对农村中学物理实验教学的现状和实验课程资源的开发利用情况进行了调查.结果显示:实验教学条件能部分地满足物理实验教学的要求,但与物理课程标准尚有一定的差距;大部分教师缺乏开发物理实验课程资源的意识和能力;现有实验资源没有得到充分利用.这些都制约了物理实验教学水平和效果的提高,对此针对性地提出了中学物理实验教学的改进措施.  相似文献

调查了广州某农业院校通识教育的实施现状.结果表明,学生希望通过通识教育选修课的学习提高自身素质;学生对通识教育教师的满意度不高,仅有22.43%的学生认为教师的授课水平高,最受欢迎的通识课程为日语、影视鉴赏、法语、普通心理学和瑜伽;大部分学生认可通识课程选修制度,但是认可度不高;通识教育的实施程度及选修强度较符合大多数学生的需求.针对该现状提出了相应的改进措施,即地方农业院校要为开展通识教育创造条件,增强通识教育课程规划设计的实效性,营造教师积极参与通识教育的氛围,加强通识教育的宣传教育和校园环境建设,拓展通识教育的内容.  相似文献

采用问卷调查法和访谈法对海南省198名高校教师进行职业倦怠现状调查,结果发现:高校教师职业倦怠累计检出率为62.1%,成就感降低是困扰高校教师的最主要因素(检出率为38.6%),其职业倦怠现状不容忽视.海南省高校教师职业倦怠在性别、年龄、职称、学历及经济收入上都存在一定的差异.可以从完善良性的社会支持系统、建立科学人性化的教育评价体系、引导个体自我心理调节三个方面来干预高校教师的职业倦怠.  相似文献

本研究采用李永鑫编制的CMBI,以山西运城学院100名教师为被试,结果发现:CMBI问卷的耗竭维度、人格解体维度和成就感维度平均得分由高到低依次为:耗竭维度,成就感维度,人格解体维度.教师工作倦怠以零倦怠(55.21%)为主,轻度倦怠为17.71%,中度和重度倦怠各为13.54%.在倦怠总分及三个维度上,男教师的平均得分均高于女教师,但没有表现出显著差异.在倦怠总分及三个维度上,本科学历教师的平均得分均高于研究生学历的教师,且在人格解体维度及倦怠总分上表现出显著差异.高级职称的教师倦怠总分极其显著地高于初级职称教师,中级职称教师的倦怠总分显著地高于初级职称教师.  相似文献

This study tested and refined the job demands-resources model, demonstrating that several job resources play a role in buffering the impact of several job demands on burnout. A total of 1,012 employees of a large institute for higher education participated in the study. Four demanding aspects of the job (e.g., work overload, emotional demands) and 4 job resources (e.g., autonomy, performance feedback) were used to test the central hypothesis that the interaction between (high) demands and (low) resources produces the highest levels of burnout (exhaustion, cynicism, reduced professional efficacy). The hypothesis was rejected for (reduced) professional efficacy but confirmed for exhaustion and cynicism regarding 18 out of 32 possible 2-way interactions (i.e., combinations of specific job demands and resources). This research investigated and compared the experience of job burnout among 249 construction engineers working within consulting and contracting organizations in Hong Kong. The most widely recognized model of burnout, comprising emotional exhaustion, cynicism, and diminished professional efficacy was found to be valid. The sample in this study scored highest in all three dimensions of burnout among nine other occupations in national samples, with engineers working within contracting organizations reporting higher levels of burnout than their fellow engineers working within consulting organizations. The results of the study also showed that burnout attributed largely to stressors associated with job conditions and working environments. In particular, qualitative overload and lack of promotion prospects were found to be the major predictors of job burnout among engineers working within consulting organizations; whereas long working hours, role conflict, role ambiguity, and lack of job security accounted mostly for the burnout among engineers within contracting organizations. This suggested that intervention strategies targeting minimizing burnout, such as job redesign, should be devised with reference to the type of the engineering organizations.  相似文献

Research on job burnout has traditionally focused on contextual antecedent conditions, although a theoretically appropriate conception implicates person-environment relationships. The authors tested several models featuring various combinations of personal and contextual influences on burnout and job satisfaction. Measures of core self-evaluations, organizational constraints, burnout, and job satisfaction were collected from 859 health care employees. Results from structural equations modeling analyses revealed an influence of core self-evaluations and perceived organizational constraints on job burnout and satisfaction, suggesting personal and contextual contributions. These results favor a broadening of current thinking about the impact of situational constraints on the expression of job burnout, as well as for the role of disposition for affective responding to effectively address occupational health problems. This study sought to identify job characteristics associated with burnout in the context of the construction industry and then formulated job redesign as an intervention strategy of burnout. A survey was undertaken to explore the experience of burnout among 403 construction professionals working in the Hong Kong construction industry. The results of the study show that long working hours, role overload, role conflict, role ambiguity, lack of autonomy, and job security are significant job determinants of burnout. Job redesign was formulated based on these findings and implemented in a company. Levels of burnout experienced by the same respondent both before and 1 year after the job redesign demonstrate a significant difference, implying that job redesign does contribute to lower levels of burnout. The importance, ways, and constraints of job redesign as an intervention to manage burnout at organizational levels are discussed. The results of this study should be of direct benefit to policy makers by providing them with a foundation for designing effective organizational interventions to manage burnout and minimize a serious and often hidden cost.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to make a clear distinction between work and home domains in the explanation of burnout. First, a 3-factor structure of job and home demands was hypothesized, consisting of quantitative demands, emotional demands, and mental demands. Next, a model was tested that delineates how demands in both life domains are related to occupational burnout through work-home interference (WHI) and home-work interference (HWI). In doing so, the partial mediating role of WHI and HWI was examined. Consistent with hypotheses, empirical support was found for the 3-factor structure of both job and home demands as well as for the partial mediating effects of both WHI and HWI. This study examined the effectiveness of filial therapy with teachers of deaf and hard of hearing preschool children and the effectiveness of filial therapy as a method of intervention for deaf and hard of hearing preschool students. Analysis of Covariance revealed that the teachers in the experimental group significantly improved their ability to communicate acceptance and empathy, as well as develop non-directive involvement with their students. Students whose teachers were in the experimental group exhibited significantly fewer overall behavior problems, including withdrawn and internalizing behaviors. Both quantitative and qualitative results indicated that preschool teachers of deaf and hard of hearing children may become effective therapeutic agents by learning and applying the basic skills of filial therapy training with their students. This longitudinal study reports the patterning of the burnout symptoms and the changes in employees' job conditions, personal resources, and psychological health 4 months after a rehabilitation intervention. The data were gathered by means of questionnaires before and after a rehabilitation period. Four patterns were identified: not burned out (n = 55), exhausted and cynical (n = 36), burned out (n = 26), and low professional efficacy (n = 18). These patterns differed in terms of job resources, personal resources, and depression. There were both positive and negative changes detected in participants' psychological health and job resources at the follow-up.
