以天然膨润土作为载体,分别采用酸、碱、铝盐、羟基铝柱撑、热活化等物理化学改性方法对其改性,并综合分析其净化含磷废水的处理效果,改性后膨润土比表面积增加,其活性吸附点和吸附位也大幅增多,进而提高了其表面吸附能力.改性后膨润土吸附净化能力由强至弱依次为:羟基铝柱撑膨润土、铝盐改性膨润土、热改性膨润土、酸改性膨润土、碱改性膨润土;羟基铝柱撑膨润土最佳改性条件为保持OH-与Al3+质量比2.2,搅拌静置后去除上清液,残留物洗净后烘干,其净化含磷废水的最佳试验条件为:在pH值为6的废水溶液中投入3 g改性膨润土,恒温振荡吸附60 min,此时废水中磷去除率可达95.2%. 相似文献

以鄂州膨润土为吸附剂,对武汉市南湖水中的磷进行吸附处理。通过单因素实验,确定适宜的吸附条件:当水体中磷的初始浓度为1.108 mg/L时,在搅拌时间为15 min,膨润土的投加量为2.0 g/L,搅拌速度为200 r/min,pH值为4.2~7.4的条件下,膨润土对南湖水中磷的去除率可达到98%以上,吸附容量为0.543 mg/g,并通过红外光谱分析了吸附剂的变化特征。实验表明,鄂州膨润土可应用于磷污染的湖泊水体的治理。试验结果对于进一步拓展鄂州膨润土的应用具有一定的指导意义。 相似文献

采用部分钠化-铝化的方法对膨润土改性制备氨氮吸附材料,研究改性剂钠铝比、改性剂用量、改性时间等制备条件对改性膨润土氨氮吸附性能的影响,探究改性膨润土吸附氨氮机理。试验结果表明:优化改性条件为改性剂钠铝比5∶1,改性剂用量6%,改性时间2 h;对低浓度模拟氨氮废水,改性后膨润土矿物材料吸附氨氮量明显高于改性前原矿,制得的吸附材料对初始质量浓度为5 mg/L、100 m L实验室模拟氨氮废水的氨氮去除率达到79.03%;氨氮吸附方式为阳离子交换吸附,通过Na-Al改性提高了膨润土材料的阳离子交换容量,从而提高了膨润土吸附性能。 相似文献

铀造成的水体污染是目前亟需解决的环境问题,吸附法是一种效率高且有效的方法之一。针对膨润土吸附率不佳的问题,采用硅烷偶联剂KH550对膨润土进行改性,提高膨润土对水体中低浓度铀的吸附性能。采用SEM、FTIR、XRD、氮气吸附脱附对吸附材料进行表征,并利用该材料对水体中铀进行吸附试验。结果表明,膨润土采用KH550改性后,在pH为5、温度为338.15K、初始浓度为10mg/L、转速为165r/min、投加量为1.0g/L、反应时间大于50min的条件下,含铀废水中铀去除率大于95%。改性膨润土对铀的吸附符合拟二级动力学模型和Langmuir模型,其对铀的吸附为自由度减少,熵减的过程。该试验有望为含铀废水的处理提供一种新技术。 相似文献
