针对现场烧结终点控制复杂与难度大的实际,开发了神经网路预报系统。预报系统采用4层前向神经网络,进行多因素输入建模,输出采用具有极值特性的二次曲线计算的烧结终点与实际最高废气温度,预报烧结终点与最高废气温度,为现场终点控制的最新可行方法。网络结构设计先进合理、精度高、泛化能力强,训练方差为0000 018 14,用训练样本集测试输出,烧结终点绝对平均误差为0.04,终点废气温度绝对平均误差为4.57 ℃。采用训练后网络预报,烧结终点(风箱号)绝对误差最大仅为0.09,终点废气温度绝对误差最大为3.57 ℃,命中率100%。用预报结果有针对性调节烧结参数可收到明显效果。 相似文献

主抽风机采用变频技术后,为了通过调整主抽风机转速实现烧结过程稳定的目的,研究了主抽风机转速、烧结风量、烧结机速和垂直烧结速度之间相关关系,开发了以垂直烧结速度为判据的主抽风机转速自动控制系统。太钢烧结机应用该技术后,过程垂直烧结速度稳定性大幅提高,保证了烧结终点持续稳定在倒数第2个风箱范围内,终点稳定率为98.1%,比人工控制提高35.5%,烧结返矿率比人工控制降低3.46%。同时,该技术更好地发挥了主抽风机变频的优势,主抽电耗进一步降低,较工频运行时节省电能28.6%。 相似文献

Two azole-based Schiff bases, namely, 2-(((1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)imino)methyl)-4-bromophenol, TIB , and 4-Bromo-2-((thiazol-2-ylimino)methyl)phenol, BTP , are synthesized and used as corrosion inhibitors for mild steel, MS, in acidic medium. The inhibitive effect of TIB and BTP , in 0.5 m hydrochloric acid, is investigated using weight loss, potentiodynamic polarization, and electrochemical impedance measurements. The optimum concentrations of TIB and BTP for coverage of metal surface are 600 and 400 μM, respectively. An electrochemical impedance study shows that the corrosion of MS is reduced through a charge transfer mechanism. The maximum inhibition efficiencies at optimum concentration of TIB and BTP are ≈83% and ≈81%, respectively. Tafel polarization reveals that the TIB and BTP behave as mixed-type inhibitors, predominantly of cathodic type. The results indicate that the MS surface has been blocked by TIB and BTP molecules following the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The formed protective layer on MS surface is verified using SEM and EDX techniques. Furthermore, atomic force microscopic study reveals that the current inhibitors increase the surface smoothness of MS by adsorbing on the metallic surface. 相似文献

The distribution of membrane filipin sterol complexes (FSC) in the plasma membrane of the acrosomal region (PMAR) of rabbit sperm from epididymis and testis, in normal and hypercholesterolaemic rabbits, was examined at ultrastructural level. Membrane FSG were quantitatively analysed on freeze fracture replicas of filipin-treated cells. Cauda epididymal sperm shows a significant increase in filipin sterol complexes concentration in PMAR of hypercholesterolaemic animals compared to normal rabbits. Hypercholesterolaemic animals had 0.53 +/- 0.08 FSC micron-2 in the marginal segment of PMAR and 0.26 +/- 0.03 FSC micron-2 for normal animals. In the principal piece we found 0.70 +/- 0.07 FSC micron-2 for hypercholesterolaemic and 0.43 +/- 0.03 FSC micron-2 for control animals. We also counted 0.58 +/- 0.04 FSC micron-2 in the equatorial segment of PMAR for hypercholesterolaemic and 0.38 +/- 0.03 FSC micron-2 for normal animals respectively. The FSC concentration of testicular sperm, like sperm from corpus and caput of epididymis in hypercholesterolaemic animals, did not differ from the controls. Cholesterol, phospholipids and cholesterol:phospholipid ratio in caudal epididymal sperm from treated males did not differ from controls. Only the sphingomyelin concentration decreases in cauda epididymal sperm from hypercholesterolaemic males compared to controls. The results presented in this paper suggest that the lipidic domains in PMAR of hypercholesterolaemic rabbits changes when the gametes go through the epididymis. 相似文献
