为提升大容量锂离子电池后备电源被应用于煤矿生产过程的实际效果,依据相关规定和要求,设计了基于LT6803的大容量锂离子后备电源。该后备电源采用24支60AH磷酸铁锂电池相串联,进行了专门的隔爆箱体和电气设计,电池管理系统采用两片型号为LTC6803的电池管理芯片,并采用被动均衡方式对电池组的一致性进行管理。该设计硬件及软件系统简单明了,极大提高了系统的可靠性,减少了开发设计工作量,有效提高了后备电源的使用期限,值得进一步推广应用。 相似文献

摘 要:监测分站备用电池作为矿井监控设备的备用电源,其性能优劣直接关系到分站在交流供电不正常的情况下,监测分站能否正常运行,连续监测,即系统工作的可靠性问题。为保证分站备用电池的性能,延长其使用寿命,一般生产厂家要求用户每月对分站电池进行完全放电一次,而现有放电方式均是采用传统人工井下现场操作,费工费时,对矿井正常生产影响很大,且难以操作,放电效果差。针对以上问题,研制出了矿井监测分站备用电池地面远程遥控全自动放电装置,只需通过地面监控中心计算机向井下分站发出远程放电遥控指令,井下监测分站备用电池便会自动放电,放电结束又会自动恢复为交流供电。大大节省了劳动力,提高了劳动功效,减少了影响生产的时间,增加了系统工作的稳定性和可靠性,延长了蓄电池的使用寿命,确保了矿井安全监测监控系统设备安全、可靠、有序的运行。 相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。 相似文献
