电容式电压互感器(CVT)的电容量和介质损耗角的测量是检验设备绝缘性能的一项重要试验,特高压1 000 kV CVT因其具有自身独有的特性,其试验方法也具有特殊性。比较系统地介绍了特高压变电站中2种不同结构的500 kV CVT电容量和介损的测量方法。主要针对1 000 kV电容式电压互感器结构特殊性采用了一种新的试验方法,通过现场试验,测试结果符合特高压交流试验示范工程电气设备交接试验标准要求,证明采用外高压、内标准、正接法测量CVT中压臂电容C2是可行的。  相似文献

By dividing a water‐treed XLPE sheet sample of 1 mm thickness into a nondegraded region and a water‐treed one, relative permittivity and AC conductivity σAC2 of the water‐treed region have been estimated using an equivalent circuit. The variation of and σAC2 with the length r of the water‐treed region has been discussed based on the Sillars model. It was concluded that the volume fraction of water in the water‐treed layer is in the range from 0.5% to 1.5% for the most‐degraded XLPE sheet, which depends on the ratio of axes of spheroids to which water‐filled voids and channels are compared. It was also concluded that the AC conductivity of water in the water‐treed region ranges from 3 × 10?3 S/m to 2 × 10?2 S/m. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Accurately extracting capacitances among the interconnects in modern multi‐dielectric technology of integrated circuits is a challenging task. The floating random walk (FRW) algorithm is advantageous for capacitance extraction and has been extended by W. Yu et al. to accurately handle multi‐dielectric structures with a pre‐characterization approach. In this paper, we improve this pre‐characterization approach by permitting the cubic transition domains with three or four‐dielectric layers. The techniques of pre‐characterizing and utilizing these multi‐dielectric transition cubes are proposed. Experiments on the test cases under actual manufacture technologies show that the proposed method brings 13× speedup on average, with affordable memory overhead. The experiments also validate the accuracy of the proposed method and reveal the significant error caused by the dielectric homogenization approach in a commercial FRW solver. Finally, on a machine with 12‐core CPU, the parallel FRW algorithm equipped with the proposed pre‐characterization method demonstrates more than 10× speedup of parallelization. 通过水针电极老化法加速XLPE电缆绝缘产生明显水树,采用一种硅氧烷修复液对水树老化XLPE电缆绝缘进行修复,比较了修复前后老化XLPE电缆绝缘的介损和直流泄漏电流,并通过显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)对水树及其内部的填充物进行了观察。结果表明:修复液能扩散到水树内消耗水分,生成绝缘性能良好的填充物填充水树空洞,使介损和泄漏电流明显下降,绝缘性能逐渐恢复到接近老化前水平。利用修复液对老化样本绝缘进行修复,对现场运行老化电缆进行了绝缘修复实验表明,修复后电缆的介损和直流泄漏电流下降一半以下,显著提高了水树老化运行电缆的绝缘性能。  相似文献

In this paper a new dynamic model of one‐cycle‐controlled converters operating either in continuous or in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) is introduced. The static and dynamic behaviour is analysed by using sampled‐data modelling combined with the small‐signal linearization of the average model of the converter's power stage. The proposed model is valid for frequencies up to half the switching frequency and, while the other dynamic models presented in the literature cover continuous conduction mode only, it also gives an accurate prediction of the system's dynamic behaviour in the DCM. The model allows to determine the closed‐form expression of the reference‐to‐output transfer function G of the system, which is a fundamental prerequisite for the design of a conventional output feedback control circuit aimed at improving the dynamic behaviour of the system in response to load variations. In this paper it is also shown that one‐cycle control does not work properly in switching converters operating in deep DCM if some specific design constraints are not fulfilled. The theoretical predictions are confirmed by the results of suitable numerical simulations and laboratory experiments on a one‐cycle‐controlled buck‐switching converter. Previous models of quasi‐resonant converters generally use averaging and assume infinite filter inductance and capacitance to reduce circuit complexity, but at the expense of accuracy. In this paper, exact sampled‐data modelling is used. A general block diagram model applicable to various topologies of quasi‐resonant converters is proposed. Large‐signal analysis, steady‐state analysis and small‐signal analysis are all studied. They agree closely with the experimental results in the literature. An efficient analytical method for calculating the propagation delay and the short‐circuit power dissipation of CMOS gates is introduced in this paper. Key factors that determine the operation of a gate, such as the different modes of operation of serially connected transistors, the starting point of conduction, the parasitic behaviour of the short‐circuiting block of a gate and the behaviour of parallel transistor structures are analysed and properly modelled. The analysis is performed taking into account second‐order effects of short‐channel devices and for non‐zero transition time inputs. Analytical expressions for the output waveform, the propagation delay and the short‐circuit power dissipation are obtained by solving the differential equations that govern the operation of the gate. This paper presents the input current waveform control of the rectifier circuit which realizes simultaneously the high input power factor and the harmonics suppression of the receiving‐end voltage and the source current under the distorted receiving‐end voltage. The proposed input