对Q235和Q345两种材料表面热浸镀纯Zn和Zn-Ni合金,研究Ni对热镀锌耐蚀性的影响。采用中性盐雾试验对镀层耐蚀性测试,将纯Zn镀层和Zn-Ni合金镀层进行对比,并用电子天平称量试样重量变化。结果表明Zn-Ni合金镀层比纯Zn镀层更耐腐蚀。  相似文献

为了确定镀液中镍锌含量比对酸性液电镀Zn-Ni合金质量的影响.利用能谱仪、扫描电镜以及耐腐蚀实验等方法分析镀层的形貌和性能.结果表明:在镍锌含量比为0.75时镀层中镍含量为13%.效果较好:当镍锌含量比较低时很难施镀,得到的镀层形貌不好,在高于0.75时效果也不理想,在镍锌含量比为0.75时效果最好,镀层致密,颗粒细小均匀并且不易脱落;镀层有良好的耐腐蚀作用.  相似文献

实验分析了锌镍合金电沉积过程中温度、导电盐、添加剂量和pH值等工艺参数对镀层镍含量的影响。着重考察了pH值与添加剂之间的相互作用及其匹配关系对镀层镍含量的影响。发现pH值在有无添加剂时对镀层镍含量的影响规律不同,并试用极化曲线分析其原因。  相似文献

在对直流氢电弧蒸发法制备的金属纳米镍粉、铜粉及铜镍复合粉体的Zeta电位测量的基础上,采用油酸作为表面改性剂,系统研究了超声分散时间和油酸添加量对3种粉体在无水乙醇中分散性能的影响。研究结果表明,所制备金属纳米粉体表面均带有正电荷,油酸对3种粉体均具有较好的分散作用。  相似文献

A high resolution autoradiographic study of the diffusion of a nickel isotope (Ni63) into copper in the temperature range of 650° to 925°C, with particular emphasis on grain boundary diffusion, has been made. The extent of grain boundary diffusion is a function of the grain boundary angle and the diffusion temperature. The ratios of the grain boundary diffusion coefficient to the lattice diffusion coefficient ranges from 104 to 105. The activation energy for grain boundary diffusion decreases with increasing grain boundary angle.  相似文献

The oxidation potential, given as the base-ten logarithm of the oxygen partial pressure in bars and the temperature [log pO2/T, °C], defines the state of oxidation of pyrometallurgical extraction and refining processes. This property varies from copper making, [?6/1150]; to lead/zinc smelting, [?10/1200]; to iron smelting, [?13/1600]. The current article extends the analysis to the smelting of copper and nickel/copper sulfide concentrates to produce mattes of the type Cu(Ni)FeS(O) and iron silicate slags, FeOxSiO2—with oxidation potentials of [?7.5/1250].  相似文献

Oxidation Mechanisms of Copper and Nickel Coated Carbon Fibers   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Differential-Thermal Analysis (DTA) and X-ray diffraction analysis were applied to determine the mechanisms of high-temperature oxidation of copper- and nickel-coated carbon fibers. Both kinds of coatings were deposited by electroless plating onto the fiber surface. The as-deposited copper film was crystalline, whereas the nickel coating consisted of an amorphous Ni–P alloy. Coated fibers were heated from room temperature to 900 °C in air at 10 °C min?1. For the copper coating, the main oxidation product formed at low temperatures was Cu2O, while at higher temperatures was CuO. The crystallization of Ni–P took place at 280–360 °C with the formation of Ni and Ni3P. The final compounds were NiO, Ni2P and Ni3(PO4)2. After complete oxidation of the carbon fibers, copper and nickel-oxidized microtubes were obtained. Besides, while copper reduced the temperature of the fiber oxidation, nickel coatings increased the minimum temperature needed for this reaction.  相似文献
