本文用FORTRAN语言编写的电子计算机程序计算了14种氧化物在加速电压为20KV,出射角为18°实验条件下的α因子表.并通过对若干二元系统和氧化物为端元元素系统的计算,指出了C/K—C的关系不是直线.讨论了在使用Albee等人按照线性关系计算出的α因子进行氧化物定量修正时,所引进的误差以及使用这些α因子应该注意的问题。 相似文献

Studies were made of the influence of aging conditions and applied potentials on thestress corrosion carcking(SCC)susceptibility for an Al-Li-Cu-Mg alloy by slow strainrate technique.The relationship between the relative hydrogen content on specimensurface,the applied potentials and elapsed time has also been examined.The SCCsusceptibility was found to be dependent on aging conditions in which the peak agedcondition gave the worst SCC resistance and the natural aged condition had the best one.The SCC susceptibility and surface hydrogen content relates to the applied potentials.The anodic potentials increase SCC susceptibility,while the cathodic ones below thecritical potential accelerate SCC.It is considered that both the anodic dissolution and 相似文献

The plan of heat-treatment process for 2014Al alloy is designed using orthogonal method, the heat-treatment experiments are made and the mechanical properties are tested according to the designed plan. The effect of solid solution temperature, ageing temperature, ageing time on microscopic mechanism of the mechanical properties of the 2014Al alloy is studied using microscope, transmission electron microscope. The best heat treatment process of the 2014Al alloy is developed. The experimental results indicate that the strength σ_b, yield stress σ_(0.2), percentage elongation δ of the alloy reach separately 490~500 MPa, 450~490 MPa, 10~12% adopting the new heat treatment process. Compared with GB, the strength increases 20~30%, the percentage elongation increases 30~40%. The mechanism of the new heat-treatment process is also discussed. 相似文献

Most of the available methods for the calculation of the three dimensional(3D)grain size dis-tribution functions(SDF)are based on the S model and lead a grave systematical error.Theorigin is the basic supposition of spherical grains in the S model,which does not correspondwith the feature of real grains.A new model called A model is developed based on the hypothe-sis of polvhedral grains.The probability functions of the A model and the method to calculatethe 3D SDFs using the A model are given in the present paper.The theoretical analyses andexperimental tests have demonstrated that the A model reduces the systematical error radical-ly.It is nearly as simple as the so far used S model,but gives much better results in repro-ducing of 3D SDFs from the measured ID or 2D SDFs. 相似文献
