铼的回收技术研究进展

综述了从矿石、冶炼废液、废催化剂、废旧合金物料中回收铼的主要工艺技术,并对其关键技术进行了分析。结果表明,从矿石及冶炼废液中回收铼的技术相对较为成熟;高效、清洁的离子交换树脂、萃取剂的开发将会是铼冶金领域的重大革新。从废催化剂、废旧合金等铼的二次资源中回收铼的研究较少,尚需开发适合于规模化、工业化应用的回收技术,这是今后铼回收方面的重要研究课题。     

从冶炼厂废液中回收铼的研究

研究了用阴离子交换树脂回收冶炼厂废液中的铼，通过试验确定了合适的工艺条件，铼的回收率高于９７％。     

吸附-絮凝法去除铼萃取有机废液中COD

以江西某厂铼生产过程中产生的难降解萃取有机废液为研究对象,采用吸附-絮凝法去除企业萃取废液中难降解的化学需氧量（COD）。每100 mL该废液加入5 mL浓度为5%的聚合氯化铝（PAC）溶液和0.5 g炭粉搅拌15 min,再加入1 mL浓度为0.3%的聚丙烯酰胺（PAM）溶液,抽滤后,COD可从1368 mg/L降至200 mg/L,废液COD去除率为85.38%。研究结果表明,该方法可大幅提高难降解有机废水中COD的去除率,保证现有污水处理后续工序水质的COD稳定,减轻企业环保压力,降低运行成本。     

从含钼废液中萃取回收铼

介绍了从含钼废液中萃取回,收铼的工艺条件。第１步钼铼共同被萃取;第２步只有铼进入伯胺－中性磷酸盐有机相,分离系数βＲｅ／Ｍｏ〉１０＾４,高铼酸钾产品纯度大于９９％。     

离子交换法提取铼酸铵新工艺

铼是一种极其稀缺而且分散的贵金属，我国铼资源十分有限。本文详述采用大孔型阴离子交换树脂Ｄ２９６从冶铜废液中直接提取铼酸铵的新工艺方法。新工艺先进实用，铼提取率可达９９％，具有十分显著的经济效益、社会效益和环保效益。

铼是一种稀散金属,在石油的催化裂化等方面有重要应用。铼在自然界中主要附生于辉钼矿和铜铼矿中,在冶炼过程中常随着废液流失。本文综述了近年来离子交换法、溶剂萃取法以及萃淋树脂法分离提取铼的研究进展,对不同分离方法的特点进行了分析,指出萃淋树脂法将离子交换和溶剂萃取两种技术结合起来,具有高选择性、环境友好等优点,可作为取代传统方法的新工艺。     

钼焙烧烟气铼回收工艺中的几个关键问题

铼是典型的稀散金属,自然界没有固定的矿物,主要从铜、钼加工“三废”——烟气、烟道灰及浸出废液中回收和提取。本文总结了十余年铼回收工作实践中对钼焙烧铼回收工艺中逸出、吸收、净化、提取等几个关键问题的认知和解决方法,以促进钼焙烧烟气铼回收的推广和钼焙烧清洁生产工艺的进步。
