应用开发的微电导探针测试技术,对小尺寸颗粒玻璃珠(粒径分别为0.48、0.80、1.25 mm)和1.45 mm苯乙烯树脂为固相,空气和水分别为气相和液相的三相流化床的各相局部含率进行了同时测定.在较宽操作条件下,获得了一系列局部相含率实验数据.通过对实验数据研究发现:在充分发展段,局部固含率在r/R=0.75~0.85范围内有一个极大值,床层截面平均气含率随表观液速的变化存在一个极小值.在气体分布器区,在距气体分布器轴向一定距离范围内,三相局部含率的径向分布存在明显的不对称分布.随着轴向距离的增加,局部气含率径向不对称分布逐渐消失,最终过渡到对称分布,而局部固含率的径向不对称分布消失得不明显.  相似文献

The distributions of the three phases in gas–liquid–solid circulating fluidized beds (GLSCFB) were studied using a novel measurement technique that combines electrical resistance tomography (ERT) and optical fibre probe. The introduction of gas into a liquid–solid circulating fluidized bed (LSCFB), thus forming a GLSCFB, caused the increase of solids holdup due to the significantly decreased available buoyancy with the lower density of the gas, even with a somewhat increased liquid velocity due to the decreased liquid holdup giving space for the gas holdup. The gas passed through the riser in the form of bubbles, which tended to flow more through the central region of the riser, leading to more radial non‐uniformity in radial holdup of the phases. The gas velocity has the most significant effect on the gas phase holdup. While the gas velocity also has an obvious effect to the solids holdups, the liquid flow rate had a much more considerable effect on the phase holdups. The solids circulation rate also had a significant effect on the phase holdups, with increasing solids circulation rate causing much more increased solids holdup in the central region than close to the wall. A correlation was developed for the relative radial distributions of solids holdup in GLSCFB, as such radial profiles were found similar over a wide range of operating conditions, like those in a typical gas–solid circulating fluidized beds (GSCFB). Finally, the axial solids profiles in a GLSCFB was found to be much closer to those in an LSCFB which are very uniform, than those found in a GSCFB which are less uniform and sometime having a S shape. Water was used as the continuous and conductive phase, air was the gas phase and glass bead and lava rock particles were used as the solid and non‐conductive phase.  相似文献

应用自行开发的微电导探针测试技术,以玻璃珠(dp=0.48 mm, ρs=2460 kg•m-3)和苯乙烯颗粒(dp=1.45mm,ρs=1264 kg•m-3)为固相,空气为气相,水及0.05%、0.20% (质量)SCMC(羧甲基纤维素钠)水溶液为液相,对三相循环流化床(TCFB)的各相局部含率进行了同时测定.考察了不同表观液体速度、辅助液体速度、液体黏度及颗粒密度对局部相含率轴径向分布的影响. 在不同操作条件下,获得了1286套局部相含率实验数据. 给出了局部固含率和局部气含率与操作条件、流体物性及床层轴径向位置的关联式,关联式的计算值与实验值吻合较好.  相似文献

结合电阻层析成像和差压法,以粒径3 mm的聚氨酯(密度1110 kg/m3)和粒径0.5, 1, 3 mm的玻璃珠(密度2460 kg/m3)为固相、空气为气相、水为液相,在直径0.09 m、高3.1 m的气液固三相气升式外环流反应器中考察了固相颗粒密度、粒径、固相含率对上升管和下降管中气含率的影响. 结果表明,当玻璃珠粒径为0.5和1 mm、表观气速ug>0.10 m/s时环流反应器可达到充分发展段. 以玻璃珠为固相时,气含率随固相含量和粒径增大而增大,从层析图像可见,在r/R=0~0.2处出现非导电相的极大值,且加入大颗粒的下降管中气固含率明显大于加入小颗粒的. 根据电阻层析成像的虚拟像,给出了时间序列的气固混合相的流动特征.  相似文献

Although extensive work has been performed on the hydrodynamics and gas‐liquid mass transfer in conventional three‐phase fluidized beds, relevant documented reports on gas‐liquid‐solid circulating fluidized beds (GLSCFBs) are scarce. In this work, the radial distribution of gas and solid holdups were investigated at two axial positions in a GLSCFB. The results show that gas bubbles and solid particles distribute uniformly in the axial direction but non‐uniformly in the radial direction. The radial non‐uniformity demonstrates a strong factor on the gas‐liquid mass transfer coefficients. A local mass transfer model is proposed to describe the gas‐liquid mass transfer at various radial positions. The local mass transfer coefficients appear to be symmetric about the central line of the riser with a lower value in the wall region. The effects of gas flow rates, particle circulating rates and liquid velocities on gas‐liquid mass transfer have also been investigated.  相似文献

