针对非线性系统辨识中定结构参数辨识局限性高和辨识率低的问题,将结构自适应引入辨识的优化,提出一种基于子系统的结构自适应滤波(SSAF)方法。该方法的模型由若干子系统级联而成,每一个子系统均为线性-非线性混合结构。子系统的线性部分是一个一阶或二阶可选的无限脉冲响应滤波器(IIR),非线性部分则是一个静态的非线性函数。初始化中,子系统的参数随机产生,生成的若干子系统按照设定的连接规则进行随机连接,而不含反馈的连接机制确保了非线性系统的有效性。采用一种自适应多精英引导的复合差分进化(AMECoDEs)算法用于自适应模型循环优化,直至找到最优的结构和参数,即全局最优。实验结果表明,SSAF方法在非线性测试函数以及真实数据集上的表现优异,辨识率高且收敛性好,与聚焦时滞递归神经网络(FTLRNN)相比,它所用参数的个数仅为FTLRNN的1/10,且适应值精度提高了7%,验证了所提方法的有效性。 相似文献

The H2 guaranteed cost control problem for a singularly perturbed norm-bounded uncertain system is addressed using the quadratic stabilizability framework. After defining the corresponding slow and fast uncertain subsystems, the set of quadratic stabilizing composite controls is characterized. Two Riccati equations have to be solved, one for the slow subsystem and the other for the fast subsystem. Choosing appropriately the weighting matrices, it is shown how to pick up in the set of quadratic stabilizing composite controls, a control minimizing an upper bound on the H2 norm of a certain transfer matrix. A novel computational approach for the dynamic analysis of a large scale rigid–flexible multibody system composed of composite
laminated plates is proposed. The rigid parts in the system are described through the Natural Coordinate Formulation (NCF)
and the flexible bodies in the system are modeled via the finite elements of Absolute Nodal Coordinate Formulation (ANCF),
which can lead to a constant mass matrix for the derived system equation of motion. For modeling composite laminated plates
accurately, a new composite laminated plate element of ANCF is proposed and the corresponding efficient formulations for evaluating
both the elastic force and its Jacobian of the element are derived from the first Piola–Kirchhoff stress tensor. To improve
computational efficiency, the sparse matrix technology and graph theory are used to solve the huge set of linear algebraic
equations in the process of integrating the equations of motion by using the generalized-a method, and an OpenMP based parallel scheme is also introduced. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed approach is validated
through two numerical examples. One is the static simulation of a single composite laminated plate under gravity and the other

Adaptive composite suboptimal control for linear singularly perturbed systems with unknown slow dynamics 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In this article, using singular perturbation theory and adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) approach, an adaptive composite suboptimal control method is proposed for linear singularly perturbed systems (SPSs) with unknown slow dynamics. First, the system is decomposed into fast‐ and slow‐subsystems and the original optimal control problem is reduced to two subproblems in different time‐scales. Afterward, the fast subproblem is solved based on the known model of the fast‐subsystem and a fast optimal control law is designed by solving the algebraic Riccati equation corresponding to the fast‐subsystem. Then, the slow subproblem is reformulated by introducing a system transformation for the slow‐subsystem. An online learning algorithm is proposed to design a slow optimal control law by using the information of the original system state in the framework of ADP. As a result, the obtained fast and slow optimal control laws constitute the adaptive composite suboptimal control law for the original SPSs. Furthermore, convergence of the learning algorithm, suboptimality of the adaptive composite suboptimal control law and stability of the whole closed‐loop system are analyzed by singular perturbation theory. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed methods. 相似文献

组合服务选取问题是服务计算领域的一个研究热点问题,已往的选取方法大多基于难以准确获取的服务QoS信息,且算法思路复杂.文中提出了一种基于组合服务执行信息的服务选取方法.该方法分为3个阶段:数据生成阶段、数据挖掘阶段和服务选取阶段,分别进行组合服务执行信息的记载和相关数据集的生成、路径分支关联规则和服务执行顺序序列模式的挖掘以及基于挖掘产生的知识模式进行服务选取.文中首先给出一种可以方便记载日志的服务组合系统架构;然后提出一种基于时间加权的算法模型,以有效地进行路径分支关联规则和顺序序列模式的挖掘;最后对文中的组合服务选取方法进行描述.实验结果表明:文中方法在选取出的组合服务健壮性方面要优于基于QoS的方法. 相似文献
