对不同平板厚度的圆柱孔平板气膜冷却模型进行了数值研究,其中冷却空气入射角均为35°,湍流模型采用Standardk-ε湍流模型。所研究的模型分为单孔模型和排孔模型,板的厚度分为4mm、2mm及0mm。文章的重点在于分析平板的传热对气膜冷却效果的影响,研究结果显示气膜冷却效率沿主流方向逐渐降低,当吹风比为0.8时冷却效率最高,平板内部导热对气膜冷却效率及平面温度分布有较大影响。 相似文献

采用热线风速仪测量系统对平板气膜冷却模型的流场进行实验分析,获得了在不同吹风比下不同截面处的速度与湍流度的变化规律与趋势。结果表明,吹风比较小时(M1),冷却气体穿透力弱,能形成较好的冷却气膜;随着吹风比增大(M1),在气膜孔下游产生的肾形涡流增大,增高了漩涡中心,且相同位置处的湍流度增大,导致气膜的覆盖面积减小,并使主流与射流换热加剧,减弱了冷却效果。 相似文献

本文分析研究了某型涡轮喷气发动机一级压气机转子叶片在服役中发生的折断事故。得出:点腐蚀叠加应力腐蚀损伤是导致叶片早期疲劳失效的主要诱发因素。通过对叶片的解剖分析和热处理工艺验证性试验,确证淬火冷速缓慢,Cr_(23)C_6型碳化物沿晶界析出,是使叶片抗蚀性能急剧降低,从而导致叶片早期失效的主要原因。 相似文献

为了获得气膜孔上游放置斜坡对气膜流场结构的影响规律,利用热膜风速仪测量系统研究了斜坡的台阶高度分别为0.5d和1.0d(d为气膜孔直径)时不同吹风比下沿孔出口中心线下游气流的速度分布和湍流度分布情况,并与常规气膜孔下游流场结构进行对比,以揭示斜坡对气膜冷却流场作用的影响机理。结果表明,带斜坡的气膜冷却结构会降低孔上游的流速并提高孔下游的湍流度。 相似文献

采用放大的燃气涡轮静叶模型,利用大尺度叶栅风洞进行实验,测量了涡轮静叶表面完全气膜覆盖下气膜冷却特性。风洞实验段由三个叶片组成,中间叶片为实验叶片,由有机玻璃制成。对叶片前腔和后腔表面换热情况分别进行实验,主要研究了不同主流雷诺数及不同质流比对气膜冷却效率影响。研究结果表明:气膜对前腔壁面冷却效果总体上优于后腔壁面,在叶片不同区域气膜冷却效率变化规律有所不同。 相似文献

建立新发展的分析模型,采用适当的数值计算方法,对光谱分析数据进行处理,以得到发动机各零部件在运行过程中的实际磨损量,并将这一技术应用于发动机零部件磨损试验。初步验证了这一技术应用于发动机摩擦、磨损分析、试验研究和运行监测、故障预测诊断的可能性,为今后发动机摩擦、磨损分析、试验研究和运行监测及故障预测、诊断提供了有益的途径。 相似文献

To study the tribological properties of the piston ring-cylinder liner in liquid-solid lubrication, the experiment is carried out on a modified piston ring-cylinder liner tester. Two kinds of liquid-solid lubricants are used, one with ultra-dispersed diamond (UDD) nano-particles suspending in pure lubricant, the other with micro-sized M0S2 particles. The particle concentrations are 0%, 0.02% and 0.1% by weight. The experimental temperature is 30℃ and 75℃ respectively. The results show that with the presence of ultra-dispersed diamond particles, the load when scuffing failure occurs is increased.For the lubricant contains MoS2 particles, the scuffing load is decreased. The liquid-solid lubricant also affects the thermal behavior of piston ring-cylinder liner. The surface bulk temperatures of cylinder liner specimen are measured. It has been seen that liquid-solid lubricant used in this research tends to improve the thermal properties generally and the measured friction forces also decreases with the presence of UDD nano-particles. The surface bulk temperature when scuffing occurs is also measured. The results show that the size effect and environment temperature have obvious influence on scuffing load and scuffing temperature. With some new findings, this work is an important complement to the existing research on particle effect on lubrication, because the existing results only show one aspect of this problem. 相似文献