current waveform includes the harmonic components which are in phase with the receiving‐end voltage harmonics. The control parameter in the proposed waveform is designed by examining the characteristics of both the harmonic suppression effect in the distribution system and the input power factor of the rectifier circuit. High‐κ gate‐all‐around structure counters the Short Channel Effect (SCEs) mostly providing excellent off‐state performance, whereas high mobility III–V channel ensures better on‐state performance, rendering III–V nanowire GAAFET a potential candidate for replacing the current FinFETs in microchips. In this paper, a 2D simulator for the III–V GAAFET based on self‐consistent solution of Schrodinger–Poisson equation is proposed. Using this simulator, capacitance–voltage profile and threshold voltage are characterized, which reveal that gate dielectric constant (κ) and oxide thickness do not affect threshold voltage significantly at lower channel doping. Moreover, change in alloy composition of InxGa1‐xAs, channel doping, and cross‐sectional area has trivial effects on the inversion capacitance although threshold voltage can be shifted by the former two. Although, channel material also affects the threshold voltage, most sharp change in threshold voltage is observed with change in fin width of the channel (0.005 V/nm for above 10 nm fin width and 0.064 V/nm for sub‐10 nm fin width). Simulation suggests that for lower channel doping below 1023 m−3, fin width variation affects the threshold voltage most. Whereas when the doping is higher than 1023 m−3, both the thickness and dielectric constant of the oxide material have strong effects on threshold voltage (0.05 V/nm oxide thickness and 0.01 V/per unit change in κ). The solution of equations describing non‐linear dynamic systems is considered. A computer with infinite speed and capacity—as a hypothetical device—is assumed. The method is based on the classical sampling theorem, Newton iteration and discrete Fourier transform. We provide an asymptotic method for systematically analysing the transient and the steady‐state oscillations in third‐order oscillators with shifting bias. The method allows us to construct the general solution of the weakly non‐linear differential equation describing these oscillators through an iteration procedure of successive approximations typical of perturbation methods. The approximation to first order is obtained solving a system of two first‐order non‐linear differential equations in the leading terms of solution (dc component and fundamental harmonic), whereby the dominant dynamics, the stationary states and their stability can be easily analysed. Unlike existing approaches, our method also enables us to determine the higher harmonics as well as the frequency shift from the system's natural frequency in the exact solution through analytical formulae. In addition, formulae for higher‐order approximations of the above quantities are determined. X‐rays in the nanometer electromagnetic region are useful for nanospace fabrication, information and high‐energy transmission and control techniques of angstrom‐size structures in biomedical sciences and technology. This paper presents an improved method of voltage utility factor (VUF) from 50 to 86.6% for a five‐leg inverter when two induction motors are driven in vector control and in a condition where the frequencies of the two motors are not very different, and the improved method of voltage utility is theoretically shown. Many modulation methods for the five‐leg inverter have been proposed, but the voltage utility factor is 50% in these methods. The voltage utility factor of the five‐leg inverter is lower than that of the three‐leg inverter as maximum voltage utility factor of the three‐leg inverter is 100%. © 2006 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. Dry‐cured and extruded three‐layer (E‐E type) 6.6‐kV cross‐linked polyethylene (XLPE) cables were introduced into electric power systems more than 30 years ago, but they do not experience failures because of water tree degradation. Also, the degradation index of water treeing for these cables has not been established. Therefore, investigating results of residual breakdown voltage and water tree degradation of these cables will help us plan for cable replacement and determine water tree degradation diagnosis scheduling, and will be fundamental data for cable lifetime evaluation. In this study, the authors measured the ac breakdown voltages of dry‐cured and E‐E type 6.6‐kV XLPE cables removed after 18 to 25 years of operation and observed the water trees in their XLPE insulation. As a result, it was observed that breakdown voltages were larger than the maximum operating voltage (6.9 kV) and the ac voltage for the dielectric withstanding test (10.3 kV). Water trees were mainly bow‐tie water trees and their maximum length was approximately 1 mm. Although the number of measured cables was limited, the lifetime of this type of cable was estimated to be approximately 40 years, even experiencing water immersion.  相似文献

