铝土矿伴生锂的开发利用工艺,进行了铝土矿浮选工艺试验和富锂精矿的提取试验研究。试验结果表明:采用2粗1精、中矿顺序返回的铝土矿浮选闭路流程,可获得Al2O3品位6172%,铝硅比为1145的铝土矿精矿产品和Li2O品位057%、回收率为7897%的富锂精矿;富锂精矿与浓硫酸熟化液(固液比)1∶1混合后,在熟化温度180 ℃、浸出液固比2∶1~3∶1、浸出时间10 min、浸出温度常温的情况下,Li2O浸出率达到9464%,最终得到纯度为9956%的碳酸锂产品。采用硫酸熟化—浸出—净化—提锂工艺可实现河南某地铝土矿中锂高回收率和获得高纯度产品的目的,具有一定的实际价值。  相似文献
