为给被测试的光伏逆变器提供一个测试其最大功率点性能的环境,设计了一种光伏模拟电源。其主要由整流滤波电路和DC/DC电源组成。整流滤波电路将交流电变成直流,开关电源部分完成降压功能,通过将输出电压采样送入误差比较器中与控制器RAM中的电压进行比较,来控制输出电流和电压,使其工作在对应的I-V曲线上。文中设计的光伏模拟电源可人为地输入温度和日照来模拟太阳能光伏曲线。  相似文献

针对分布式低压光伏发电系统,提出了一种新型双模五电平共地型(Five-leve dual-mode common-ground type, 5L-DM-CGT)无变压器逆变器,并具有宽输入电压范围(200V-400V)。简言之,所提拓扑通过将光伏阵列的负端直接与电网中性点相连,从而绕过光伏阵列的杂散电容,实现消除共模(Common-mode, CM)漏电流的目的。此外,本文可根据输入电压的大小可在Buck和Boost两种模式下运行,以产生相同的交流输出电压。最后,通过 MATLAB-Simulink仿真和实验结果验证了所提出的拓扑结构和控制方法的可行行和正确性。  相似文献

某型号的太阳能光伏逆变器整机依据国内金太阳认证的电磁兼容标准GB 7260.2-2009测试时,交流输出口电源线上的传导发射超标,通过分析测试结果曲线、逆变器工作原理、传导发射特性,制定了在逆变器的直流输入口和交流输出口加滤波电容和电源线上绕磁环等方案.整改后,光伏逆变器的传导发射测试结果符合GB 7260.2-2009的要求.  相似文献

阐述了两级式光伏并网发电控制系统的结构及其控制过程,建立了光伏阵列模型和光伏并网发电系统模型,利用光伏阵列模型模拟了光照条件变化时光伏并网系统的输出情况进行仿真分析。实验表明,此两级式光伏并网发电系统能迅速有效地跟踪到光伏阵列的最大功率点,而且能够控制并网电流的波形,使逆变器的输出电流与电网电压同频同相,保证电流输出波形为正弦波。  相似文献

介绍并分析Z源型光伏并网逆变器的拓扑结构及其工作原理。基于并网逆变器Z源阻抗网络的特殊性质,为改善输出波形质量,减少并网电流谐波,系统省略传统逆变桥臂的死区设定,通过控制逆变桥臂的直通矢量占空比实现光伏阵列输出电压的升压功能。利用Matlab对逆变器控制系统运行控制模式进行仿真,仿真结果证明理论分析的正确性和有效性。  相似文献

前言:随着“3060”碳中和目标的提出,一时间光伏发电行业引起了社会的广泛关注。光伏逆变器是光伏发电中至关重要的设备,承担着电池板功率控制(MPPT)以及直流交流转换(DC/AC)的重任。每一台光伏逆变器,都有一套或者两套辅助电源默默的“点亮”控制和驱动电路。对于几十kW以下的户用单相机或者小三相机,一般一套几十瓦的辅助电源就可以满足要求。而对于最近比较火爆的用于1500V地面电站的200kW plus的组串式逆变器,则需要两套150W~200W的辅助电源,一套位于直流侧承担着主要的供电任务,一套位于交流测担负着PID修复以及后备供电任务。辅助电源在光伏逆变器中默默的工作,低调的存在,但是却不可或缺。下面我们就一起来揭开光伏辅助电源的神秘面纱。  相似文献

并网逆变器在以光伏发电为电力来源的分布式供电系统中起到关键的连接作用,其可将光伏阵列所发电能逆变为与电力网络电压频率相同、相位一致的电压与电流保证光伏发电系统和电力网络正常运行。但传统并网逆变器存在共模漏电流严重,中点电位二次脉动以及转换电压二次谐波含量较多的问题。为改善并网逆变器的逆变性能,设计一种新型无隔离变压器结构的单相逆变器。分析新型并网逆变器直流变换电路模块和直流交流变换电路模块的工作机理,并将其与传统并网逆变器对光伏阵列所产生的电平处理效果进行仿真比较,结果表明,新型逆变器输出逆变电压二次谐波含量较传统逆变器降低54.87%,具有较好的逆变功能。  相似文献

An overview of photovoltaic (PV) systems is presented, including a discussion of major US and international activities. After a brief review of system types and output characteristics, various system configurations are discussed and a classification based on photovoltaic (PV) system rating is provided. Modeling, design, and economic considerations are briefly discussed. Synopses of typical operating systems in the US, Japan, and selected European countries are included. The worldwide status of PV system technology is discussed with a view to assessing its future. The assessment presented includes some specific areas for further research and development. Although no major technical barriers are evident for the entry of PV, as the level of penetration increases, several key issues identified will need further consideration. It is concluded that while photovoltaics is still evolving and has not reached its full potential, its rate of growth may depend on several exogenous factors such as cost of conventional energy sources and people's desire to improve the global environment  相似文献

The history of photovoltaic rural electrification (PVRE) from the early systems installed at the end of the 1960s is reviewed and presented in three different contexts: developed countries, international aid and developing countries. The progression from community applications (school televisions, village drinking water pumps, health centres, etc.) to individual applications (domestic electrification) is outlined. Differences between the concepts of ‘basic’, ‘perceived’ and ‘standard’ electricity needs are discussed. Relative advantages of the different products comprising current PVRE are analysed in the light of potential user perceptions. Proposed large-scale PVRE programmes based on solar home systems are analysed, paying special attention to two aspects that have become controversial issues in the PV community: the capabilities and role of the users; and the need for systematic quality control procedures. It is noted that the wide acceptance and utilization of the photovoltaic generation of electrical power largely hinges on the ability to decrease the cost of production of solar cells and panels while at the same time increasing their conversion efficiency. Manufacturing systems changed towards higher degrees of automation in the 1980s. Today's manufacturing systems again face a fundamental change. One of the key matters of this change is going to be the modularity of tomorrow's manufacturing systems. This article analyzes the industrial and technological background of this change from the perspective of a large manufacturing company in the automotive, consumer goods and automation industry. A seminal definition of modularity for manufacturing systems is given. A new categorization of manufacturing systems based on the granularity of their modules is presented. Within this categorization manufacturing systems are divided into standard-machine-based production systems, cell-based production systems, workstation-based production systems, and unit-based production systems. Advantages and disadvantages of the different concepts are discussed with respect to future requirements. Finally, challenges and trends of the future manufacturing technology are outlined.  相似文献

Several statistical reliability studies have been conducted in areas of photovoltaic component design covering cell failure, interconnect fatigue, glass breakage and electrical insulation breakdown. This paper integrates the results from these studies and draws general conclusions relative to optimal reliability features for modules. The analysis is based on designing for specified low levels of component failures and then controlling the degrading effects of the failures through the use of fault tolerant circuitry and module replacement. Means of selecting the cost-optimal level of component failures, circuit redundancy, and module replacement are described.  相似文献
