以某地铁座椅为研究对象,通过酚醛玻璃钢在地铁座椅上的应用,分析使用该材料的座椅性能及强度是否满足设计要求.同时,通过对酚醛树脂玻璃钢和聚酯玻璃钢两种材料的对比分析,研究了两种材料的防火性能和毒性性能.得到酚醛树脂玻璃钢材料做成的座椅面板满足座椅强度设计要求.同时相对于聚酯玻璃钢材料,酚醛树脂玻璃钢材料在防火性能、毒性性能方面都具有较好的特性. 相似文献

针对便携式仪器小型化和低功耗的研制需求,本文设计了一套便携式四极杆质谱的下位机控制系统,基于Xilinx Spartan-6系列现场可编程的门阵列(FPGA)平台进行开发,采用FPGA单一芯片替代传统多种芯片组合的繁琐架构,去掉主控电路板上原有的W5500\MCU(微控制单元芯片)\DSP(数字信号处理专用芯片)\DDR(双倍速率同步动态随机存储器)等功能芯片,将这些芯片实现的扫描、控制、采集、存储、数据处理和高速传输等功能集成于同一FPGA片内。与现有的小型化四极杆质谱控制系统比较,本系统在功能和性能不变的前提下,不仅节省了芯片成本,而且主控硬件板卡的功耗节省了约2.7 W,约为原板卡功耗的37%,主控硬件板卡的面积减小了约20 cm2,约为原板卡面积的10%。本研究设计的便携式四极杆质谱下位机控制系统已成功应用于便携式四极杆质谱仪中,并且针对类似的小型化仪器有着较高的技术移植性和实用价值。 相似文献

An extensively automated optimization procedure is presented for a horizontal axis wind turbine (HAWT) blade based on ultimate
limit state analysis. Two composite materials named glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) and carbon fiber reinforced plastic
(CFRP) are applied with a multi-objective of blade cost and total mass. Laminate layer thickness, material type and orientation
angle are tailored for the structural performance and subjected to three design constraints which are derived from analysis
of ultimate strength, fatigue failure and critical deflection, respectively. Combining FEM analysis and an evolutionary algorithm,

传统的汽车前端是非模块化设计的,一般由10~ 20个钢制冲压零件焊接成一个框架,然后将散热器、车灯和锁等零/部件分别安装在钢制框架上.此钢制框架属于车身的一部分,重量重、焊接组装复杂,成本高.因此,提出采用一种玻纤增强的复合材料整体注塑成型的全塑料框架,替代传统的钢制框架,集成汽车前端各种零件,形成一个大的模块组件,然后整体装在车身上.与传统的汽车前端相比,不但安装与拆卸方便,且使车身前端重量减轻,成本降低,是未来汽车行业发展的趋势所在.重点对其刚度进行了详细的研究. 相似文献

Mean-field homogenization (MFH) is used to predict the biaxial yield behavior, hardening and plastic flow of composite materials made of an elasto-plastic matrix reinforced with misaligned short fibers. The procedure is applied to short glass fiber reinforced polyamide, which represents an important industrial application of those composites. First, MFH is verified against full-field accurate finite element simulations of representative volume elements with multiple fibers. Next, a parametric study is carried out with MFH in order to predict the biaxial plastic behavior of numerous microstructures corresponding to various values of volume fraction, aspect ratio and second-rank orientation tensor components of the glass fibers. Results demonstrate the loss of both isotropic hardening and plastic flow normality, except for 2D random orientation. For illustration, a fit of Hill's orthotropic plasticity criterion is conducted for several orientation tensors. 相似文献

Steel, glass and polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete structures were investigated under repeated impact loads in this
study. Twelve different concrete series prepared fiberless the one of all and the others reinforced polypropylene, glass,
steel and hybrid fiber were produced. The polypropylene fibers in diameter of 50 mm, l/d (length/diameter) ratio of 400, glass
fibers in diameter of 14 mm, l/d ratio of 857 and steel fibers in diameter of 0.75 mm, l/d ratio of 80 were used in concrete
mixtures. The volumetric contents were 0.5, 0.75 and 1% in fiber reinforced concrete. The volumetric content was 0.1% in polypropylene
and glass fiber reinforced concrete. Drop-weight test similar the method presented ACI 544.2R-89 was conducted using 28 days
cured samples having dimensions of 100 × 100 × 100 mm and reduction of strength were determined by ultrasonic pulse velocity
(UPV) test. Furthermore, initial crack formation and fracture numbers variation in samples were detected. In the present study,
it was aimed to develop performance under repeated impact loads using fibers in concrete. As a result, especially impact performance
was rather increased in steel fiber reinforced concrete, and hybrid fibers had also positive effect on the performance of

采用质量分数为20%的连续玻璃纤维和质量分数为10%的短切玻璃纤维以模压工艺制备不饱和聚酯基复合材料,研究了纤维类型对复合材料模压工艺以及力学性能的影响,并与质量分数为30%连续纤维增强的不饱和聚酯基复合材料进行了对比。结果表明:与连续纤维增强不饱和聚酯基复合材料相比,连续纤维与短切纤维混合增强复合材料的拉伸性能和弯曲性能略有下降,但模压工艺性能和压缩性能有所提高,纤维在基体中分布较为均匀,纤维相互交叉,散乱分布。 相似文献