An experimental investigation of three-dimensional flow field in a film-cooled turbine model is carried out by using particle image velocimeter (PIV) in a low-speed wind tunnel. The effects of different blowing ratios (M=1.5, 2) on the flow field are studied. The experimental results reveal the classical phenomena of the formation of kidney vortex pair and secondary flow in wake region behind the jet hole. And the changes of the kidney vortex pair and the wake at different locations away from the hole on the suction and pressure sides are also studied. Compared with the flow field in stationary cascade, there are centrifugal force and Coriolis force existing in the flow field of rotating turbine, and these forces bring the radial velocity in the jet flow. The effect of rotation on the flow field of the pressure side is more distinct than that on the suction side from the measured flow fields in Y-Z plane and radial velocity contours. The increase of blowing ratio makes the kidney vortex pair and the secondary flow in the wake region stronger and makes the range of the wake region enlarged. 相似文献

研究了直喷式柴油机瞬态工况壁面温度对燃烧噪声的影响机理。开展内燃机瞬态工况测试技术和测试方法研究,通过对瞬态与稳态过程的壁面温度差异的研究分析,从气体动力载荷和高频压力振荡两方面分析研究瞬态噪声与稳态噪声产生差异的机理。瞬态工况壁面温度高于同负荷同转速的稳态工况。壁面温度的差异导致两种工况下滞燃期的改变,影响燃烧压力和缸内压力升高率以及压力高频振荡的频率和幅值。结果表明,瞬态与稳态工况壁面温度的差异影响到动力载荷与压力高频振荡,是两种工况下燃烧噪声产生差异的主要二级影响因素之一。 相似文献

本文用数值拟和试验研究相结合的方法分析凹模型线对挤压过程变形状态的影响。模拟计算采用刚塑性有限元法,试验研究用坐标网格法和密栅云纹技术。文章对文献中提出的圆锥凹模、余弦曲线凹模、等应变率曲线凹模、双曲线凹模、椭圆曲线凹模和最短流线凹模,以及另外新设计的正弦曲线凹模,进行数值模拟,得到了各种型线模挤压时的速度场、应力场和应变场,以及由于变形热效应引起的试件和模具温升。并用光刻网格法和密栅云纹法进行试验校核。计算结果与实验结果相互吻合良好,研究结果表明七种曲线凹模中,以新设计的正弦曲线凹模最佳,余弦曲线凹模次之,这两种型线凹模的挤压力低,而且内部应变分布均匀。 相似文献

由于固液界面处存在双电层,理论和试验研究都表明该效应对薄膜润滑有较为明显的影响。首先,利用自行设计的外加电场重构双电层装置进行了组合滑块水润滑试验,结果分析表明:双电层所引起的电粘度效应对流体润滑中摩擦因数有明显影响,另外当摩擦副的材料不同时,摩擦因数的变化规律不同。然后,又对KCl(氯化钾)溶液进行了组合滑块试验,进一步研究了离子浓度对电粘度效应的影响,在不同速度和溶液浓度的工况下,对摩擦因数进行了测量。结果表明:低浓度溶液使摩擦因数明显增加,浓度高时摩擦因数减小;随着速度的增加,双电层效应对摩擦因数的影响减小。最后,对试验工况进行了数值分析。 相似文献

A numerical investigation of laser-assisted machining for Inconel 718 is presented. This study is based on a three-dimensional finite element model, which takes into account a new constitutive law of Inconel 718 as well as friction and heat transfer models at the tool-chip interface that are developed at the Aerospace Manufacturing Technology Centre (AMTC), of the National Research Council of Canada (NRC), Canada. The material flow stress is described as a function of the strain, the strain rate, and the temperature. The friction model accounts for the sticking and the sliding regions observed experimentally. The formulation of the heat transfer model is based on combining contact mechanics analysis with the solution of the thermal contact problem. The laser beam is modeled as a moving heat source, which is experimentally calibrated. To validate the three-dimensional finite element model, laser-assisted machining experiments were designed and carried out under different cutting conditions. The predicted cutting force and chip thickness are compared with the experimental results. The temperature, stress, strain, and strain rate fields in the primary deformation zone are investigated in order to reveal the plastic deformation process under laser-assisted machining operations. 相似文献
