本文介绍了为适应HIRFL-CSR(兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环)工程自动化控制现场的通信要求而自主研发的一种通信设备,以及系统硬件电路设计、控制软件设计、工作方式和特点.此设备可快速组建RS485通信网络并且接入以太网,兼容Ethernet、RS232和RS485通信标准协议,特别是增加了光纤接口方便地接入工业光纤通信网络,进一步扩展了其使用范围.此设备在HIRFL-CSR加速器和储存环控制系统中被广泛使用,在使用中表明可满足系统自动控制通信要求.此设备具有实现简单、易于维护、可扩展性好及成本低廉等特点,在其它自动化工业控制领域也有一定的推广空间.  相似文献

本文论述了用于兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环(HIRFL-CSR)控制系统的嵌入式数据库的设计和实现方法.控制系统采用三级数据库实现集中管理、分布式控制.前两级基于Windows平台,采用Oracle数据库通过ODBC进行互联,第三级根据控制系统的需要,采用基于嵌入式Linux平台的SQLite数据库引擎通过高速互联网与前两级交换数据.中控室预先将波形数据、事例表等分散存储到前端嵌入式数据库中,实验时,再由嵌入式数据库将数据传递给波形发生器DSP.在同步触发的控制下,DSP根据得到的波形数据产生所需的控制波形,进而控制电源、控制磁场,达到实验目的.  相似文献

本文介绍了兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环(HIRFL-CSR)最新改造后的电源远程监控的总体设计,包括硬件和软件方面的设计.该系统采用了COM组件实现前端服务器Oracle数据库与前端被控设备数据的交互,以及WEB服务器与中心Oracle数据库的数据交互,实现了控制人员对设备的远程监控.这样有利于对电源设备状态的实时监控,以及电源系统与各子系统的数据交互.该系统已经在现场经过测试,性能稳定.  相似文献

介绍了Analog Devices Inc.(ADI)公司新推出的电压、功率测量芯片AD7756的特点,以及利用该芯片设计的合肥光源的电网电压监视系统。该系统采用RS485总线接口,可同时监视64个节点。每个节点模块包含两个模数转换器、电压参考基准、温度传感器和相关的数字信号处理器。每个节点可现场设定电压波动报警阈值,也可实时电压波形采样,采样率达14kSa/s。电压监视在提供RS485总线接口的同时,也提供通用串行接口RS232。相比其它设计方案,基于AD7756电网电压监视系统的设计具有成本低、精度高、实时性好、功耗小、可靠性高等特点。  相似文献

为满足我所电子加速器的控制要求而自主研发了调压器控制系统.该系统的设计包括系统硬件设计、电路设计、工控机和单片机控制软件设计.控制功能模块采用RS232和RS485通信接口,可以根据需要选装光纤接口建立工业光纤通讯网络,进一步扩展使用范围并提高通讯系统的可靠性.实际应用表明,系统在无人值守情况下可自行调整并稳定调压器输出电压,可满足电子加速器调压器的精确控制和自动控制要求.该系统依据通用设计原则,具备实现简单、易于维护、可扩展性好及成本低廉等特点,在其他工业控制自动化领域也有一定的应用价值.  相似文献

A reactivity control method for accelerator-driven system (ADS) is studied for its ability to reduce both the maximum beam current and the load on the beam window. A burnable position (BP) assembly (with gadolinium and zirconium hydride pins) is applied to the ADS core for reactivity control, and various BP assembly optimizations (such as pin arrangement, BP assembly loading position, and BP composition) are performed to minimize the burnup reactivity swing. These optimizations lead to a decreased burnup reactivity swing that is as much as 82.5% less than the swing of non-BP-loaded core; furthermore, the maximum beam current is 12.5 mA. The reactor characteristics of the optimized BP-loaded ADS core are also analyzed to investigate how the introduction of BP assembly influences the system. Safety parameters (such as the Doppler coefficient and the coolant void reactivity) worsen with the introduction of BP assembly, and the total minor actinide transmutation amount decreases 30–40 kg because of the moderated neutrons and changed fuel composition.  相似文献

To treat technical problems of data acquisition,alarm management, and historical data archiving of radiation protection control system in Thorium Molten Salt Reactor, a network prototype system was designed based on experimental physics and industrial control system.Radiation level of many locations in Jiading campus of Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics is being continuously monitored, and boundaries of accelerator facilities and radiochemical areas are defined by the access control system. In this paper, we introduce the control system design,including human–machine interfaces, alarm system, historical data archiving system, and the software for access control. The software development followed the standard of Capability Maturity Model Integration(CMMIò) Level3, and the software had passed a third-party test, which indicated that the functionality and the reliability could fulfill the requirements of the radiation protection system.  相似文献

In this paper, a preliminary approach to the definition of a suitable control strategy for the Advanced Lead Fast Reactor European Demonstrator (ALFRED), developed within the European 7th Framework Program, has been undertaken. The Generation IV reactors offer new challenges for what concerns the nuclear power plant control since several constraints both on primary and secondary loops have to be faced, differently from the conventional Light Water Reactors. A simulator of the ALFRED plant has been developed in a previous work (Ponciroli et al., 2014) with the main purpose of studying the system free dynamics and stability features in a control-oriented perspective. Based on the outcomes of these investigations, in the present work, the possibility of adopting decentralized control schemes has been investigated. Accordingly, Single Input Single Output control laws have been applied directly to the selected couples of input–output variables, which have been identified first on the basis of the preliminary plant dynamics analyses, and then confirmed by the indications of the Relative Gain Array method. Afterwards, two different control schemes have been studied depending on the number of available inputs, and then implemented and compared in order to evaluate the effect of each control action on the associated potential control strategy effectiveness. As a last step, the ALFRED control system has been finalized. The regulator design has been set up based on a simultaneous feedforward-feedback scheme incorporating four closed feedback loops. A controlled power reduction and a controlled overpower transient have been simulated in order to assess the performance of the two proposed control schemes. Results show that both the adopted control strategies can assure an efficient control of the thermal power while guaranteeing an effective control of lead and steam temperatures as well. In addition, some non-negligible differences between the two schemes have been observed and discussed in the simulation results of control and controlled variables.  相似文献