Axial and radial profiles of gas and solids holdups have been studied in agas-liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed at 140mm i.d..Experimental results indicate that the axialand radial profiles of gas and solids holdups are more uniform than those in a conventionalfluidized bed.Axial and radial liquid dispersion coefficients in the gas-liquid-solid circulating fluidizedbed are investigated for the first time.It is found that axial and radial liquid dispersioncoefficients increases with increaes in gas velocity and solids holdup.The liquid velocity has littleinfluence on the axial liquid dispersion coefficient,but would adversely affect the redial liquiddispersion coefficient.It can be concluded that the gas-liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed hasadvantages such as better interphase contact and lower liquid dispersion along the axial directionover the expanded bed.  相似文献

Electrical resistance tomography (ERT) as a non‐invasive technique based on conductivity measurement of the continuous phase was employed for the study of phase holdup in a liquid‐solid circulating fluidized bed (LSCFB). Local solid holdup was also measured by an optical fibre probe and pressure transducers to compare and verify the results obtained by ERT. Good agreement was observed among the three methods. Tap water was used as the continuous and conductive phase and glass beads (spherical shape) and lava rocks (irregular shape) of two different sizes were used as the solid and non‐conductive phase. Radial non‐uniformities of solid holdups were observed for all four types of particles under different superficial liquid velocities in different axial locations. The solid holdup was higher in regions close to the wall and low in the central region. Non‐uniformity in the phase holdup decreased with increasing liquid velocity. The axial flow profile was found uniform along axial locations of the riser except at the lower location closer to the distributor zone.  相似文献

在φ200 mm×2500 mm连续内环流三相反应器内,考察了空气 水 玻璃珠体系反应器内局部流动参数随操作条件的变化规律。结果表明,导流筒内截面平均气含率随表观气速的增大而增大,较之气液两相流,在低固含率时,加入固体对气含率影响不明显,而在较高固含率下,气含率有明显降低,但固体再增加时对气含率变化影响不大。在较低表观气速下,进料浆速对导流筒内气含率轴向分布趋势有一定的影响,但在较高表观气速下影响不大,导流筒内的气含率大于环隙内的气含率且随气速增大差别更加明显,浆相连续有利于气相分散并增大环隙内的气含率。导流筒内循环浆速径向分布呈抛物状,中心高、近壁处低,受进料浆速和入口固含率影响都不大。浆相循环强度最低为20,高可达180。固含率轴、径向分布受表观气速和进料浆速的影响,固含率轴、径向分布基本均匀,随进料浆速增加,反应器内固含率降低。  相似文献

Ultrasonic technique offers a good potential for phase holdup measurements in multiphase systems. Experiments were performed in an expanded fluidized bed consisting of water, air bubbles and/or glass beads. In this research note, the instantaneous signals of ultrasound were, for the first time, analyzed for the purpose of phase holdup determination. The results show that the fluctuations of the speed and attenuation of ultrasound are a well‐defined function of solid and gas holdups in a multiphase system.  相似文献

在10m高提升管中对空气-沙子体系的压力梯度进行系统测试,研究了粗重颗粒平均颗粒浓度云的轴向分布及操作条件对它的影响。结果表明,粗重颗粒的^εs在相同操作条件下显著低于FCC颗粒;随操作条件的不同,沙子颗粒表现出与FCC显著不同的轴向分布形态。高气速下粗重颗粒^εs的轴向分布与FCC相似表现为单调下降或直线形关系;但在表观气速Ug降低至某一临界值后,粗重颗粒^εs的轴向分布呈现出波动形式,表明沙子颗粒在提升管中的流动是一个加速-减速-再加速直至充分发展的过程。随Ug减小或Gs增大,提升管各截面上云升高;当^εs的轴向分布为波动形式时,提升管底部截面和中部颗粒聚集截面上^εs的变化较其它截面更为显著。  相似文献

Axial distribution of phase holdups was studied in the riser of a gas-liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed (GLSCFB). The effects of gas and liquid superficial velocities as well as solids circulation rate on radial distribution of phase holdups at different axial locations were investigated. Electrical resistance tomography (ERT) and optical fiber probe were employed online in the experiments for a precise determination of phase holdups. An empirical model was developed for the determination of gas bubbles in analysis of data obtained by fiber optic sensor. Gas holdup was higher at the central region of the riser and increased axially due to coalescence of small bubbles and decrease of hydrostatic pressure at higher levels in the riser. This led to an increase in solids holdup in regions close to the wall which was slightly higher than the solids holdup at the wall. Both solids and liquid holdups were lower in the central region and increased radially towards the wall. Gas holdup decreased with increasing solids circulation rate but opposite trend was observed for solids holdup. Solids circulation rate had negligible effect on liquid holdup at lower axial locations compared to top of the riser. Cross-sectional average of solids, gas and liquid holdups did not change significantly at higher liquid superficial velocities.  相似文献

