针对传统环境监测系统不能实现跨通信平台、无线远程数据传输和控制,本文设计了以AVR AT-mega128为核心部件,采用μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式实时操作系统的无线环境监控终端.该终端与环境监控中心通过CDMA/GPRS/RADIO无线通信平台进行数据双向传输,突破了传统环境监控系统受地域范围的限制,实现了对环境的远程化、网络化、无人化监控.现场应用结果表明所设计的无线环境监控终端运行稳定,性能可靠.  相似文献

采用STM32单片机为核心控制器,设计并实现了基于GPRS和μC/OS-II实时操作系统的远程数据采集模块。传感器模拟信号通过输入通道送入STM32的ADC端口进行AD转换,转换结果通过GPRS网络传输到监控中心。该数据采集模块可以通过串口在PC的超级终端进行标度变换及其相关参数的配置任务。  相似文献

介绍了一种以ARM微处理器为核心的塑料坯成型控制器,给出了该控制器的软硬件设计.该控制器可以对生产塑料产品时的料坯形状进行任意设定,并通过LCD显示器显示设定的曲线,在料坯挤出过程中,可以根据设定曲线与实际检测的料坯壁厚之间的差值输出与之对应的校正电压,该电压驱动电液控制系统控制料坯壁厚,使得实际生产的塑料产品与设定的料坯形状一致,而且塑料产品表面光滑、细腻.该控制器是以实时操作系统uC/OS-Ⅱ为开发平台的,介绍了uC/OS-Ⅱ的移植和应用.实验证明该控制器实时性好、稳定性高.  相似文献

对嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ在ARM7上的移植作了简要介绍,构建了基于RTOS(Real-Time Operating System)的嵌入式软硬件平台,并在这一平台上设计了一套基于负压波原理的嵌入式原油管道泄漏检测系统.负压波法具有较高的灵敏度和定位精度,但是对系统的实时性有较高的要求,μC/OS-Ⅱ的应用提高了系统的实时性,基于RTOS的应用软件设计更加安全和可靠,容易扩展,而且缩短了开发周期.  相似文献

研究了原丝小车在楼面上行进时的等效均布活荷载。采用《建筑结构荷载规范》(GB50009-2001)(2006年版)附录B的计算方法,根据小车自重、实际载重、轮距、车胎的着地面积、板跨等条件,考虑了小车行进方向与板跨方向平行与垂直两种情况,分别推导出楼面等效均布活荷载的通用公式,给出了不同板跨的等效均布活荷载,得出原丝小车在楼面上的等效均布活荷载随着板跨不同的变化规律。  相似文献

在荷电膜性能的研究中,电解质溶液体系内的膜分离性能及跨膜电位测量是常用的方法。其中纳滤膜的跨膜电位研究中,由于存在膜两侧溶液浓度差和外加压差两种推动力,使得跨膜电位的解析存在一定困难。为解决上述问题,通过实验测定了一种纳滤膜(LES90)在四种电解质(KCl,Na2SO4,MgCl2,MgSO4)水溶液中的跨膜电位,结合膜分离性能(透过液通量,截留率)实验,从跨膜电位中分离出流动电位与膜电位。实验结果表明,对于本研究的四种类型电解质与LES90纳滤膜,随着溶液浓度升高以及阴、阳离子价态的增加,跨膜电位值均呈现降低趋势;本研究所建立的分析方法可以成功从跨膜电位中分离出流动电位与膜电位,从而为进一步通过理论方法解析跨膜电位提供了基础。  相似文献

The advances in transplant immunosuppression have reduced substantially the incidence of kidney graft rejection. In recent years, the focus has moved from preventing rejection to preventing the long-term consequences of long-standing immunosuppression, including nephrotoxicity induced by calcineurin inhibitors (CNI), as well as infectious and neoplastic complications. Since the appearance in the late 1990s of mTOR inhibitors (mTORi), these unmet needs in immunosuppression management could be addressed thanks to their benefits (reduced rate of viral infections and cancer). However, management of side effects can be troublesome and hands-on experience is needed. Here, we review all the available information about them. Thanks to all the basic, translational and clinical research achieved in the last twenty years, we now use mTORi as de novo immunosuppression in association with CNI. Another possibility is represented by the conversion of either CNI or mycophenolate (MPA) to an mTORi later on after transplantation in low-risk kidney transplant recipients.  相似文献

