本文通过大量现场试验,对金刚石品级,浓度,粒度进行了分析筛选,并选出GW2,GW3号配方,按其配方烧结出金刚石磨片在几个厂家反复试用,结果证明:GW型金刚石麻片具有研磨效率高,使用寿命长,质量稳定,磨片适用性强,研磨表面光滑,整洁,完全可以代替金刚石来研磨建筑装饰材料。 相似文献

采用基于流固互动理论的管道轴向运动4-方程模型,得到管道轴向振动的波动方程,进而得到单直管的传递矩阵,通过建立系统中联接处的点传递矩阵,最后得到液压管系的总体状态方程,对总体状态方程求解可得系统的模态频率和振型.通过模态分析结果与模态试验结果的比较,证明了耦合模型传递矩阵法比经典传递矩阵法计算结果更精确. 相似文献

Applying the finite-element method to determine the die swell phenomenon during the extrusion of glass rods with non-circular cross-sections 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In the case of die-wall adhesion during the extrusion of inorganic glass melts, the emerging rod undergoes an undesired expansion, called the die-swell phenomenon, which impairs the precision of its shape. In order to predict the cross-sectional increase of the rod, a 3-dimensional finite-element model has been developed, which can replace extensive experimental preparatory trials. The results obtained with the aid of computer-based simulated flow show a high level of agreement with corresponding experimental results and confirm the suitability of the procedure presented in this paper. The analysis of the influence that the most important test parameters and some fluid properties have on the die swell, supplies valuable information for extrusion processes currently in use. Furthermore, the suitability of the finite-element method in the case of different die cross-sections as well as in the case of the pull-extrusion process is demonstrated in an exemplary manner. 相似文献

This study deals with the investigations concerning with the suitability of coated steel piping system as an economically
viable alternative to costly stainless steel piping for high pressure seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) application. The piping
system selected for investigation is a carbon steel piping coated internally and externally with thermoplastic coating (coating
powder Plascoat PPA 571). The performance of thermoplastic coating was investigated by conducting SWRO pilot plant test, salt
spray test, mechanical tests and testing of the coating under crevices (both in pilot plant and laboratory), and for leachable
organics and inorganics (both in laboratory and pilot plant test). The testing of coating in the pilot plant resulted in the
formation of some blisters on the internal surface of the pipes. The blisters were broken causing the corrosion of underneath
steel. The coating showed a poor resistance to salt fog test. In general, the coating performed satisfactorily under the crevices
but showed blistering on either side of the test panels. The adhesive strength of the coating was found to be poor; however,
it showed good flexibility. The results of chemical analysis did not show the leaching of organic or inorganic pollutants

In this study, the metallisation of acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene (ABS) plastics has been investigated. The adhesion of the metallic layer on ABS was studied by the cross-cut test. Raman spectroscopy was used to evaluate the components of ABS plastics. The results indicate that Raman spectroscopy can be applied for rapid determination of suitability of ABS plastics for metallisation. 相似文献
