西继迅达电梯层门顺利通过耐火测试

日前，公司电梯防火门在新加坡顺利通过德国专业认证机构TüVSüD PSB Pte．Ltd．的防火门测试。此次测试采用的是极为严苛的英国BS476-22耐火测试标准，在规定的时间内对电梯层门进行耐火极限、完整性、以及完整性对应承载能力等方面进行测试。

测试仪间的不平等

目前我国已经就室内装饰装修材料溶剂型涂料和胶粘剂中苯、甲苯、二甲苯三种污染物质限量出台了相关标准和检测方法。但是现有标准中对苯、甲苯、二甲苯的检测方法存在着差异,在实际的实验操作中存在一定的不便,本文对现有的试验方法进行研究,在最佳的色谱条件下对溶剂型涂料和胶粘剂中苯、甲苯、二甲苯三种污染物进行检测。     

Review of Fan Integrity Testing and Hold Time Standards

The paper examines the basis of the NFPA, British and ISO/CEN fan integrity testing and hold time standards. It is found that the most appropriate leakage area definition for integrity testing is Equivalent Leakage Area in CAN/CGSB-149.10-M86. Differences between the standards are discussed, an error in the NFPA standards is described, and other changes to the standards are recommended. Areas for further research are proposed to enable the errors in calculated hold times to be estimated with confidence and, if necessary, reduced.     

多功能金属龙骨力学性能检测装置的研制

金属龙骨按材质、使用场合、断面形状分类众多,不同类型龙骨的力学性能检测方法不一,检测装置各异。本文通过对国内外金属龙骨标准的力学性能检测方法进行分析,研制出一种符合多标准、多类型的多功能金属龙骨力学性能检测装置,并分析其可行性和操作特点。     

Development of a testing method for control HVAC systems by emulation

CEN TC247 has prepared draft standards for main types of room controllers. These standards include a performance testing procedure that was designed to facilitate the introduction on the market of innovative controllers (adaptive controllers, fuzzy controllers …). The test procedure is based on the connection of the real controller to be tested to a virtual building and technical plants. The objective of the study which is part of the European SIMTEST project is the development of a testing method by emulation for control systems for heating ventilating and air conditioning applications. This study was focused on the development of numerical models of building and HVAC systems, which are the core of the test facility. The models developed are adapted to the needs of HVAC controller design and test. They take into account static and dynamic phenomena, which are necessary to assess, control functions in terms of comfort and energy consumption. These models are adapted to the test of all controllers, which are in the scope of the three draft standards CEN TC247, in particular to controllers for heating systems, fan coils, variable air volume systems and chilled ceilings. We present in this paper:

• (1)The testing method developed including the simulated environment with its models, the interfaces and the test procedure.
• (2)The validation of the testing method by inspection and comparison of the results obtained by emulation to the results obtained by real tests in a cell. Each application is tested with two different controllers: a high performance and low performance controllers. The same controllers are used in the two different testing methods.

Zusammenführung von europäischen und deutschen Normen Eurocode 7, DIN 1054 und DIN 4020

Merging European and German standards – Eurocode 7, DIN 1054 and DIN 4020. The German version of Eurocode 7 Geotechnical design with its two parts DIN EN 1997‐1 General rules and DIN EN 1997‐2 Ground investigation and testing will shortly be available. The two parts of this Eurocode partly compete with two fundamental German geotechnical standards: DIN 1054:2005‐1 Ground – Verification of safety of earthworks and foundations and DIN 4020:2003‐09 Geotechnical investigations for civil engineering purposes. According to the regulations of the European Union standards which compete with European standards have to be withdrawn after a calibration period of two years and a coexistence period of another 3 years. That is why in three to five years DIN 1054 and DIN 4020 in their present form will have to be replaced by revised versions. The paper describes the necessary adaptations as far as the content is concerned and how the specific German geotechnical experience is preserved in the new system of European and German standards.
