采用丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯、双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)等单体通过顸乳化法制备了聚丙烯酸酯乳液,测试其黏度、T型剥离强度、单体转化率、钙离子稳定性和机械稳定性等性能.结果表明,所制备的乳液具有良好的机械稳定性和贮存稳定性,当DAAM质量分数为1.44%时,乳液黏度和T型剥离强度均达到最大值. 相似文献

通过合成一系列固含量42%的丙烯酸丁酯/甲基丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯BA/MMA/AMA共聚物乳液,研究不同软/硬单体用量比对乳液黏度和乳胶粒径的影响。结果表明,所合成的乳液乳胶粒径在60nm~270nm范围内,呈宽分散分布状态。当BA/MMA 60/40时,乳液黏度较低,而当BA/MMA 60/40时,乳液黏度急剧增加,随着乳液中软硬单体比例的不同,乳液粒径分布状态有显著变化。 相似文献

对甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯/十一烯酸钠(TFEMA/SU)无皂乳液聚合体系进行了研究。考察了单体配比对聚合反应及乳液性质的影响,研究了SU的用量对乳液稳定性、黏度、乳胶粒粒径大小及分布等的影响。实验发现:以TFEMA和SU为单体可制得稳定性较好的无皂乳液,SU的用量是影响乳液稳定性、乳液黏度及乳胶粒粒径大小的关键因素。配方中SU的质量分数控制在3%~9%,制得的乳液稳定性较好,低于或高于此添加量,稳定性较差;当SU的质量分数由3%增大到9%时,乳液的电解质稳定性由1.6 mL增大到2.2 mL,黏度由102 mPa.s增大到379 mPa.s,说明SU量的增大对乳液的电解质稳定性及黏度提高是有利的。 相似文献

The influence of polymer on stability and shear rate on droplet size of emulsion is evaluated in the laboratory, microstructure of the emulsion is observed under a microscope, and the pore distribution of the cores is analyzed through mercury injection experiments. In the process of surfactant‐polymer (SP) flooding, the thickness of polymer absorbed on the surface of the rock is calculated by a mathematical model. The experiments show that the polymer is good for the stability of emulsion, with the increase of shear rate, stability becomes better, and droplet size gets smaller. Due to the adsorption of polymer, the pore throat turns narrow, seepage velocity is increasing, and also the emulsion becomes more stable with the smaller‐size droplets. During the single emulsifier flooding, the emulsion is easy to coalescence for its instability, and the seepage channel can be easily blocked, which leads to the high injection pressure. 乳液聚合中瞬时乳胶粒大小及分布与乳胶粒的形成和增长紧密相关,本文在苯乙烯,醋酸乙烯酯乳液聚合中考察了瞬时乳胶粒大小及分布。结果表明,在成核和稳定期乳胶粒增长速率较高,是控制乳胶粒大小及分布的关键阶段,由此提出了对于单体不同水溶性体系控制乳胶粒大小分布的策略,并以实验考核这些策略的合理性。 相似文献

通过无皂乳液聚合法制备得到聚(三氟氯乙烯-乙烯基异丁基醚-十一烯酸钠)[P(CTFE-IBVE-SUA)]含氟乳液。考察了单体配比对聚合反应的影响,研究了SUA用量对乳液及聚合物性能的影响,并对聚合物的结构及乳胶粒的形貌进行了测定。结果表明:含氟无皂乳液P(CTFE-IBVE-SUA)的稳定性好、粒径分布均匀;改变单体配比中IBVE和CTFE的比例可以得到不同结构的含氟聚合物乳液;SUA用量对乳液的稳定性、乳胶粒的粒径大小及粒径分布、聚合物膜与水的接触角都有很大的影响;制得的乳液具有明显的核壳结构。 相似文献

This review is focused on the features, preparation and applications of uniform cationic polymer latex particles, as well as on the formation mechanism of uniform latex particles. Substantial progress in the size and shape control of polymer latex particles has been made using several methods such as dispersion polymerization, conventional emulsion polymerization, surfactant‐free emulsion polymerization and seeded emulsion polymerization. Uniform cationic polymer latex particles have wide applications such as drug carriers, diagnostics, templates and additives. However, two major problems are the inhomogeneous size and low surface charge density, which limit further functionalization and the application of cationic polymer latex particles.
