通过洋细分析波束赋形算法及其在LTE系统甲的实现方式,对波束赋形性能以及发射天线数对波束赋形系统性能的影响进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,双流波束赋形适用于小区中心区域SINR高的区域:增加发射天线的数量能够改蓠波束赋形系统的SINR性能,从而提升系统的容量。最后指出了波束赋形技术进一步的研究方向。  相似文献

该文通过分析波束切换型智能天线技术的原理,研究了波束切换型智能天线技术对TDD-CDMA上行链路的影响,给出了采用波束切换型智能天线技术后适合TDD-CDMA上行链路使用的接入控制算法。理论分析和仿真结果表明智能天线技术的天线阵元数和上行链路多用户检测技术优劣将直接影响上行链路容量,采用先进的接入控制算法和优化的接入控制门限值则可以显著提高系统性能。  相似文献

为了使智能天线获得最大的处理增益,基于传统的on-off波束赋形算法,提出了一种新型的波束赋形算法。该算法通过利用最速下降法最大化用户数据的SINR,获得入射平面波到达各阵元相对到达参考阵元距离差的最优解,从而极大化目标函数,在此基础上,求取智能天线阵元的最优波束赋形权值。仿真表明,采用论文提出的算法可以大大改善智能天线系统性能。  相似文献

This paper presents some preliminary results from experimental studies on space‐division‐multiple‐access (SDMA) for wireless communications. A smart antenna system utilizing direction‐of‐arrival (DOA)‐based beamforming techniques can enhance signal quality by reducing co‐channel interference from mobiles located at angles spatially distinct from the base station. Adopting both smart uplink and downlink beamforming, a communication system with an antenna array can increase the cell coverage of a base station and significantly boost capacity compared with conventional antenna systems. However, successful implementation of DOA‐based beamforming techniques depends on the DOA characteristics. This paper presented the feasibility of direction finding and DOA variation with respect to frequency. Furthermore, the angle spread was studied for selected environments. The results demonstrate the feasibility of applying proposed smart antenna system utilizing DOA‐based beamforming algorithm for increasing channel capacity and improving system performance in frequency‐division‐duplex (FDD) wireless communication systems. 正交频分复用(OFDM,Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex)和智能天线的结合能够有效的提高频谱利用率和增大系统容量。在OFDM系统中,智能天线的算法有两种:时域(Pre-FFT)波束形成和频域(Post-FFT)波束形成算法。Post-FFT被普遍认为性能上优于Pre-FFT。研究了这两种算法,并基于Matlab仿真工具,给出了两种方法在不同天线阵元数、导频数、信道多径数下的误码率比较。仿真结果表明,时域波束形成和频域波束形成在不同情况下各能展现出优于对方的表现。  相似文献

Differing from FDMA, TDMA, and CDMA, space division multiple access (SDMA) uses space resources to improve communication system performance. Utilizing the smart antenna system is an approach to realize the SDMA technique. Smart antenna systems using the beamforming technique can reduce the co‐channel interference and multipath fading to increase the channel capacity and communication quality. In this study the smart antenna system and rake receiver are integrated. The performance of spatial–temporal structure applied to the W‐CDMA system is evaluated. From the cumulative distribution function simulation results, W‐CDMA system with spatial–temporal algorithm can exactly provide SINR gain to improve the system performance and capacity. 研究了TD-LTE系统中双极化技术对智能阵列天线性能的影响,理论分析了下行波束赋型算法中赋型增益与信道矩阵SVD分解后的奇异值的关系,并基于相关阵信道模型利用数值计算统计出单、双极化智能阵列天线的信道特征参数。然后,通过蒙特卡洛数值仿真方法对TD-LTE系统在单、双极化智能阵列天线配置下的误块率性能进行评估。理论分析和仿真结果都表明,双极化智能阵列天线在误块率性能损失较小情况下显著减小了阵列尺寸,具有实际应用价值。  相似文献

智能天线技术是第三代移动通信中的核心技术之一,最初主要应用于雷达和军用抗干扰通信。随着软件无线电技术的发展,采用全数字处理,在基带通过对接收和发送信号的波束赋形,可以极大提高无线通信系统的容量和抗干扰能力。文中在讨论智能天线的基本原理和设计思路的基础上,提出并实现了一个适于扩频通信的智能天线接收系统。系统硬件平台的搭建以及固定波束形成的实现,为以后的软件算法的性能评估打下了基础。  相似文献

In wireless communications, smart antenna systems (or antenna arrays) can be used to suppress multipath fading with antenna diversity and to increase the system capacity by supporting multiple co-channel users in reception and transmission. This paper presents experimental results of diversity gain, interference cancellation, and mitigation of multipath fading obtained by using a smart antenna system in typical wireless scenarios. Also given are experimental results for the signal-to-interference ratio (SIR) of two moving users, comparing different beamforming algorithms in typical wireless scenarios. This paper investigates three code acquisition methods for direct sequence spread spectrum systems (DS/SS) utilizing smart antennas. The methods are suitable especially for receivers that consist of a smart antenna followed by a single correlator or a matched filter (IMF). The first method is the known fixed beam strategy where the whole angular uncertainty region is divided into small cells using conventional beamforming techniques. Therein, the receiver searches through all angular and delay cells via a serial search procedure. In the second method, the fixed division is made using advanced beamforming techniques, which provide improved tolerance against interference. In the third strategy, the direction-of-arrival (DOA) of incoming signals are estimated and utilized in the acquisition process. An advantage of this DOA estimation-based strategy, when compared to fixed beamforming methods, is a decrease in the region of uncertainty. Disadvantages are increased computational complexity and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) limitations. The acquisition strategies are compared when the serial search acquisition of the code phase is made using either the correlator or the matched filter. The results indicate that a single antenna receiver gives the best acquisition performance when SNR is high. However, single antenna methods are sensitive to interference. On the other hand, DOA estimation-based methods offer shorter mean acquisition times than fixed beam methods, especially when the number of arriving signals is small.  相似文献
