拉削由于具有较高的加工精度和切削效率及简便的操作，在现代机械制造业中应用日渐增多，根据其服役条件，拉刀除具有形状各异、复杂精密、多刃的特点外，还应具有一定的韧性，足够的强度，热硬性及高硬度，因此拉刀材料一般选择超硬型高速钢来制造，其制作工艺要求高，每一个工艺环节都将直接影响拉刀的质量和切削寿命。在此我们根据对以下两例拉刀失效原因的分析，来说明拉刀制造工艺中每一个环节的重要性，供读者参考。     

等槽角向挤压BT1-0钛合金

金属压力加工的前景工艺之一是横一角向挤压，其大多用来获得各种金属和合金的型材和半成品。在个别情况，等槽角向挤压过程的特征是垂直和水平挤压槽的横截面几何形状相等。这可在变形过程中实现简单剪切图。简单剪切加工的主要特点是可达到严格规定和均匀的应变可能性，且毛坯的截面无变化。加工循环的多次重复，可保证在给定的原始截面内有较大的应变强度。     

M2Al拉刀的裂纹原因分析

1 概况 国内某公司使用我所提供的φ60mm坯料制造拉刀。据介绍，粗加工-热处理后有6把拉刀中下部出现纵向裂纹。热处理工艺为：570℃预热-1210～1220℃（盐浴炉）淬火-400℃（硝盐）-热校直-回火。带回的拉刀裂纹沿刀体沟槽根部纵向分布。我所对这把拉刀试样进行了硬度及金相观察检测分析。

M42拉刀裂纹产生原因分析

西安某厂从国内两个厂家和国外一个厂家购入一批规格为φ80的M42锻材，经复验共晶碳化物不均匀度为4级，符合制作拉刀要求，随即投入改锻成拉刀毛坯，经改锻后的拉刀毛坯再次检测共晶碳化物不均匀度为3级。然后经过粗机加工、热处理等工序制作成拉刀。在热处理工序完成之后，发现国内A厂供料的7把拉刀、国内B厂供料的10把拉刀、     

船用5083铝合金带筋板挤压及搅拌摩擦焊工艺研究

文章对5083船用铝合金带筋板挤压和搅拌摩擦焊接生产工艺进行了研究,通过对比不同的挤压工艺和搅拌焊接工艺,初步确定船舶用5083铝合金带筋板的加工制造工艺。通过试制及材料测试分析结果表明,铸锭温度为470℃～490℃时,挤压产品具有良好的表面质量及综合性能,且可通过合金配比进一步优化及拉伸量的控制提高材料力学性能。搅拌摩擦焊接的转速与焊接速度比为2.5时,产品具有良好的焊缝质量和综合性能。     

连续挤压铝管砂眼的成因及其对策

连续挤压铝管砂眼的形成是其工艺过程中特定条件下产生的氧化铝水合物,在挤压过程中剧烈脱水所至。要控制砂眼的出现,挤压用圆铝杆本身不要有裂纹或夹缝,不要存放于潮湿的环境中,对其挤压前的清洗工艺条件要严格控制。
