为了对广西区内柳州、钦州和玉林钩吻根茎提取物的11种生物碱成分的含量检测,研究通过高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法多反应监测(MRM)模式进行试验,认为钦州的钩吻生物碱含量较大,可用于新药研发的钩吻生物碱的含量和引起毒性的生物碱含量均比其他两个地区要大,可作为钩吻的新药研发和中毒防治的参考。  相似文献

目的 查明引起本次食物中毒的原因,有针对性地采取有效措施.方法 对参加聚餐者及事故相关人员以及引起食物中毒的危险因素进行调查,采集可疑中毒物样品进行分析鉴定.结果 饮用过植物泡制药酒的男性11人全部发病,饮酒量为0.1~0.2 kg/人,潜伏期为10 ~ 20 min,饮酒量多者发病更快、病情更重.死亡5例,病死率为45.46%,未饮酒者无人发病.经鉴定,泡制药酒的原料为钩吻.结论 此次为有毒植物钩吻引起的食物中毒事故.  相似文献

GC/MS测定断肠草中钩吻碱方法研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的建立气相色谱-质谱联用仪法检测断肠草中钩吻碱的方法。方法试样经碱液振荡和超声提取后,用三氯甲烷萃取,用毛细管柱HP-5MS进行分离,采用电离方式(EI),气相色谱,质谱联用仪检测断肠草的钩吻碱含量。结果方法检出限为0,2mg/kg;回收率84.2%~92.6%,相对标准偏差小于5%。结论本方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,重现性好,适用于食物中毒样品的定性和定量分析。  相似文献

目的:调查此次食物中毒事件波及范围和原因,并提出预防控制措施。方法:采用现场流行病学调查方法,开展病例搜索和个案调查,收集可疑餐次就餐食物及发病情况,开展回顾性队列研究,比较分析就餐食物与发病的关联性,现场勘查和访谈了解可疑食物的制作过程、原料来源等。同时采集病例血液、尿液、剩余食物等进行检测。结果:本次调查共发现7例病例(罹患率87.50%)。临床表现以头晕(71.43%)、恶心(42.86%)、眼睑下垂(42.86%)等神经系统中毒症状为主。流行曲线提示为点源暴露模式,平均潜伏期为64.20 min(范围:20~130 min)。回顾性队列研究分析结果表明,食用鸭汤与发病的AR为1,食用鸭汤与发病有统计学关联,且鸭汤进食量与临床分级呈现正相关(Spearman检验,rs=0.96,P<0.05);在剩余鸭汤中检出了钩吻素甲。结论:该事件是一起误食含有“钩吻素甲”的鸭汤引起的聚集性食物中毒事件,中毒餐次为2月28日晚餐,致病食物为中草药炖鸭汤,毒素为钩吻素甲,中毒原因可能是患者所购“纸皮藤”中混入钩吻的根茎。  相似文献

目的 快速查找食物中毒原因, 为中毒事件的调查提供技术支持。方法 根据流行病学调查初步判断为疑似断肠草中毒, 应用气质联用技术检测样本中的钩吻碱。结果 近两年已处理的4起疑似断肠草中毒, 共9份检测样品, 其中8份中毒样品被检出钩吻碱。结论 气质联用法可快速、准确检测中毒样品中的钩吻碱, 值得推广应用。  相似文献

目的了解我国植物性食物中毒事件的发生规律及流行病学特征,为植物性食物中毒的预警及预防控制提供科学依据。方法对2004—2013年突发公共卫生事件报告管理信息系统中报告的全国植物性食物中毒事件的流行病学特征进行描述性分析。结果 2004—2013年全国共报告植物性食物中毒事件660起,累计报告中毒17 955人,死亡196人。第四季度是植物性食物中毒事件的高发季节。云南、广西、四川、广东、贵州是植物性食物中毒的高发省(自治区);菜豆中毒事件占事件总数的53.3%(352/660),乌头、油桐、蓖麻子、发芽马铃薯和钩吻引起的中毒事件占事件总起数的24.5%(162/660)。集体食堂是植物性食物中毒事件的主要发生场所,加工处理方式不当和误认误食是引发中毒的主要原因。结论做好集体食堂加工、储存、销售等环节的管理和监督工作,严格规范食品标签和食品宣传,及时预警、监测、报告和处置食物中毒事件,开展公众的健康教育工作,是预防控制植物性食物中毒事件的主要措施。  相似文献

目的 归纳2015—2017年广西钩吻碱导致暴发事件特点,为防控钩吻碱中毒提供科学依据。方法 收集2015—2017年广西监测、处理的钩吻碱中毒事件,分析事件发生原因、可疑暴露食品、临床特征、治疗方法等。结果 2015—2017年累积暴露27人,发病21人,死亡10人,病死率47.6%,平均潜伏期30 min。病例分布中,男性占61.9%(13/21),50~60岁占47.6%(10/21),外地占71.4%(15/21),农民工占61.9%(13/21)。主要临床症状为头晕、视力模糊(均占100.0%,21/21)。暴露环节中,钩吻根茎、花粉和叶子均出现中毒,自泡米酒中毒病死率最高(77.8%,7/9)。结论 广西钩吻碱中毒途径众多,外来人口(农民工)更容易误食含钩吻碱植物,应加强宣传提高防范意识。  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
