A type of cellular-decomposition, solid-model representation based on variable orthorhombic cells and using a threedimensional matrix data structure is presented. It was developed to do two things that other representation methods cannot do easily or quickly. This method directly provides information concerning intersecting components, and it is fast enough to allow checks for intersection to be made in iterative routines. The method has application to layout design where interference checking is important. The method and the essential algorithms are described. An application to fixture design is presented.  相似文献

It is known that oil well productivity can be correlated with the quantification of the damage to the formation (skin factor) and that oil well stimulation through acidizing treatment may be used to improve the permeability of the well pore and restore oil productivity. Current monitoring systems of the skin factor have focused on acid treatments with a single-phase, in which the determination of skin factor is carried out via simplified models in a closed-form, avoiding the need for a real-time platform. However, the combination of several injected fluids is a common procedure in matrix acidizing treatments, giving rise to the formation of foams and two-phase flow. In this case, the real-time estimation of the skin factor requires robust models whose numerical solution should be synchronized with the dynamics of the matrix acidizing treatment in a real-time platform.This paper presents a real-time virtual monitoring system in the wellbore of an oil field to monitor the evolving skin factor during gelling foam acidizing treatments, in which the estimation of the skin factor is conditioned by real-time constraints. The system performance is evaluated using field data available from the stimulation treatments in oil wells located in southeast Mexico. The output results indicate that the real-time virtual monitoring system can successfully predict the evolution of the skin factor. This information is useful for the control and optimization of matrix acidizing treatment.  相似文献

为了克服传统动态电压恢复器无储能装置的不足,提出了一种基于飞轮储能系统(FESS)的新型动态电压恢复器(DVR)。根据飞轮充电要求,对DVR拓扑结构进行了研究,给出了DVR在不同工作模式下的控制策略:在飞轮充电过程中,采用脉宽调制(PWM)整流技术,实现了单位功率因数控制;在补偿电压暂降时,电机采用半桥能量回馈控制,以保持直流母线电压恒定,逆变器采用双环控制策略,补偿电压暂降的同时有效地抑制负载干扰和参数变化。实验结果验证了拓扑结构和控制策略的正确性。  相似文献

Tool condition monitoring systems play an important role in a FMS system. By changing the worn tool before or just at the time it fails, the loss caused by defect product can be reduced greatly and thus product quality and reliability is improved. To achieve this, an on-line tool condition monitoring system using a single-chip microcomputer for detecting tool breakage during cutting process is discussed in this paper. Conventionally, PC-based monitoring systems are used in most research works. The major shortcoming of PC-based monitoring systems is the incurred cost. To reduce costs, the tool condition monitoring system was built with an Intel 8051 single-chip microprocessor and the design is described in this paper. The 8051 tool monitoring system uses a strain gauge for measuring cutting force; according to the force feature, the tool monitoring system can easily recognize the breakage of the cutting tool with its tool breakage algorithm. The experimental results show that the low-cost 8051 tool monitoring board can detect tool breakage in three successive products successfully.  相似文献

Regarding the typical mechatronic system that realizes controlled motion behaviour as the research object, the mechatronic system is composed of three subsystems, they are generalized executive mechanism subsystem, sensing and testing subsystem, and information processing and control subsystem. Based on the three subsystems, a new kind of symbolic representation method to represent a design scheme of mechatronic system is presented. This symbolic representation method includes graphical symbols, literal symbols and port information flows on the abstract layer of basic mechatronic function units in common use. Two applied instances are given. The method standardizes scheme representation of mechatronic system. The purpose is that the computer can identify and operate the standardized scheme representation. Furthermore, the method can be implemented in connection with related knowledge base to produce creative scheme. The symbolic representation method provides theoretical basis for computer aided conceptual design of mechatronic system.  相似文献

针对站台门系统与信号系统接口存在的故障问题,该文提出一种对双方接口命令信号实施在线监测的方案。通过采集双方接口命令信号,采集信号经过电路调理、隔离、放大、微控制器处理后传输到人机显示界面,最终以曲线图的形式将接口信号电压实时显示。该系统设计中采用信号隔离技术,降低监测系统对双方接口设备的影响。该监测系统在站台门系统工程样机上进行了测试,结果表明该系统能够准确、可靠、实时对接口信号电压正负值进行有效地监测,从而达到对接口信号的跟踪溯源,具有一定的推广应用价值。  相似文献

随着物联网时代的到来,基于无线网络的远程数据处理也越来越重要。在嵌入式领域,由于只有通过烧写器才能将程序烧入单片机,工程人员不可能都配备烧写器,所以通过串口的软件在线升级就势在必行。通常的升级方式都是针对大容量存储空间,但是由于结构、功耗等方面的考虑,一款产品选用的单片机存储空间也很小,当应用程序已经占用大部分RAM或者FLASH的时候,通常的升级方式就不可行了。针对这种现状,基于Freescale的MC9S08单片机,提出了一种小容量单片机软件升级的方法。该方法运行稳定可靠,具有一定的实用价值。  相似文献

汽轮发电机定子绕组端部在电磁力作用下,常常引起绕组端部松动和振动超标等缺陷,严重影响着发电机安全运行,对定子绕组端部振动进行实时在线监测是很有必要的。首先分析了绕组端部结构特点和受力振动情况,然后基于LabVIEW8.5语言和SQL Server2000数据库开发了定子绕组端部振动在线监测系统,采用FOA100光纤加速度传感器和瑞博华RBH8351采集卡,实时采集定子绕组端部振动数据,利用后台分析软件实时分析振动特征,功能包括信号采集预处理、实时参数设置、实时报警、时频域分析、振动趋势分析和历史数据查看等功能。  相似文献

Recently developed transducers utilise the unique characteristics of Deformed Helix Ferroelectric Liquid Crystal (DHFLC) to linearly and passively transduce small voltage signals into the optical domain. These small optical transducers can be retrofitted to an existing flowmeter network where the true benefits of distributed sensing in the optical domain can be leveraged. Signals from multiple sensors can be multiplexed into a single optical fibre for measurement at a remote location. We demonstrate two methods of signal measurement based on a positive displacement oval gear flowmeter. Utilising a reed switch to produce short pulses, errorless flow rate transduction is possible across all flow rates including very low flows. Using a variable reluctance sensor, completely passive transduction of flow rates can be achieved. The same technique can be applied to any sensing network with an electrical signal output.  相似文献
