The possibility of manufacturing a protective corrosion-resistant enamel coatings that are based on slag wastes from heat and electric power plants and intended for oil steel pipes has been considered. A number of compositions of glass-slag-enamel coatings have been developed. The prepared samples have been tested for strength of adhesion to metal, chemical resistance, and corrosion resistance. It has been demonstrated that the synthesized protective corrosion-resistant glass-slag coatings satisfy all the specified requirements.  相似文献

油田管道腐蚀和结垢造成了巨大的损失,防腐、防结垢比较困难,而且涂料在热镀锌管上难以附着,为此进行了大量的研究工作,首先,通过合成固化剂,解决了涂料在热镀锌管上附着力差的问题;其次,合理选用颜填料以及纳米SiO2和纳米TiO2.同时选用有效降低表面张力的助剂,使表面结垢得到了比较好的控制。另外,通过控制混合溶剂的挥发速率,使产品能较好地适应长管道、小直径的特殊施工工艺及设备,并使产品施工固体分高。施工产生的漆雾少.具有很好的环保性能。  相似文献

Copper is the most important raw material for cold‐water plumbing systems in private and public buildings. One disadvantage of copper pipes is that small amounts of copper dissolve into the drinking water. Protective layers of cuprite (anodic coatings industrially applied) typically have lattice imperfections that can facilitate general corrosion. In this study, cuprite coatings were applied cathodically using electrolysis. The galvanic deposition at fixed voltage resulted in a coarse crystalline coating; the crystallites had a [111] fibre texture. Pulsed electrodeposition (PED) resulted in a variety of layers with different semiconducting characteristics. With this procedure, nanocrystalline arrangements could also be produced. In this case however, it was only possible to coat short sections of piping, which led to increased disorder at the edges. All coated pipes, together with untreated control pipes, were connected for a period of one to three years to the public drinking water system. During this time, nearly all of the coated pipes demonstrated a lower level of copper solubility than the control pipes.  相似文献

Comparative characteristics of known materials which are used to increase the longevity of steel pipes are presented. It is shown that glass enamel coatings provide effective protection from corrosion. 热煨弯管是整条管线外防腐层的薄弱环节,不仅涂敷操作困难,而且对搬运、堆放的要求也较高,因此热煨弯管的外防腐层应选用性能可靠、技术经济性好、搬运、堆放和施工操作方便的材料。无溶剂液体环氧涂料用于热煨弯管的外防腐在国内外均有较多的使用实例,西气东输工程部分管道就采用了液体环氧涂料防腐层,从施工效果来看,其主要优点是环氧涂料与钢管表面粘结性优异、耐化学介质侵蚀、防腐性能好、阴极剥离半径小,适于在现场施工;但存在固化时间长、韧性差等缺点。钢质热煨弯管用新型无溶剂液体环氧涂料研究的试验证明,新型无溶剂液体环氧涂料既具有良好的防腐蚀功能,又具有快干和机械强度高的特点。  相似文献

Heat resistant coatings are required primarily for stacks, exhaust pipes, reactors, space crafts and similar equipments that are permanently or occasionally exposed to elevated temperatures. High-temperature coatings are generally based on silicone resin with ceramic and metallic pigments. In this study, iron oxide, cobalt oxide (thermo chromic compound) and aluminum oxide are used for the preparation of four new types of coloured pigments. The thermal resistant characteristics of these ceramic pigments were studied by differential thermal analysis, thermo gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetric analysis. These ceramic pigments are found to be thermally stable up to 400 °C.  相似文献

针对井下油管的腐蚀环境和防腐蚀涂覆的需要,研制了YG系列油管防腐蚀涂料,包括YG-01烘烤固化型油管涂料和YG-03常温固化型油管涂料等。性能研究结果表明:YG系列油管防腐蚀涂料具有优异的耐盐雾、耐酸和耐油田污水等耐腐蚀性能;以及在高温高压下耐H2S/CO2腐蚀和耐碱等性能,并具有较好的综合性能,可以满足不同腐蚀环境下井下油管内防腐的涂覆需要。其中YG-01满足国内现有进口油管/钻杆内防腐涂覆作业线的工艺要求。  相似文献

