用 He-Ne 激光治疗偏头痛30例,获效满意.本组30例,其中神经性头痛19例,血管性头痛11例。采用 He-Ne 激光仪,输出功率10mW,应用石英光纤传递光束,直接照射穴位。选穴为外关、风池、头维、太阳、阿是穴,每穴5分钟,一天一次,10次为一疗程,疗程间休息2~3天,治疗期间停止其它治疗。经治疗3~30天,痊愈27例,占90%。其中治疗1疗程20例,2疗程6例,3疗程1例.好转3例,占10%,总有效率达100%。其中神经性头痛全部在一个疗程内痊愈。从本组病例看,多数病例在治疗1~3次后就见效,往往在短期内就可得到治愈.说明 He-Ne 激光治疗偏头痛具有见效快、疗效高、不易复发等优点。仅见1例血管性头痛患老曾在治疗  相似文献

头痛是临床上最常见的症状之一 ,头痛有很多种类型 ,引起头痛的原因也十分复杂。根据不同原因引起不同类型的头痛 ,临床治疗方法也不同 ,本文对采用半导体激光治疗机治疗的 5 7例偏头痛 (普通型 )患者进行了临床观察、分析及总结。临床资料 本组治疗的 5 7例患者均是门诊病人 ,其中男 2 6例 ,女 31例。年龄 2 1~ 5 2岁 ,平均为 38.7岁。病程最短为 9个月 ,最长为 5年 ,平均为 2年 5个月。根据对本组5 7例患者进行调查可知 ,患者偏头痛反复发作 ,以往每次发作持续时间约为 3~ 12天。间歇期自数天至半年不等。而病人一般都是在偏头痛发作 3…  相似文献

目的调查飞行人员头痛患病情况:方法采用调查问卷方法,针对基层部队飞行人员进行有关头痛的调查。结果基层部队组经常头痛者患病率约为10%,其中紧张型头痛占90.5%,偏头痛占9.5%;直升机飞行人员头痛患病率18.8%,教练机飞行员头痛患病率36.5%。导致头痛的因素多为飞行任务重占42.9%、心理负荷大占35.7%。缓解头痛的方法休息占84.9%、药物占5.8%、运动占4.7%。结论头痛是飞行人员的常见疾病,以紧张型头痛为主。建议合理安排飞行任务,鼓励休息和运动消除症状.  相似文献

病例 1,患者女性 ,3 8岁。因长期鼻塞、流浓涕伴头痛、嗅觉减退。经全身及局部药物治疗效果不佳而来院就诊。取得患者同意后 ,对其拟行双侧上颌窦穿刺术。按常规应用 3 %麻黄素液喷雾双侧鼻腔 1次 ,以充分暴露下鼻道 ,在鼻镜直视下采用 1%地卡因液棉扦行双侧下鼻道粘膜表面麻醉 1次。麻醉成功后即行上颌窦穿刺术。当穿刺针顺利进入右侧上颌窦内 ,取出针芯并准备采用生理盐水冲洗上颌窦窦腔时 ,患者突然身体向左侧偏倒。当时呼叫患者无反应 ,牙关紧闭 ,口吐白沫 ,眼球上旋 ,双上肢屈曲性抽搐。立即拔出穿刺针 ,扶患者就地平卧 ,查 :P10 0次 …  相似文献

目的:分析460例鼻咽癌患者的误诊原因。方法:选取1998年1月至2004年12月我院收治的经病理确诊的鼻咽癌患者460例,分析其临床表现、误诊率及误诊原因。结果:本组病例主要表现为涕血、耳鸣重听、头痛、颈部包块和颅神经损害,首诊误诊率为87.75%。结论:本文结果表明对具有上述症状的病人进行仔细的鼻咽部检查是降低鼻咽癌误诊率的重要措施。  相似文献

This study employed the analysis of mean (ANOM) of the Taguchi methods to determine the optimal conditions for the very fine pitch ball grid array (VFBGA) transfer molding of a microelectronic assembly with the aim of minimizing wire damage. The optimal conditions include: (1) a substrate preheat temperature of 177 °C, (2) two-step mold clamping in which the clamping force in the first-stage is 9 t and the full clamping force in the second-stage is 28 t, (3) a mold temperature of 180 °C, and (4) a total of 20 vacuum holes in the bottom mold. Experiments to confirm the efficacy of the optimal conditions indicated that the average percentage of samples with wire damage was reduced to 0.02%. The percentage contribution of each controllable factor in the current investigation was also determined via ANOVA (analysis of variance) of the Taguchi methods. Among the four controllable factors, the number of vacuum holes in the bottom mold proved to be the one with the greatest influence on wire damage with a percentage contribution of 71.25%. We also describe the mechanism underlying wire damage associated with vacuum holes. Our findings led us to modify the existing VFBGA process, wherein the maximum defect percentage per sub-lot was decreased from 1.31% to 0.12%, and the average defect percentage in 14 sub-lots was decreased from 1.10% to 0.03%.  相似文献

