利用差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜和万能材料试验机等研究了不同成核剂用量对聚甲醛MC90的结晶行为和力学性能的影响。结果表明,成核剂的加入可有效减小POM的球晶尺寸,提高POM的结晶温度和缺口冲击强度。当成核剂添加量为0.8%时,最大结晶温度由139.2℃提高到143.3℃,球晶平均尺寸约60μm,为未加成核剂的POM球晶尺寸的1/2,缺口冲击强度由5.5k J·m~(-2)增加到6.1k J·m~(-2)。 相似文献

采用新型自制成核剂对聚甲醛(POM)树脂的结晶行为进行调控,以差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜、万能材料试验机研究成核剂对POM结构与性能的影响。结果表明,加入成核剂后,POM的结晶速率加快,结晶温度可由143.8℃提高至147.1℃,结晶峰半峰宽可由3.4℃降低至2.3℃,结晶熔融焓和结晶度有所增大;POM球晶细化,直径可由超过200μm降低至不足25μm;POM的拉伸强度由56.6 MPa增大至63.6 MPa,断裂伸长率由46.8%增大至92.3%,缺口冲击强度由6.65 kJ/m2增大至7.83 kJ/m2;随着成核剂用量的增加,POM的结晶行为可进一步得到改善,但力学性能变化不大。 相似文献

β成核剂对抗冲聚丙烯共聚物的结晶和力学性能研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
分别用α晶型成核剂和β晶型成核剂对抗冲聚丙烯共聚物(iPP)的结晶和力学性能进行研究,并用偏光显微镜(POM)、广角X射线衍射仪(WAXD)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对其进行了详细的表征。结果表明,α和β成核剂使iPP的起始结晶温度(ton)提高15.3℃和12.7℃,结晶峰温度(tp)提高17℃和13.7℃,结晶速率加快。两种成核剂都能使球晶细化,使结晶更加均匀化、规整化,从而使结晶度增加。α成核剂(TMA-3)使iPP的拉伸强度、冲击强度和断裂伸长率分别提高到23.43MPa、22.27kJ/m2和788%;β成核剂因主要是改变球晶的形态,形成与α球晶完全不同的β晶型,使iPP的拉伸强度、冲击强度和断裂伸长率的提高比α成核剂显著,分别达到24MPa、32.81kJ/m2和861%。 相似文献

采用滑石粉和有机成核剂复配改性抗冲击共聚聚丙烯(PP),研究了改性PP的力学性能、结晶性能和耐热性能。结果表明:滑石粉可以有效提高PP的拉伸屈服应力、弯曲模量、常温简支梁缺口冲击强度和洛氏硬度;滑石粉和质量分数为0.30%的有机成核剂复配,使PP/滑石粉/有机成核剂复合材料的弯曲模量,洛氏硬度,常温、低温简支梁缺口冲击强度分别提高了11.9%,13.5%,156.5%,9.7%,负荷变形温度由PP的68.7℃提高到76.2℃;滑石粉和质量分数为0.30%的有机成核剂复配对PP具有异相成核作用,使PP/滑石粉/有机成核剂复合材料的结晶温度升高,晶粒细化、致密。 相似文献

本文借助DSC、偏光显微镜研究了硅澡土在聚甲醛(POM)熔体结晶过程中的成核作用,并通过广角X射线衍射分析了硅澡土对POM晶形和结晶度的影响。结果表明,硅澡土是POM的有效成核剂,在加入量为0.1~0.5wt%的范围内,能使POM的结晶峰温度和结晶起始温度有所提高,使POM的球晶大大细化,并且硅澡土并不改变POM的晶形,对POM的结晶度也影响不大。此外,通过硅澡土含量对POM力学性能影响的研究表明,它对POM的拉伸强度影响很小,而能使冲击强度有较大幅度提高,在硅澡土含量为0.5wt%时冲击强度为14.4kJ/m~2,在0.1wt%时出现最大值,为16.3kJ/m~2。 相似文献

以均聚聚丙烯(PP)为原料,乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物(OBC)为增韧材料,二苄叉山梨醇衍生物(YS-688)为成核剂,采用双螺杆挤出和注塑成型方法制备PP/OBC共混材料,用DSC、WAXD和POM分析了YS-688对PP/OBC共混材料结晶性能、晶型和晶体形态的影响,测试了共混材料的力学性能。结果表明:随着YS-688含量的增加,PP/OBC共混材料的缺口冲击强度呈先上升后下降趋势,拉伸强度和弯曲强度有所提高;含3.0%YS-688母粒的PP/OBC共混材料,与纯PP相比,熔融温度降低了2.32℃,结晶温度提高了12.30℃,α晶型的衍射峰强度增大,PP球晶尺寸减小,缺口冲击强度提高了204.23%,韧性较大幅度提高。 相似文献

采用3种β成核剂(NT-A,NT-B和NT-C)制备了β晶等规聚丙烯(β-iPP)样品,应用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析、偏光显微镜(POM)观察和力学性能测试研究了β-iPP的熔融、结晶行为和力学性能。结果表明:加入β成核剂后,诱导iPP由α晶向β晶转变,结晶温度提高,球晶明显细化。3种β成核剂的成核效率和改性样品的缺口冲击强度顺序为NT-C>NT-B>NT-A,添加NT-C质量分数0.050%时,样品的最大缺口冲击强度可达纯iPP的3.7倍。 相似文献

乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)是十分重要的化工中间体,其下游产品较多。江苏某化工厂开发生产乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品三十多个,年生产规模三万多吨,是国内以乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)为中间体生产精细化学品的综合骨干企业。针对乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品废水特点,该厂结合企业实际,开展了产品优化,结构调整,清洁生产,资源循环利用,节水降耗等工作,从源头削减了污染物的生产。同时投资二千多万元新建预处理装置三套,6000m3/d废水生化处理装置一套,使全厂乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品的废水得到了有效的治理。 相似文献

A thermochemical rather simple experimental technique is applied to determine the enthalpy of formation of Diperoxide of ciclohexanone. The study is complemented with suitable theoretical calculations at the semiempirical and ab initio levels. A particular satisfactory agreement between both ways is found for the ab initio calculation at the 6–311G basis This set level. A perturbation viscometer is a differential capillary viscometer that measures the logarithmic viscosity gradient of the viscosity-composition curve for gas mixtures. Measurements are made at different gas mixture compositions. Integration of the logarithmic viscosity gradients measured over the full composition range gives the mixture viscosity relative to the viscosity of one of the pure components of the gas mixture. This method is attractive because, for measurements of equal precision, integration of the gradients is potentially an order of magnitude more precise than measurement of the viscosities directly. It can also work at high and low temperatures and perhaps high pressures.The perturbation viscometer has been used to make measurements on ideal gas mixtures at ambient and elevated temperatures. The situation is more complicated when the gas mixtures are non-ideal. Extra effects due to density differences, molar volume change on mixing and differential thermal expansion may be measured in addition to the desired viscosity change producing systematic errors in the results. Thus, a more sophisticated apparatus is required. The standard perturbation viscometer has been modified to separate out the extra effects to permit measurement of the true change in viscosity. In addition, the theoretical operation of the modified apparatus has been revised to account for the design changes to permit calculation of the viscosity-composition profiles from the results.The apparatus has been tested using helium-HFC-125 mixtures and two new viscosity-composition profiles are presented for these mixtures at 23 and . Internal consistency tests have been used to confirm that the data produced are of high quality with an estimated uncertainty in the viscosity ratio data at of 0.9% and at of 1.5%. 相似文献
