高强钢板材表面裂纹断裂韧度测试方法的试验研究

壳体材料的断裂一般是由于表面裂纹所引起的。断口分析证明,表面裂纹作为裂纹源,多呈近似半椭圆状。因此,用半椭圆表面裂纹试样测定材料的断裂韧度,具有很大的工程实用价值。本文介绍了高强钢板材表面裂纹断裂韧度的测试方法,并对有关试验条件,如 K_(1e)的宽度效应及条件载荷的确定等诸因素进行了分析和讨论。     

508-Ⅲ钢动态断裂韧度性能研究

为满足核电安全设计需求,研究了动态断裂韧度测试技术及508-Ⅲ钢的动态断裂韧度.与国际相关数据对比,结果表明数据是可靠的.     

三点弯曲法测定岩盐的断裂韧度

目前国内尚无专门文献研究岩盐的断裂韧度。本文用三点弯曲法测试了岩盐的断裂韧度，并对结果进行了百线性修正。     

包钢X80管线钢断裂韧度评估试验

X80管线钢在外力作用条件下由于断裂韧度不足可能引起断裂事故。试验测得包钢产X80管线钢CTOD值,按照Wells提出的CTOD断裂判据对其断裂韧度的安全性进行了评估。断裂韧度测试及评估结果可供科研和生产参考。     

气压烧结无粘结相超细硬质合金WC-0.27VC-0.53Cr3C2的配碳研究

无粘结相WC基硬质合金具有WC-Co合金无可比拟的优异的耐磨性和抗腐蚀性,目前是硬质合金重要的研究领域之一.研究了纳米配碳对高能球磨WC-0.27VC-0.53Cr3C2纳米复合粉气压烧结制品的致密化及相结构的影响,初步探讨了合金的硬度、断裂韧度等性能.研究结果表明:球磨时间达到15h时,粉末BET粒度和晶粒尺寸分别为77nm、20nm,粉末碳含量下降约0.2％(质量分数,下同),氧含量增加约0.5％(质量分数,下同).随配碳量的增加,合金的致密度先增高后减低;配碳量为0.6％时,合金的相对密度最高,约为99.5％;配碳量＜0.6％时,合金中产生了W2C相,但W2C含量随配碳量增加而逐渐减少.本研究中粉末适宜配碳量为0.6％,此时合金的晶粒度为204.5nm,硬度(HV0.5)和断裂韧度分别为29.6GPa和7.07MPa·m1/2.     

控轧,控冷16MnR钢板及焊接接头的断裂韧性研究

测定了控轧,控冷16MnR钢板在20～40℃下的断裂韧度J_(IC),动态断裂韧度J_(Id),止裂韧度K_(Ia)及NDT;研究了用不同焊条焊接接头的断裂韧度,热模拟后的冲击韧性及容器爆破后的断口及组织稳定性。结果表明,钢板及焊接接头在等强下都优于常规正火16MnR钢板的韧性,容器爆破塑变充份,起裂处呈塑性断口,组织稳定。     

F206钢断裂韧度研究

研究了Ｆ２０６钢的断裂韧度及其影响因素。试验结果表明，在钢中Ｓ≤０．００２％的情况下，Ｂ类氧化物夹杂的数量和形态是影响横向断裂韧度的重要因素。控制碳含量为０．１６％±０．０１％，可获得足够的强度和较高的断裂韧度。采用８６０℃加热，油淬，５１０℃时效５ｈ，钢的屈服强度为１５６０～１６２０ＭＰａ，１４０ｍｍ棒材纵向断裂韧度达到１７５～１８４ＭＰａｍ。     

低碳低合金钢的静力韧度与断裂韧度

采取静拉伸和平面应变断裂韧性测试方法,测量了S355,S275,Q345D,Q345E4种低碳低合金钢自室温至-100℃的基本力学性能,包括屈服强度、抗拉强度、静力韧度、断裂韧度以及韧脆转变温度,试图寻找4种金属材料静力韧度和断裂韧度之间的关系;通过对200多组样品的试验结果进行分析,发现4种金属材料在其各自韧脆转变温度之上的静力韧度Uk和断裂韧度J0.2BL存在线性关系。     

淬火温度对高碳钢组织和断裂韧度的影响

研究了不同淬火温度对高碳钢组织及断裂韧度的影响。利用紧凑拉伸试样测量其平面应变断裂韧度,扫描电镜(SEM)观察淬回火后的组织演变规律及断裂韧度试样断口形貌。结果表明:随着淬火温度的升高,淬火态组织中残余碳化物数量逐渐减少至920℃时全部消失;晶粒尺寸在淬火温度大于960℃时明显长大。600℃高温回火后,组织由残留大碳化物颗粒、回火析出碳化物及铁素体基体组成;塑性单调下降;断裂韧度在小于960℃时单调下降,大于960℃后基本不变;KIC试验断口逐渐由准解理型断裂转变为沿晶断裂。塑性变化是试验钢韧性降低的主要原因。
