在140 kt/a国产双环管聚丙烯(PP)装置上,使用新型催化剂BCZ-208生产PP产品,并与目前普遍使用的DQC-401催化剂生产的PP产品进行质量对比。结果表明:相对于DQC-401催化剂,BCZ-208催化剂催化活性提高约50%,催化剂平均单耗为0.016 kg/t;采用氢调法生产均聚PP粉料,使用BCZ-208催化剂有利于生产高熔体流动指数PP产品,氢调敏感性好;相对于DQC-401催化剂,使用BCZ-208催化剂生产的PP产品等规度提高约1%,相对分子质量分布较窄达3.3,灰分含量降低,PP粉料平均粒径小,细粉少,PP粒料拉伸屈服应力较高;使用BCZ-208催化剂生产的PP产品均达到优级品质量指标。 相似文献

In this study, the effects of fly ash in composites fabricated by injection molding are examined. Taguchi design of experiment was first utilized to estimate the effects different injection molding conditions and content ratios of fly ash have on a linear low‐density polyethylene (LLDPE)‐fly ash composite. The results reveal that the content of fly ash is highly significant and contributive to the shrinkage ratio and bending strength. For these reasons, LLDPE and polypropylene (PP) composites with different size particles of fly ash were fabricated and the mechanical properties were investigated. The particle size was changed by grinding fly ash with a planetarium ball mill. The shrinkage ratio, bending strength and flexural modulus of LLDPE composites containing raw fly ash were found to improve. The shrinkage ratio and flexural modulus of PP composites containing ground fly ash were also found to improve. Homogenization analysis using the finite element method was then used to calculate the Von Mises stress distributions and homogenized elastic matrix of PP composites containing ground fly ash. The homogenized elastic matrix was used to validate the experimental flexural modulus. We report a systematic and comprehensive laboratory investigation of the ash deposition behavior of Moolarben (MO) coal, which has recently begun to be imported into Korea. Ash deposition experiments were conducted in a drop tube reactor, and a water-cooled ash deposit probe was inserted into the reactor to affix the ash. The tests were conducted using five types of single coals (two bituminous and three sub-bituminous, including MO coal) and blended coals (bituminous coal blended with sub-bituminous coal). Two indices represent ash deposition behavior: capture efficiency and energy-based growth rate. A thermomechanical analysis evaluated the melting behavior of the resulting ash deposits. The MO coal had the least ash deposition of the single coals due to its high melting temperature, indicated by high ash silica content. Indonesian sub-bituminous coals formed larger ash deposits and were sticky at low temperatures due to relatively high alkali content. However, blends with MO coal had greater ash deposition than blends with other bituminous coals. This non-additive behavior of MO coal blends is likely due to interactions between ash particles. Coals with higher silica content more effectively retain alkali species, resulting in lower melting temperatures and larger ash deposits. Therefore, we recommend that when blending in a boiler, silica-rich coals (SiO2>80%, SiO2/Al2O3> 5) should be blended with relatively low-alkali coals (Na2O+K2O<3%), and the blending ratio of the silica-rich coals indicates less than 10%, which can safely operate the boiler. 相似文献

在工程实践中,作为装配式建筑的墙体材料,既要有较好的保温隔热性能,又要满足一定的力学性能。轻质泡沫混凝土是一种很好的选择,但普通的泡沫混凝土材料在满足热工性能时其力学性能往往表现较差。本文提出一种高强度低导热泡沫混凝土制备方法,研究了水胶比、泡沫掺量、粉煤灰掺量和聚丙烯(PP)纤维掺量对泡沫混凝土的抗压强度和导热系数的影响,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)探究了粉煤灰和PP纤维对泡沫混凝土微观形貌的影响。结果表明:当水胶比为0.6、泡沫掺量为4%(质量分数,下同)、粉煤灰掺量为25%以及PP纤维掺量为0.2%时,泡沫混凝土的抗压强度较高且导热系数较低。 相似文献