VLF (Very Low Frequency) high voltage with frequency of 0.1 Hz will be utilized for an on‐site test of XLPE underground cables, instead of conventional dc high voltage test. Since XLPE cables are connected to GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgears) in substations, the influence of VLF voltage application to GIS insulation should be investigated. One of the most important characteristics for GIS insulation lies in the metallic particle contamination and its behavior, which may induce breakdown in GIS. From the above viewpoint, this paper discusses the metallic particle behavior and breakdown characteristics under VLF voltage application in GIS. Experimental results revealed that (1) Particle motion under VLF condition was similar to that under dc condition, while specific in the transient behavior at the polarity reversal. (2) Breakdown was induced by particles located in the vicinity of high voltage conductor at the instance of crossing the gap or in the firefly conditions. (3) Breakdown voltage in positive half cycle was higher than that in negative half cycle at the lower gas pressure, while lower at the higher gas pressure, which was attributed to the particle behavior and the breakdown mechanism of SF6 gas. Consequently, metallic particles in GIS under VLF voltage application exhibited the specific behavior associated with the slow change of instantaneous voltage and polarity, and resulted in the complex pressure dependence of breakdown characteristics. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Track circuit systems based on high‐voltage impulses (HVI) have already been used in China to detect the state of track sections. With the demand for more reliable intelligent transportation systems in recent years, new advances, improvements, and innovations are being applied to their development. This work defines a HVI track circuit based on the encoding of the transmitted signal. Not only 15‐bit and 63‐bit Kasami sequences but also 19‐bit and 71‐bit loosely synchronized codes are applied to encode simultaneous HVI transmissions from 2 emitters. Train occupancy in different parts of the track section is also considered. The quality of the detection is evaluated by means of the correlation bounds. Furthermore, a simulation model for double‐track railways has been developed, which can be dedicated to the evaluation of a suitable signal processing in the track circuit under study. Compared to previous HVI track circuits, as a novelty, this work proposes the use of encoded transmissions to these track circuits, to improve their performance in terms of scanned distance and detection accuracy. The correlation properties of the sequences involved also make feasible to avoid any synchronization link between emitters and receivers, thus providing a significant advantage for later deployment.  相似文献

A method to construct optimal memoryless regulators of large‐scale systems with time delays in the interconnections and the states is proposed. Each feedback gain of decentralized control laws is obtained directly from solutions of simultaneous linear matrix inequalities. First, a sufficient condition for the stability of the overall closed‐ loop system is presented. Then it is extended so that the overall system and each subsystem remain stable, even if all or some of the interconnections between subsystems are cut. The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) has prescribed an immunity test (IEC61000‐4‐2) of electronic equipment against electrostatic discharges (ESDs), in which a discharge current to be injected onto equipment under test is specified. As for the waveform, however, not the whole waveform but only the rise time, the first peak, and the current amplitudes at 30 and 60 ns are given in the time domain together with their uncertainties, which are required to check on the condition that an ESD generator (ESD‐gun) shall be arranged vertically to an IEC‐recommended calibration target and its earth return wire is kept away as far as possible from a vertical ground plane (IEC standard arrangement). In this study, to clarify how arrangements of an ESD‐gun and its earth return wire affect discharge currents, we measured discharge current waveforms for contact discharges of an ESD‐gun onto an IEC calibration target with respect to various inclinations of the ESD‐gun and arrangements of its earth return wire, and also calculated their current power spectra normalized to that of the discharge current for the IEC standard arrangement. As a result, we found that inclinations of the ESD gun affect the first peak current, which increases current power spectra by 14 dB at frequencies over 300 MHz, and that arrangements of the return wire influence the current waveforms between the first and second peaks, which provides variations in power spectra by ±12 dB in the frequency range from 10 MHz to 200 MHz. This finding suggests that arrangements of an ESD‐gun and its earth return wire are likely to cause different immunity test results. It was also found that in comparison with measured discharge currents for the standard arrangement, the calculated waveform of a discharge current from a formula, which has been included in the recent standard, has a more gentle falling waveform, and produces power spectra of +15 dB in the frequency range from 10 MHz to 200 MHz and –12 dB at frequencies over 300 MHz. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