为了研究光子带隙光纤中纤芯环掺杂浓度的百分比对光纤传输特性的影响,利用全矢量有限元法在纤芯环掺杂浓度的百分比为1%~5%的条件下对7孔光子带隙光纤纤芯环掺杂和19孔光子带隙光纤纤芯环掺杂两种结构进行了仿真,比较了两种结构的纤芯模能量分布曲线,并且给出了19孔光子带隙光纤在不同的纤芯环掺杂浓度的百分比下,光纤带宽、色散、有效模面积和有效折射率的分布曲线图。结果表明,19孔光子带隙光纤比7孔光子带隙光纤具有更强的限光能力,且纤芯环掺杂浓度的百分比对光子带隙光纤的传输性能有显著的影响。  相似文献

The diagnostic performance of two pattern recognition methods (or classifiers) to detect valvular degeneration was evaluated in 48 patients with a porcine bioprosthetic heart valve inserted in the mitral position. Twenty patients had a normal porcine bioprosthetic valve and 28 patients had a degenerated bioprosthetic valve. One method was based on the Gaussian-Bayes model and the second on the "nearest neighbor" algorithm using three distance measurements. Eighteen diagnostic features were extracted from the sound spectrum of each patient and, for each method, a two-class supervised learning approach was used to determine the most discriminant diagnostic patterns composed of 6 features or less. The probability of error of the classifiers was estimated with the leave-one-out approach. The performance of each method to discriminate between normal and degenerated bioprosthetic valves was verified by clinical evaluation of the valves. The best performance in evaluation of the sound spectrum (98% correct classifications) was obtained with the Bayes classifier and two patterns of six features each. The percentage of false positive classifications of valve degeneration was 0% and the percentage of false negative classifications was 4%. Sensitivity for the detection of valve degeneration was 96%, specificity was 100%, positive predictive value was 100%, and negative predictive value was 95%. The best performance of the nearest neighbor method (94% correct classifications) was obtained by using the Mahalanobis distance and five patterns composed of three, four, five, or six diagnostic features. Using a pattern composed of only three features, the percentage of false positive classifications for degeneration was 10% and the percentage of false negative classifications was 4%.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

本实验利用大鼠坐骨神经钳夹损伤模型 ,观察了氦氖 (He -Ne)激光照射 (A组 )、直流电针刺激器 (B组 )、对照组为 (C组 )对神经损伤后自残及神经再生的影响。结果 :( 1)术后 2 0d ,A组的右后足趾自残率为 13 % ,而B、C组分别为 46%、80 % ,A组的自残率显著低于其它各组(P <0 .0 0 1) ;( 2 )右侧屈肌反向阈 :当激光照射时光斑直径 0 .6cm ,功率密度为 3 5 .3 9mW/cm2 时 ,可引出短潜伏期 ( 4 5 -15 0ms)及长潜伏期 ( 12 5 5 2 5ms)传入纤维反应 ;( 3 )术后 2 0d脊神经节的标记细胞百分率分别为 11.1% (A组 )、5 .2 % (B组 )及 1.1% (C组 ) ;脊髓前角的标记细胞百分率分别为 16.6% (A组 )、8.1% (B组 )及 1.9% (C组 )。上述结果表明 :氦氖 (He -Ne)激光照射在抑制神经损伤后自残及促进周围神经再生等方面具有更显著的生理功效  相似文献

We have explored the electrical conductivity of thick films made from silver methylcarbamate paste using metallic silver as the electrically conductive phase. The paste was composed of 30 wt.% to 90 wt.% organic vehicle and 10 wt.% to 70 wt.% functional phase precursor (silver methylcarbamate). After the paste was sintered, films with thickness of 4.50 μm to 12.70 μm were obtained, in which the elemental percentage of silver varied from about 5 wt.% to above 99 wt.%. Experiments showed that both the electrical conductivity and the elemental percentage were mainly affected by the initial silver content in the paste and the parameters of the sintering process. For given sintering conditions, higher initial silver content led to higher elemental percentage of silver, improving the electrical conductivity of the thick film. The conditions of the sintering process had a significant influence on the evaporation and decomposition rates of the paste components, the elemental percentage of silver, and the microstructure of the thick film. Higher temperatures, longer times, lower heating rates, and more oxygen-rich sintering atmospheres were found to accelerate the evaporation and decomposition and increase the elemental percentage of silver, both of which served to enhance the electrical conductivity. For initial silver contents less than about 10 wt.%, the lowest electrical resistivity of the thick film only reached the order of 10?4 Ω cm, irrespective of the sintering conditions. For contents between 10 wt.% and 25 wt.%, it was possible to attain lowest resistivity values on the order of 10?5 Ω cm. Above 25 wt.%, the lowest resistivity could reach 10?6 Ω cm, comparable to that of bulk silver.  相似文献

An approach of defending against Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack based on flow model and flow detection is presented. The proposed approach can protect targets from DDoS attacking, and allow targets to provide good service to legitimate traffic under DDoS attacking, with fast reaction. This approach adopts the technique of dynamic comb filter, yields a low level of false positives of less than 1.5%, drops similar percentage of good traffic, about 1%, and passes neglectable percentage of attack bandwidth to the victim, less than 1.5%. The prototype of commercial product, D-fighter, is developed by implementing this proposed approach on Intel network processor platform IXP1200.  相似文献
