利用0.2级标准涡轮流量计,建立综合不确定度小于0.33%(k=2)的移动式高压大流量天然气实流检定装置,实现1.0级流量计的在线实流检定。文章从装置的工艺流程设计、标准/核查流量计的选择、监控与数据采集/处理系统,辅助功能设计等出发,论述如何用0.2级标准流量计满足检定1.0级流量计的要求,并且用实流台位和固定台位测试对比的方法,验证0.2级标准涡轮流量计和0.5级核查超声波流量计在移动标准装置上应用的可靠性和准确性。车载移动式高压大流量天然气流量标准装置克服了拆送检定过程中对流量计的损伤和影响以标准器溯源上的诸多不便,越来越受到用户的重视和采用。 相似文献

在国家天然气计量站大流量检定系统的应用过程中,由于工作需开启不同的检定管路,所实施的核查级标准表和被检工作表具有多样化的组合方式,且工作流量较大,其检定结果准确度非常易受介质流场不稳定性的影响。为此,基于典型大流量检定装置的流程模型,通过采用FLUENT模拟不同检定口径在不同流量点下的不同工作组合模式,计算得到不同管路工作条件下的天然气体积流量测定误差值。研究分析结果表明:计量站的标准表不同组合方式工作条件对检定工作质量具有不同的影响,工作管路的口径越大而造成的介质流动不稳定性产生的检定结果准确度影响越明显,通过改善检定系统中标准表与检测表的管容和增大进、入口管路的间距可降低检定误差,从而一定程度地消除介质流动状态带给计量检定的影响,有效提高天然气计量检测的量传水平。 相似文献

Due to the increase of energy consumption, natural gas energy is becoming one of the most important sources to fulfil the
world energy demand. However, normally the available raw natural gas is mixed with some heavy components such as C3
+ and/or some impurities such as CO2, N2 and sulfur compounds (H2S and RSH). The raw gas should be treated in order to meet the international specifications and eliminate or at least minimize
the emission of toxic and/or pollutant gases to the surrounding area. Mellitah Plant applies the latest technology in order
to meet the international standards. In this paper, we will present the different process at Mellitah site in which we produce
a clean natural gas for export and recover 99.8 wt% of associated sulfur compound with the raw gas and/or acid gas. The recovered
sulfur is produced in liquid phase then dried for storage in solid phase. The solid sulfur is exported to international market.
The emission control at Mellitah plant is optimized and controlled as per the latest available technology. The fuel gas utilized
for all the process is completely clean gas; flue gas contains always less than 10 ppm of H2S. Therefore, the burned gas produced mainly CO2 and H2O with a trace amount of SO
x
. If SO
x
emission at Mellitah is compared to any other industrial complex in Libya or any other similar plant any elsewhere utilizing
fuel oil and/or diesel oil then the Mellitah emission will be the lowest.

Several attractive types of amorphous or crystalline carbon nanostructure were obtained by a single catalytic process, during natural gas decomposition using different nanostructured catalysts as template. The nanostructured catalyst templates were based on transition metal nanoparticles embedded in carbon matrixes and nanoceramic supports which consist of magnesium oxide doped with ceria rare earths, prepared by the high-energy mechanical milling. The yield and the nature of the nanostructured carbon are strongly influenced by the preparation method of the template and the chemical composition of the catalysts. 相似文献

The aim of the present study is the simulation of the dispersion of natural gas issuing from the silencer of compressor stations during vent operations. The objective is to analyze the dispersion of the gas emitted under different conditions of mass flow rate at the exit and ambient cross-flow velocity. We have considered a silencer with an upper cover to protect it from the rain and the fall of objects. The influence of the upper cover of the silencer on the dispersion of natural gas has also been studied, and non-dimensional approaches of the model have been proposed to simplify the problem. Seven different cases have been solved, using two models: a 3D model based on the commercial code FLUENT, and a simplified quasi-one-dimensional model. The results obtained in both cases have been compared, and the range of validity of the one-dimensional model in non-dimensional form has been discussed. 相似文献

Assessments of likely sources of natural gas incorporate scientific, social, and cultural elements, and illustrate the complex interactions of economics, science, engineering, and social factors in the perception of natural resources. Two groups produce assessments of the potential natural gas resources of the United States: the private sector Potential Gas Agency and the public sector US Geological Survey and Minerals Management Service, which produce joint national reports. Both groups use similar technical methods but have adopted different operational structures that reflect different practices and norms in the public and private sectors. Both groups have encountered difficulties in communicating their technical information to the non-technical community, leading to legal and political interventions. New and accurate viscosity measurements of three natural gas mixtures obtained directly at three different locations in the
Norwegian gas transport network in the North Sea are presented. The viscosity measurements were performed using a vibrating-wire
instrument with an uncertainty of ± 1%, and covered a wide range of temperatures and pressures (263–303 K and 5.0–25 MPa).
The predictive power of various models was also examined in relation to our new viscosity measurements. It was found that
one of the Lee–Gonzalez–Eakin variants, as well as the NIST’s SUPERTRAPP scheme, agreed very well with the present measurements.
The correlative schemes reported by Schley et al. (Int J Thermophys 25:1623, 2004) and Vesovic–Wakeham (Int J Thermophys 22:415,
