分析了攀枝花钢钒有限公司轨梁厂60kg/m钢轨的实物规格尺寸情况及其对钢轨单重的影响,以及 矫直工序对钢轨规格尺寸的影响,采用回归技术得出了60kg/m钢轨单重理论计算公式,由此制定了主要控制钢轨腰厚和腿尖厚度的负偏差轧制方案,生产表明,负偏差生产使60kg/m钢轨的成材率提高了1.25%。 相似文献

钢轨人工表面质量检测存在漏检率高、劳动强度大、人工成本高等问题,已无法满足企业现代化、智能化的要求,同时也不能适应高速铁路对钢轨质量越来越高的要求。表面质量自动检测技术已在板带材、棒线材生产中大量应用,但在复杂断面的型材特别是钢轨表面质量检测方面的应用还不多。本文介绍的2D视觉检测和3D激光检测技术在钢轨方面已推广应用,但均存在缺陷检测不全或误报率高的问题,结合钢轨缺陷及现有检测技术的特征,提出了钢轨表面质量检测技术的发展方向及钢轨表面质量、断面轮廓一体化检测的建议。 相似文献

采用药芯焊丝堆焊修复后的钢轨组织性能 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
随着铁路运输的高速、重载化,钢轨的伤损日趋严重,过去采用焊条对伤损钢轨进行堆焊修复,已总结出了成套技术并趋于成熟。但对使用自保护药芯焊丝进行堆焊修复钢轨的研究较少,针对在线钢轨的焊接特点,选用牌号JDHB-1的自保护药芯焊丝作为钢轨堆焊修复的材料,在实验室条件下对攀钢生产的U75V钢轨进行了堆焊修复工艺试验,进行了堆焊层的组织、性能等试验研究及超声波探伤。研究表明,采用JDHB-1自保护药芯焊丝进行在线钢轨堆焊修复,满足铁道部标准TB/T1631-2002(钢轨电弧焊补技术条件)对硬度、组织、冲击性能的要求,且堆焊层的透声性能与母材接近,因此堆焊层具有优良的综合机械性能,采用自保护药芯焊丝冷焊修复伤损钢轨具有可行性。 相似文献

On the corrosion behaviour of novel high carbon rail steels in simulated cyclic wet-dry salt fog conditions 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Eutectoid rail steels are prone to excessive corrosion in the coastal locations in India. In order to minimise this problem, four new rail steels with microalloying elements, Cu, Cr, Ni and Si were designed. The corrosion behaviour of these four rail steels were compared with the behaviour of three rail steels already in commercial application. Quantitative evaluation done by weight loss measurements after simulated wet-dry salt fog exposure test showed similar weight loss values for all rail steels. The FTIR spectra of rust samples revealed the presence of Fe3−xO4 as the major phase in both inner and outer layers of rusts on all the rail steels. Relative amounts of the different rust phases have been compared. SEM micrographs of the rusted samples revealed that the rust on Cr-Cu-Ni and Cr-Cu-Ni-Si rail steel was more compact than other rail steels. Impedance spectroscopy showed that the rust formed on Cr-Cu-Ni and Cr-Cu-Ni-Si rail steels resulted in the higher impedance in the high frequency region, compared to other rail steels. 相似文献

研究了不同钢种(U74、U71Mn、BnbRE)、不同轨型(50kg/m、60kg/m、75kg/m)及在不同生产工艺下,钢轨矫后残余应力值的变化。结果表明,不同钢种生产的同轨型钢轨,矫后钢轨轨底中心部位残余应力值随着钢轨强度级别的增加而增加,同钢种、不同轨型的钢轨矫后轨底中心残余应值随着钢轨单位长度质量的增加而增加,同钢种、同轨型的钢轨随着矫直力的增加,钢轨矫后轨底中心残余应力值也增加。而钢轨终轧温度的高低,矫前原始弯曲度的大小(Y轴方向)在现有生产工艺条件下,对钢轨矫后轨底中心残余应力值无明显影响。 相似文献

The mechanisms of La in heavy rail steel were studied by means of experimental measurements, microstructure observation and theoretical analysis in the present work. For heavy rail steel, the state and the content of La were measured, and the mechanisms and the effects of La on sulfide inclusions, microstracture and properties of steel were determined. Strip-like sulfides disappear in heavy rail steel with La/(O+S)〉3.50, which is shown that the metallurgical function of modifying sulfide inclusions has been achieved by La. La can fine the grain size of the austenite in heavy rail steel. Under the experimental condition, the plasticity and the impacting toughness of heavy rail steel with 0.005wt% La can evidently be improved. 相似文献
