采用电化学溶解法对某含钌含铼高温合金废料在盐酸电解体系中的溶解过程进行研究。考察了电流密度、电解液酸度、电解液镍离子浓度、温度、搅拌速率对电解过程的影响。结果表明,在阳极电流密度400A/m~2、盐酸浓度2mol/L、镍离子浓度100g/L以下、电解温度40℃、搅拌速率200r/min的条件下,合金中镍、钴的电化学溶解率可达60%以上,钨、钽、铼、钌等稀贵金属溶解率小于0.8%,实现了合金中贱金属和稀贵金属的高效分离。  相似文献

采用"电溶—磷酸沉淀"工艺处理某含铪废合金,在电流密度200~300A/m2,电解液酸度1mol/L H2SO4,终点镍离子浓度80g/L的条件下,电溶过程电流效率可达90%以上,电溶效果良好;电溶液在80℃加入1g/L磷酸,铪的回收率可达90%以上;铪的综合回收率达95%以上。  相似文献

采用电溶-萃取工艺从铅铟合金中回收铟。结果表明,在电流密度155 A/m2、电解周期24 h、电解前液含In 1.8g/L、室温、极距为4 cm的最优条件下,金属铟的溶出率达到94.28%;采用P204从氟硅酸电解液中非平衡萃取提取铟,在有机相组成为30%P204+70%磺化煤油、萃取级数为3级、相比VO∶VA=1∶3的条件下,金属铟的萃取率达到98.69%。负载有机相采用6 mol/L的盐酸反萃,在VO∶VA=6∶1、级数为6级的条件下,反萃率接近100%,同时实现了与杂质元素Zn、Fe、Sn的分离。  相似文献

以铜始极片为阴极、石墨板为阳极,在有以阳离子交换膜为隔膜的电解槽中,从酸性CuCl2蚀刻废液电沉积金属铜板。研究了阴极液中起始Cu2+浓度、起始Cl-浓度、阴极电流密度、电解温度和极距等因素对电沉积的影响。最佳条件为:起始Cl-浓度5.5 mol/L,起始H+浓度3.0 mol/L,添加剂0.2g/L,阴极电流密度350 A/m2,电解温度36℃,极距5 cm,Cu2+浓度从40 g/L降低至20 g/L。在最佳工艺条件下,阴极电流效率达到92.77%,平均槽电压小于3 V;阴极上可以得到平整致密的金属铜板。阴极电解废液中的Cu2+浓度降低到20 g/L左右,可返回蚀刻过程配制蚀刻新液。  相似文献

利用纯金板作阳极,不锈钢板作阴极,配位体Y为电解液,在阳离子膜电解槽中电解制备无氰水溶性金溶液,探索了该工艺各种参数和反应条件。研究结果表明,电化学合成该溶液的最佳条件为:阳极电解液Y浓度1~3mol/L,阴极电解液Y浓度0.1~1.0mol/L,槽电压15~20V,温度30℃~40℃,电解时间3h;实验所得的无氰水溶性金溶液质量浓度为1.26g/L,电流效率可达到5%。  相似文献

主要分析了大极板铅电解精炼过程中影响电解液Pb2+浓度的因素和对生产带来的危害。结合尺寸为4 500 mm×1 000 mm×1 620 mm的电解槽生产实例,提出了将电解液流量提高到45~50 L/min、H2Si F6浓度控制在80~100 g/L、电解液的温度控制在40~45℃以及提高电流密度和采用阳极二次电解、硫酸脱铅、更换部分电解液、不溶阳极脱铅来降低Pb2+浓度的方法,使Pb2+保持在100~120 g/L的正常水平。  相似文献
