本文从长远规划角度论述了西北电网的调峰问题,包括研究调峰时宜采用的负荷特性指标、对未来电网峰谷差的预测、电网联合调度水、火电厂峰谷差出力情况、解网运行的调峰出现的矛盾,目前调峰存在困难的原因、解决未来调峰问题的建议。透过问题的分析说明解决西北电网调峰问题的两大要素,一是加快水电建设步伐和水库的合理调度;二是加强电网建设与电网的联合调度。这两个问题处理好了,西北电网调峰问题将得到很好解决。  相似文献

本文介绍水平方向浓淡燃烧器在黄岛电厂的实际应用,在燃烧贫煤时燃烧稳定,调峰能力强,适宜于电厂原有锅炉的技术改造。近年来随着电网装机容量的不断增加,电网峰谷差也越来越大,为缓和峰谷矛盾,供电部门一方面实施峰谷电价,加强用电管理,鼓励避峰用电,多用谷电;另一方面发电部门就要相应增加调峰机组。这给发电厂正常运行带来了困难。目前我省电网峰谷差已达2500MW,中小机组和燃油机组调峰和两班制运行已不能解决问题,今后将有越来越多的125MW机组和200MW机组加入调峰行列。  相似文献

Load forecasting is an important subject for power distribution systems and has been studied from different points of view. In general, load forecasts should be performed over a broad spectrum of time intervals, which could be classified into short term, medium term and long term forecasts. Several research groups have proposed various techniques for either short term load forecasting or medium term load forecasting or long term load forecasting. This paper presents a neural network (NN) model for short term peak load forecasting, short term total load forecasting and medium term monthly load forecasting in power distribution systems. The NN is used to learn the relationships among past, current and future temperatures and loads. The neural network was trained to recognize the peak load of the day, total load of the day and monthly electricity consumption. The suitability of the proposed approach is illustrated through an application to real load shapes from the Turkish Electricity Distribution Corporation (TEDAS) in Nigde. The data represents the daily and monthly electricity consumption in Nigde, Turkey.  相似文献

风机持续健康稳定运行是电站机组安全性与经济性的重要保障,故障预警技术对于提高风机运行可靠性和降低维护成本尤为重要。为此,本文提出一种基于长短期记忆(Long short-term memory,LSTM)神经网络与贝叶斯优化算法的早期故障预警方法,充分挖掘电站风机正常运行数据,采用LSTM网络挖掘多种参数的关联特性及历史数据的时序特性,建立风机运行状态预测模型。为了提高预测模型的精确度,利用贝叶斯优化算法优化并设定LSTM网络的最佳超参数组合。考虑模型预测偏离度的非平稳性和多极值特点,引入广义极值理论从正常运行工况中确定报警阈值,以实现设备的早期故障预警。最后,将所提出的算法应用于某燃煤电站引风机故障预警中。结果表明:贝叶斯优化算法优化后的LSTM神经网络不仅可以精确表征风机在正常状态下运行行为,同时能够准确地获取风机的故障信息,从而能够在故障发生前4 h发现异常,实现故障预警。  相似文献

提升火电机组的一次调频能力辨识有助于辅助电网的调度,保证电网的安全稳定运行。提出一种基于贝叶斯优化算法(Bayesian optimization, BO)的长短期记忆网络(long short term memory, LSTM)一次调频能力辨识方法,实现火电机组的一次调频能力精确建模。首先对机组机理及参数之间的相关性进行分析,确立模型的输入特征变量,再利用贝叶斯算法对LSTM网络结构进行优化,得到一次调频能力辨识模型。以某600 MW燃煤火电机组为研究对象,将该模型与传统BP神经网络模型、未优化LSTM网络模型进行对比。结果表明:所提出的网络模型均方根误差分别降低了66.51%和34.83%,具有更高的模型精度。  相似文献

堵河中下游的潘口水库正常蓄水运行后,将会对下游的黄龙滩水电厂发电调度产生较大影响。在潘口水库调度方式确定的情况下,利用有、无对比法,采用调度图和离散微分动态规划算法,研究了潘口水库正常蓄水运行后在丰、平、枯三个典型年对黄龙滩水电厂中长期发电调度的影响。结果表明,潘口水库的调蓄可明显提高平水年黄龙滩水电厂的发电量,降低其年发电耗水率;对于丰水年和枯水年,潘口水库调度期期初水位高于345 m时也可在一定程度上提高其发电效益;在潘口水库调度期期初水位低于345 m时,黄龙滩水电厂宜采用优化调度方式,并尽量提高其期初水位至245 m以上。  相似文献

The Carrisa Plains Photovoltaic Power Plant is the largest photovoltaic central station power plant in the world. The plant, interconnected to Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PGandE's) transmission network, is owned and operated by ARCO Solar, Inc. This paper summarizes the plant's performance from January, 1984 to October, 1985. Performance is analyzed in terms of energy output, capacity factors, and match to PGandE's system load. The plant has been a reliable energy producer, has had high capacity factors during peak hours in the summer months, and has proven to be a good match to PGandE's peak system load.  相似文献

In this study, a novel Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) based tri-generation system that produces ammonia, cooling and power is developed and analysed. This OTEC plant operates on the naturally existing temperature difference that exists in various depths of the ocean. The OTEC plant used in this study is operated using a single-stage ammonia Rankine cycle. The discharge seawater from the condenser in the organic Rankine cycle is used to provide district cooling. Two different operation cases of the analysed system are considered, where for the first case 50% of the power produced is stored in the form of ammonia during the off-peak hours. The second case is for complete power production proposed for peak hours. For the case where 50% of the power produced (case 1) is used to produce ammonia the highest energy and exergy efficiency is found to be 1.37% and 56.17% respectively. As for the case where, only power is produced (case 2) the maximum energy and exergy efficiency of the OTEC plant is found to be 1.83% and 78.02% respectively. The corresponding maximum power production was 6612 kW and 13,224 kW for cases 1 and 2. The maximum hydrogen and ammonia production rate is found to be 94.35 kg/h and 534.7 kg/h at peak efficiency values. The cooling duty at the peak energy and exergy efficiency is found to be 64.4 MW where the condenser temperature is 11.38 °C.  相似文献

We propose a multi-stage stochastic optimization model for the generation capacity expansion problem of a price-taker power producer. Uncertainties regarding the evolution of electricity prices and fuel costs play a major role in long term investment decisions, therefore the objective function represents a trade-off between expected profit and risk. The Conditional Value at Risk is the risk measure used and is defined by a nested formulation that guarantees time consistency in the multi-stage model. The proposed model allows one to determine a long term expansion plan which takes into account uncertainty, while the LCoE approach, currently used by decision makers, only allows one to determine which technology should be chosen for the next power plant to be built.A sensitivity analysis is performed with respect to the risk weighting factor and budget amount.  相似文献

鉴于中压配电网采用闭环运行可有效提高供电可靠性,在分析闭环运行的中压配电网接线模式对供电可靠性影响的基础上,通过改进最小割集法,克服传统方法无法直接获得闭环运行中压配电网主环路最小割集的问题,利用等效电源点和等效负荷点的概念对主环路分支节点求双向最小割集,从而提出一种适用于闭环运行的复杂中压配电网可靠性评估方法。通过对多种闭环运行接线模式的中压配电网算例进行可靠性评估,验证了改进的最小割集法可用于中压配电网闭环运行的可靠性评估,且对含多电源、多环及环间有联络的闭环运行的中压配电网可靠性评估具有普适性。  相似文献