在内径为140mm、高为3m的有机玻璃设备中对液固并流向上的循环流化床中两相流动特性进行了研究.相含率的研究表明,在循环流态化条件下,全床相含率轴向均匀分布;而径向具有显著的不均匀性,表现为中心区液相含率高,在r/R=0.7处液合率最低.颗粒循环速率的研究表明,在循环流态化区域,在一定的二次水流速下,颗粒循环速率不随总液速的改变而改变.由于在循环流态化下存在床层径向参数的不均匀性,因此床层的相合率与颗粒循环速率的关系与广义流态化方法预测的结果间存在差异,即在操作条件一定的情况下,床层内真实液合率比由广义流态化预测的低.  相似文献

This study evaluates ultrasound as a non‐invasive technique for determining the cross‐sectional holdups of multiphase systems. Experiments are performed in a column of 292 mm inner diameter with air, water and uniform glass beads of 1.3 mm diameter as the particles. In a bubble column, the signal intensity decayed exponentially with increasing gas holdup. In a liquid–solid fluidized bed, the wave time‐of‐flight decreased linearly when the solids holdup increased from 25% to 60% (fixed bed), while the signal intensity increased. Signal attenuation limits the use of this method for three‐phase fluidized beds. When large particles (mm range) are used, it is difficult to operate at a wavelength that permits transmission through both dispersed phases. For three‐phase systems, slurry bubble columns with low dispersed phases holdups and smaller particles present a less attenuative media and are better suited to this technique.  相似文献

An ultrasonic technique is being developed to detect the dispersed phase holdups in multiphase systems. This technique is based on the fact that the transmission time and attenuation of ultrasound in suspensions differ from those in pure liquids. Experiments were carried out at three probe gap spacing, (2.04, 4.27, and 6.31 cm) in a fluidized bed of 7.6 cm diameter. Water was used as the continuous phase and air and 500 μm glass beads as the dispersed phases. The time-averaged amplitude ratio decays exponentially with gas and solid holdups, whereas the transmission time increases slightly with gas holdup but decreases with solid holdup. It is also observed, for the first time, that the fluctuations of the instantaneous ultrasonic signals can be correlated with the solid and gas holdups in a multiphase system. This correlation may provide a basis for the development of a new approach for phase holdup analysis in multiphase flow systems.  相似文献

利用电导探头测试技术,以不同粒径的玻璃珠颗粒、金精矿、金矿氰化尾渣为固相,空气为气相,不同粘度的液体为液相,对三相流化床中不同测孔的电导率进行测试和计算,系统研究了颗粒粒径(dp)、密度(r)、质量(q)、表观气速(Ug)、液体粘度(ml)等对相含率的影响. 结果表明,dp从0.05 mm增加到0.15 mm,气含率(eg)增加2%~3%,而固含率(es)减小2%~4%;其他条件相同,密度大的颗粒es和eg较小;随q增加,eg降低,es增加,玻璃珠颗粒每增加100 g,eg减小约2.5%,es增加约1.5%;随Ug增大或减小,eg和es亦随之增大或减小;随ml增大或减小,eg和es亦呈增大或减小趋势.  相似文献

The effects of liquid viscosities, solid circulating rates, liquid and gas velocities and phase holdups on the axial dispersion coefficient, Dax, were investigated in a gas-liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed (GLSCFB).Liquid viscosity promotes the axial liquid backmixing when solid particles and gas bubbles are present. Increases in gas velocities and solid circulating rates lead to higher Dax. The effects of liquid velocity on Dax are associated with liquid viscosity. Compared with conventional expanded beds, the GLSCFBs hold less axial liquid dispersion,approaching ideal plug-flow reactors.  相似文献

Analysis of gas holdups and pressure fluctuations are conducted in a slurry bubble column to study changes in flow regimes and comparisons are made with solid‐free bubble column. The pressure fluctuations are measured by fast response pressure transducers mounted on the column wall in the distributor and bulk regions. Air, tap water and 35 micron glass beads are used as the gas, liquid and solid phases respectively. Statistical analysis of pressure fluctuation data combined with gas holdup analysis provided information about flow regime transition and interesting insights into bubble size distributions and changes in flow structure.  相似文献