Silicon oxycarbides with varying compositions were investigated concerning their elastic and plastic properties. Additionally, the impact of thermal annealing on their elastic properties was assessed. Phase separation of SiOC seems to have no significant impact on Young’s modulus (high values of β-SiC compensate the low values of the vitreous silica matrix) and hardness. However, it leads to an increase in Poisson’s ratio, indicating an increase in the atomic packing density. The phase composition of SiOC significantly influences Young’s modulus, hardness, brittleness and strain-rate sensitivity: the amount of both β-SiC and segregated carbon governs Young’s modulus and hardness, whereas the fraction of free carbon determines brittleness and strain-rate sensitivity. Thermal annealing of SiOC glass-ceramics leads to an increase in Young’s modulus. However, the temperature sensitivity of Young’s modulus and Poisson’s ratio is not affected, indicating the glassy matrix being stable during thermal annealing. A slightly improved ordering of the segregated carbon and the β-SiC nanoparticles upon thermal annealing was observed. It is suggested that this is responsible for the increase in Young’s modulus.  相似文献

An understanding of the immune mechanisms that lead to rejection versus tolerance of allogeneic pancreatic islet grafts is of paramount importance, as it facilitates the development of innovative methods to improve the transplant outcome. Here, we used our established intraocular islet transplant model to gain novel insight into changes in the local metabolome and proteome within the islet allograft’s immediate microenvironment in association with immune-mediated rejection or tolerance. We performed integrated metabolomics and proteomics analyses in aqueous humor samples representative of the graft’s microenvironment under each transplant outcome. The results showed that several free amino acids, small primary amines, and soluble proteins related to the Warburg effect were upregulated or downregulated in association with either outcome. In general, the observed shifts in the local metabolite and protein profiles in association with rejection were consistent with established pro-inflammatory metabolic pathways and those observed in association with tolerance were immune regulatory. Taken together, the current findings further support the potential of metabolic reprogramming of immune cells towards immune regulation through targeted pharmacological and dietary interventions against specific metabolic pathways that promote the Warburg effect to prevent the rejection of transplanted islets and promote their immune tolerance.  相似文献

采用Fluent软件中的动网格技术对微分泵成型系统内的熔体流场进行数值模拟,通过改变驱动齿轮的转速及齿轮中心距,获得齿轮转速以及中心距对齿轮泵系统内熔体的速度场及压力场的影响规律。分析结果表明,微分泵泵出熔体最高压力与最低压力均与驱动齿轮转速及熔体齿轮中心距呈线性关系。  相似文献

The paper aims at presenting the results of pull-off strength tests of fiber-reinforced polymer composite coatings laminated on steel substrates. It contains the measured data on the thickness of manufactured coatings and the substrate surface’s roughness, according to the various methods of surface’s preparation with the means of abrasive blasting. The microstructure analysis of material’s cross-sections and damage analysis of samples after failure were also performed. The highest pull-off strength’s values for composite coatings were obtained for joints with the substrate modified by abrasive blasting with corundum F60 or simply degreased. To establish the compatibility of substrates with coatings the wettability of the chosen materials was tested and work of adhesion was calculated on its base. Concerning the wettability, it was found that the most preferable joints were characterized by the similar thermodynamic work of adhesion and consisted of the coating’s matrix (SBS) and the steel substrate degreased with acetone or modified with corrundum abrasive blasting and then degreased.  相似文献

Using Gibbs’ method of dividing surfaces, the contact angle of a drop on a flat homogeneous rough non-deformable solid substrate is investigated. For this system, a new generalized Young’s equation for the contact angle, including the influences of line tension and which valid for any dividing surface between liquid phase and vapor phase is derived. Under some assumptions, this generalized Young’s equation reduces to the Wenzel’s equation or Rosanov’s equation valid for the surface of tension.  相似文献
