针对匹配 J6 110 Z柴油机的 H1F增压器混流涡轮进行了涡轮性能试验 ,并将其试验结果与原径流涡轮试验结果进行了分析和比较。试验结果表明 :由于混流涡轮兼有径流和轴流涡轮的流动特性 ,其流通能力较直径相当的径流涡轮大 ,这对于改善车用增压柴油机的加速性能是有益的 ;在低相似转速情况下 ,混流涡轮的最高效率比径流涡轮高 ,并且最高效率点与径流涡轮相比向小 u/ c0 方向移动 ,这对于改善车用增压柴油机的低速性能是有益的。 相似文献

利用三维粘性数值模拟手段分析研究了一台直径35mm、设计转速为150000r/min的向心涡轮转子的流动特性。根据计算结果,得到了设计转速下向心涡轮转子的特性曲线以及设计点参数(流量为0.064kg/s,总落压比为1.716,绝热效率为0.849,做功量9.25kW)。根据流场内的壁面极限流线、空间流线以及截面流线,分析了在这台转子叶片通道中涡系的产生、发展过程以及分离形态的演变。根据叶轮主要特征流面的流动等值线图,分析了这台涡轮转子的流动特点。在初步认识向心涡轮的流动规律之上,为这台向心涡轮转子的改进设计提供了理论依据。 相似文献

This study is part of an ongoing research project investigating the airflow and heat transfer of different disc brake rotors. This article reports on three geometries: straight radial vane (SRV) rotor; SRV rotor with rounded vanes (SRV-R); and a rotor with diamond and teardrop pillars (DTDP) instead of vanes. The total heat transfer from the SRV-R and DTDP passages is up to 20% greater than that for the SRV rotor. As much as 35% more heat is lost from the free side friction surface than the hub side friction surface. Flow development through the DTDP rotor passages is also noted. 相似文献

设置了转子不平衡、联轴器不对中、风机基座松动、转子径向摩擦和轴承内圈磨损等5种故障,针对风机的振动问题进行了实验研究.在简要分析ICA理论及其算法的基础上,提出应用基于高斯矩的Fast ICA算法对模拟信号及实测离心式风机振动信号进行去噪处理,并分别与EMD及db8小波的滤波去噪效果进行定量比较.结果表明:Fast ICA方法与EMD方法和小波方法一样,能有效地处理短时瞬态及含宽带噪声的信号,但Fast ICA方法不受去噪阈值的影响,也不需要选择小波基函数,更具有通用性和稳定性. 相似文献

研究了基于声信号小波分解的转子碰磨故障特征,通过人为条件使转子产生碰磨故障,记录现场信号分析故障特征。转子碰磨信号具有较强的奇异性,而奇异信号往往载有重要的故障信号特征,利用小波分析理论在时域和频域上可同时对信号实现局部化处理的“变焦距”性质,分别对不同试件碰磨故障的声音信号进行了分析,将结果进行了对比,研究了碰磨声信号在小波包变换下的特征。结果表明:声音信号用于旋转机械故障诊断具有其特有的优越性。基于声音信号的小波分解可以识别碰磨故障特征。 相似文献

Several types of AC bearingless motors are proposed. These bearingless motors have conventional four-pole stator windings and additional two-pole windings, whose currents produce radial forces acting on the rotor. General expressions of the machine inductances and radial forces are derived for the cylindrical rotor and salient-pole motors. 针对洪江水电厂发电机转子支臂焊缝裂纹问题,采用碳当量法计算了转子中心体、支臂筋板材质焊接性能参数,并结合转子支架有限元应力计算,综合分析了裂纹的成因,即主要是由于低碳合金钢焊接工艺控制不良,在应力集中处产生了疲劳裂纹。进而提出改进中心体和支臂焊接工艺的方法,包括改进预热和后热温度、增强焊缝尺寸、超声冲击消应处理等。通过对焊缝处理前、后裂纹情况的比较表明,新工艺有效地避免了裂纹产生。 相似文献

The study deals with the cooling of a high-speed electric machine through an air gap with numerical and experimental methods. The rotation speed of the test machine is between 5000-40000 r/min and the machine is cooled by a forced gas flow through the air gap. In the previous part of the research the friction coefficient was measured for smooth and grooved stator cases with a smooth rotor. The heat transfer coefficient was recently calculated by a numerical method and measured for a smooth stator-rotor combination. In this report the cases with axial groove slots at the stator and/or rotor surfaces are studied. Numerical flow simulations and measurements have been done for the test machine dimensions at a large velocity range. At constant mass flow rate the heat transfer coefficients by the numerical method attain bigger values with groove slots on the stator or rotor surfaces. The results by the numerical method have been confirmed with measurements. The RdF-sensor was glued to the stator and rotor surfaces to measure the heat flux through the surface, as well as the temperature. 相似文献

Unbalanced radial forces acting on a rotor shaft exist in motor applications where the external load is not balanced or when the rotor is not centered causing a nonuniform air gap. These forces are undesirable as they cause motor vibrations. In view of its special structure, the shaft radial force and the torque of a three-phase 12/8 pole switched reluctance motor (SRM) can be separately controlled by proper pole current selection in the energized phase. Therefore, radial forces can be produced intentionally to cancel the existing radial force produced by rotor eccentricity and the unbalanced load inertia. The motor vibrations are thereby reduced. In this paper, a sinusoidal current excitation scheme is proposed for the torque and radial force control of a 12/8 pole SRM. When controlled with the selected sinusoidal currents, the SRM can simultaneously produce the desired shaft radial force in any rotational plane direction and the required rotational torque. As all pole currents are individually controlled, a more sophisticated phase commutation strategy is also proposed that provides smoother torques and radial force ripples. 相似文献
