Abstract The linear problems of transient temperature and thermal stresses in a thin, finite, rectangular plate subjected to heat losses due to nonuniform heat transfer coefficients on the upper and lower plate surfaces are solved by a direct power series approach through the application of the Lanczos-Chebyshev and the discrete least-squares methods. A numerical example demonstrates the accuracies that can be achieved by using only a small number of terms. 相似文献

为消除电采暖引起的电网峰谷差并降低采暖运行费用,该文提出了一种带有相变材料潜热贮能板的地板电采暖系统,并建立了分析此系统热性能的地板和房间理论模型,对给定的电加热相变蓄热地板采暖房间,模拟了室内空气温度和地面温度的变化,藉此分析了我国几个气候地区冬季该系统的应用效果,结果证明此采暖方式在使房间热负荷不大的建筑和气候条件下,基本能满足人的热舒适性要求,有较好的应用前景。 相似文献

In this paper, a theoretical analysis of a three-dimensional transient thermal stress problem is developed for a nonhomogeneous hollow circular cylinder due to a moving heat source in the axial direction from the inner and /or outer surfaces. Assuming that the hollow circular cylinder has nonhomogeneous thermal and mechanical material properties in the radial direction, the heat conduction problem and the associated thermoelastic behaviors for such nonhomogeneous medium are developed by introducing the theory of laminated composites as one of theoretical approximation. The transient heat conduction problem is treated with the help of the methods of Fourier cosine transformation and Laplace transformation, and the associated thermoelastic field is analyzed making use of the thermoelastic displacement potential, Michell's function, and the Boussinesq's function. Some numerical results for the temperature change and the stress distributions are shown in figures, and the effect of relaxing the thermal stress in the nonhomogeneous hollow circular cylinder and the influence of the velocity of a moving heat source are briefly discussed 相似文献

吸附式制冷系统中一有的各种吸附器在应用过程中都存在一些缺点。我们设计了一种螺旋板式吸附器,并将其成功地应用在采用活性碳-甲醇为工质对的连续回热型吸附式制冷系统中。实验中该吸附器显示了良好的性能,可以使循环周期大大缩短。通过对建造的连续回热型吸附式制冷系统性能的测试分析,指出了原有连续回热型吸附式制冷系统的弊端,着重讨论了实现连续回热型循环的有效途径。 相似文献

针对光伏/光热(PV/T)系统管板换热结构传热性能差、电池层温度分布不均匀的问题,采用管板连接处增加机械加固的形式强化管板导热接触,同时提出蛇形管、单向螺旋型和双向螺旋形3种换热通道分布结构。通过数值模拟方法对比不同结构的系统热性能,随后在流量、辐照度、入口水温等多工况条件下分析换热性能的变化。结果显示:系统在流量90 L/h、辐照度800 W/m2时呈换热性能最佳状态,热效率能达71.5%;管道具体排布方式对热效率和电池层平均温度的影响不大,而双向螺旋管将冷热管交替布置,较单向螺旋管和蛇形管结构能明显提高电池层温度分布的均匀性,温度分布不均匀度最高可降低37.5%。 相似文献

Two-crack propagation paths in a ceramic/metal functionally graded material plate (FGP) under one-cycle temperature change of heating and cooling are considered. When the FGP is subjected to thermal shock, a single crack or multiple cracks often initiate on the ceramic surface during the cooling process and propagate in the FGP. Crack paths are influenced by the heating temperature conditions, a compositional profile of the FGP, the fracture toughness, interaction among multiple cracks, and so on. Transient thermal stresses are treated as a linear quasi-static thermoelastic problem for a plane-strain state. The crack paths are treated under fracture mechanics using the finite-element method. The effects of heating temperature conditions, a compositional profile of the FGP, the fracture toughness, and a crack space on the crack propagation pattern are discussed and are shown in figures. 相似文献

This paper is concerned with a method for calculating the thermal-stress distribution in a nonhomogeneous medium whose shear modulus and coefficient of thermal expansion are assumed to be functions of z. The solution of the problem is determined by using displacement functions. A solution is then derived for the thermal-stress distribution in a nonhomogeneous, thick elastic plate under steady distribution of the surface temperature. Numerical results are presented. 相似文献

通过引入换热器出口最高流体温度的概念,对地源热泵竖直U型埋管地热换热器的热短路现象进行了量化,基于竖直U型埋管周围的瞬时有限元模型,对影响热短路现象的主要参数(支管间距和回填料导热系数)进行了模拟分析,得出了量化结果。结果表明,增大支管间距可降低换热器出口最高流体温度,减小由热短路现象引起的热损失;回填料的导热系数对热短路现象的影响较大,当回填料导热系数小于周围土壤的导热系数时,增大回填料导热系数对减小热短路损失有较大作用,而当回填料导热系数大于土壤导热系数时则作用不大,推荐使用导热系数与周围土壤导热系数接近的回填材料。 相似文献

Axisymmetric thermal and mechanical buckling of functionally graded circular plates is considered. Equilibrium and stability equations under thermal and mechanical loads are derived based on first-order shear deformation plate theory. Assuming that the material properties vary as a power form of the thickness coordinate variable z and using the variational method, the system of fundamental ordinary differential equations is established. Buckling analysis of a functionally graded plate under uniform temperature rise, linear and nonlinear gradient through the thickness, and uniform radial compression are considered, and the critical buckling loads are derived for clamped edge plates. The results are compared with the buckling loads obtained for a functionally graded plate based on the classical plate theory given in the literature. 相似文献

Thermonuclear fusion process implementation has many material problems and one of them is related to the removal of impurities from plasma. In the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER), a divertor concept has been incorporated for this purpose. In this work, the development of a micromechanical model for functionally graded materials (FGMs) is presented and its application to thermal-elasto-plastic analysis is discussed for the case of the W-Cu FGMs for the ITER divertor plates. The model allows the prediction of basic properties of the FGM and computations of thermal stresses; and, in some limits, it may be used for pre-design evaluation of strain stress distributions and inelastic behavior. The model is found to be very useful at the first stages of graded materials design. 相似文献

Variations of thermal and residual stresses are investigated inside a thin mild steel plate during welding processes. The temperature distribution is determined analytically using Green's functions. Transient thermal stresses developed within the plate are computed numerically. The resulting residual stresses, which remain after cooling of the plate, are found based on a method presented originally by Tall (L. Tall, Welding Journal, vol. 43, pp. 10–23, 1964). It is found that welding speed and heat source intensity are the main factors that affect the residual stress formation in the plate. 相似文献

The object of this article is to study the one-spatial dimensional thermal and mechanical waves in a piezoelectric infinite plate subjected to thermal, electric, and mechanical loadings. Based on the coupled generalized theory of piezothermoelasticity along with the modified Fourier law, the governing equations are expressed by a set of first-order partial differential equations with stress, particle velocity, electric field intensity, heat flow, and temperature as the unknown variables. This system of equations is analyzed by the method of characteristics. The numerical calculations are carried out for a traction-free PZT-4 plate subjected to impulsive surface heating. Graphical displays are utilized to present the outcome of the procedures. 相似文献