Microbiologically induced corrosion of concrete(MICC) and its protective coatings has a high economic impact on sewer maintenance and rehabilitation.A better understanding of the micro-organisms and the biogenic acids that are generated in the sewer is essential in controlling the corrosion of concrete pipes and protective coatings.The role of succession of micro-organisms growth in the corrosion of concrete and protective coatings was evaluated in this study.Examination of various sewer pipe materials exhibiting various extents of degradation,including concrete,cement based and epoxy based coating revealed the presence of both organic and biogenic sulphuric acids.This reflects the activity of fungi and the thiobacilli strains.Organism growth and metabolism were strongly related to the substrate pH.Fungi were found to grow and metabolise organic acids at pH from 2.0-8.0.Whilst the thiobacilli strains grew and generated sulphuric acids at pH below 3.0.The successive growth of the organisms provides an important bearing in developing improved strategies to better manage sewers.  相似文献

西气东输管道沿线压气站的埋地管线使用了无溶剂环氧涂料,在过去新疆段的部分压气站内出现了埋地管道泄露的情况,为了解无溶剂涂层在四道班压气站的应用状况,进行了开挖调查,结果发现,管线上的无溶剂环氧涂层总体质量较差,出现了大量的剥离、破损和脱落等现象,防腐层厚度不均匀,小管线上涂层厚度严重不足,给管线的正常运行带来了严重安全隐患,因此建议及时对防腐层进行修复。  相似文献

A novel electrochemical technique had been introduced to prepare nanocrystalline superamphiphobic coatings inside of narrow pipes of significant length. The axially propagated ultrasound was utilized to ensure the scaling‐up potential of this technique. The coating had strong mechanical strength, durability in low/high pH solutions and the potential of controlling its thickness while preserving a stable nonwetting performance. 针对环氧粉末内防腐涂层的内补口问题,将铁基形状记忆合金管道接头应用于环氧粉末内防腐涂层管道,并对其进行了水压、拉拔和腐蚀等性能试验。结果表明,铁基形状记忆合金管道接头连接系统的密封性能、耐压性能和抗拉拨性能得到了显著提高,且耐蚀性及抗氧化性能优良。  相似文献

Corrosion is the deterioration of materials by chemical interaction with their environment. In the oil and gas industry, corrosion of the pipelines and other equipment is one of the leading causes of failure and the corrosion-related costs are very high. Hence, corrosion protection is an essential requirement. In this study, the objective is to analysis of the corrosion protection behavior of spray Alumina-Titania (Al2O3-TiO2) oxide ceramic coating on carbon steel pipes C45 using two different thermal spray coatings processes. These two different thermal spraying coating, High velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) and plasma thermal spraying techniques can be used instead of extensive treatment by expensive chemical formation of coatings on pipelines and equipment to improve or restore a component's surface properties or dimensions and to protect them from corrosion. Molten or semi-molten ceramic composite powders are sprayed on the surface in order to produce a dense coating layer. FESEM of coated samples showed that a high temperature of plasma coating method end in melting the ceramic powders and creation of completely melted regions on the coated samples’ surface compared to HVOF coating techniques. Corrosion testing of coated samples in seawater (3.5% NaCl) was conducted within 30 days. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) as well as potentiodynamic polarization outcomes represented that the corrosion resistivity of plasma coating technique for this type of ceramic composite is better than HVOF coating technique. However, both types of coating techniques are protecting the substrate against seawater.  相似文献

In this research, the corrosion resistance and adhesion property of a synthetic rubber-based primer reinforced with different ratios of micaceous iron oxide (MIO) pigments were studied. Coatings were applied on carbon steel panels and also on steel pipes of 219.1 mm outer diameter. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to investigate the dispersion of MIO particles in the rubbery matrix. The anticorrosion performance of the coatings was studied, using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and salt spray tests. In addition, the adhesion of primers to carbon steel substrates was evaluated by pull-off test. In order to investigate the effect of MIO particles on the flexibility of the pigmented primers, a cupping test was conducted. The adhesion of cold-applied tape to the formulated primers was assessed by peel adhesion test using hanging mass method. The results indicated that adding 5, 10, and 15 wt% of MIO pigments into the primer improved corrosion resistance of the coatings. An increase in the MIO loading up to 10 wt%, improved the adhesion of the primer to both steel substrate and cold-applied tape.  相似文献

Abstract

Pipe materials technology and market needs have combined to advance developments in material savings while enhancing pipe properties. Progress in increasing PVC pipe material design stresses from 10 to 32 MPa and the corresponding reduction in wall thicknesses and safety factors are described. The concepts of strength and toughness as applied to design criteria for PVC-U, PVC-M and PVC-O pressure pipes are considered. The fulfilment of stringent requirements of modified pipes for the mining industry and other applications is described to illustrate the versatility and durability of PVC pipes.  相似文献
