In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy state feedback control method is proposed for the single-link robotic manipulator system. The considered system contains unknown nonlinear function and actuator saturation. Fuzzy logic systems (FLSs) and a smooth function are used to approximate the unknown nonlinearities and the actuator saturation, respectively. By combining the command-filter technique with the backstepping design algorithm, a novel adaptive fuzzy tracking backstepping control method is developed. It is proved that the adaptive fuzzy control scheme can guarantee that all the variables in the closed-loop system are bounded, and the system output can track the given reference signal as close as possible. Simulation results are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.   相似文献

In this paper, the flexible robotic manipulator is modelled as a distributed parameter system, represented by a group of partial differential equations and ordinary differential equations. Control is designed at the boundary of the robotic manipulator based on integral-barrier Lyapunov function to suppress the vibration of the elastic deflection and track the desired angular position. With the proposed boundary control, the manipulator can be driven to the desired set-point with angular position and elastic deflection stay under the former setting constraint. Uniformed boundedness of the closed-loop system under the unknown time-varying disturbance is achieved. Stability analysis of the closed-loop system is given by employing the Lyapunov stability theory. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed boundary controller for ensuring output constraint and suppressing vibrations.  相似文献

基于压电陶瓷的柔性机器人主动抑振控制策略研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
柔性机器人因其轻质、高效、低能耗等优点已被广泛应用于航空航天,工业制造等诸多领域。然而,柔性机构易产生弯曲变形,引起系统振动而大大降低机器人的工作精度。为提高柔性机器人的工作性能,多种抑振策略得以研究与应用。提出了基于压电陶瓷(PZT)的柔性机器人振动主动抑制策略。其中,PZT传感器和PZT制动器分别被用来检测和抑制柔性臂的振动。本文构建了基于PZT材料的单自由度柔性机械臂的理论模型,并获得了传感电压与制动电压的传递函数。设计了一个可变控制方案的抑振器以抑制系统在不同频率下的振动。在COMSOL中进行仿真,获得了系统的抑振率。根据仿真结果显示,柔性臂在前三阶振动下,臂的末端位移分别得到了57.04%,57.76%与58.96%的抑制;系统的动能得到了57.95%,71.19%与87.81%的抑制。  相似文献

利用输入输出线性化的方法,柔性机械臂的模型可分解为两个子系统:输入输出子系统和零动态子系统。输入输出子系统采用模糊控制。通过分析零动态子系统特征值和重新定义的系统输出中的设计参数之间的关系,确定设计参数,并使得零动态子系统渐近稳定于平衡点.从而保证整个系统渐近稳定。  相似文献

Robots have become an integral part of industrial automation. Their ultimate role and contribution in this sector is essentially a function of the associated control strategy to ensure precision, repeatability, and reliability, particularly in an environment polluted with disturbances and uncertainties. This research aims to present a design of the modern control strategies for a 6 degree of freedom robotic manipulator. Based on derived kinematic and dynamic models of the robot, optimal and robust control strategies are simulated and practically realized on a custom developed pseudo-industrial framework named as AUTonomous Articulated Robotic Educational Platform. Results of the experimental trials in terms of trajectory tracking demonstrate efficiency and usefulness of the presented control approaches.  相似文献

提出了一种无杆气缸驱动的柔性机械臂定位和振动抑制系统,采用脉冲码调制(pulse code modulation,PCM)方法实现.首先,推导了气动驱动柔性臂的系统模型,对采用的复合定位和振动抑制控制算法进行理论分析.其次,气缸行程长、气体具有压缩性以及气动驱动存在非线性和阀门开关有时延等因素会引起控制作用的滞后问题,容易激发高阶模态的极限环振荡,导致观测和控制溢出,这将影响控制系统的稳定性.为了克服上述问题,在控制算法中引入时延补偿、低通滤波法.最后,进行气动驱动柔性臂同时定位和振动抑制的试验研究.试验结果表明,采用的气动驱动控制方法可以有效地抑制柔性臂的低频模态振动,并同时实现定位.  相似文献

针对伺服电动机、谐波齿轮减速器、柔性臂及压电致动器组成的智能柔性机械臂系统,基于假设模态法和Hamilton原理建立系统动力学方程.为了实现系统较高精度的位置控制,同时快速抑制柔性臂的弹性振动,提出了对伺服电动机采用PD(proportional derivative)控制、对压电致动器采用模糊(fuzzy)控制的复合控制策略.在数值仿真分析的基础上,搭建了智能柔性机械臂系统测控平台.数值仿真和实验结果表明所提出的控制策略是可行的:PD控制算法控制伺服电动机以较高的位置精度完成了系统运动控制,模糊控制算法控制压电致动器较快地抑制了柔性臂的弹性振动.实验中柔性臂的振动衰减时间由6.5s缩短为3.5s,提高了柔性臂末端的定位控制精度,改善了系统的操作效率.  相似文献

A noncollocated system has the potential of providing more precise tracking, improved disturbance rejection and increased bandwidth at the sensor location, but is considerably more difficult to stabilize than a collocated system due to its nonminimum phase nature. For a flexible manipulator, the problem becomes even more complicated because the system is inherently infinite dimensional. In this paper, a single‐link flexible manipulator having a tip payload and a noncollocated actuator and sensor is investigated using a linear distributed parameter model. With the joint torque as the input and the joint angle plus a weighted value of tip deflection as the measured output, an exact transfer function involving transcendental functions is derived. Using the methods of infinite product expansion, the root locus, and the asymptotic property of the roots of the transcendental equation, a necessary and sufficient condition in terms of the weighting factor of tip deflection is obtained such that the transfer function does not have any open right‐half plane zeros. This condition depends neither on the physical properties of the link nor on the mass properties of the tip payload. In order to correct the misinterpretation which has occurred in some closely‐related works concerning the stability of the infinite‐dimensional zero‐dynamics, the equivalence of the zeros of the transfer function and the eigenvalues of zero‐dynamics is also verified. Numerical results for the closed‐loop performance of a single‐link flexible arm using collocated and noncollocated PD controllers are given to show the efficacy of the proposed minimum phase transfer function approach.  相似文献

In this study, we consider a boundary control problem of a flexible manipulator with input disturbances and output constraints, achieving pre‐set performance attributes on position tracking error and the deflection error at the end of the beam. The dynamics of the system are represented by partial differential equations (PDEs). With the Lyapunov's direct method, a boundary controller with disturbance observer is designed to regulate the angular position and suppress elastic vibration simultaneously. The proposed control scheme allows the errors to converge to an arbitrarily small residual set, with convergence rate larger than a pre‐specified value. Numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

In this study, we consider a boundary control problem of a flexible aerial refuelling hose in the presence of input saturation. To provide an accurate and concise representation of the hose's behaviour, the flexible hose is modelled as a distributed parameter system described by partial differential equations (PDEs). By using the backstepping method, a boundary control scheme is proposed based on the original PDEs to regulate the hose's vibration. An auxiliary system based on a smooth hyperbolic function and a Nussbaum function is designed to handle the effect of the input saturation. Then based on Lyapunov's direct method, the state of the system is proven to converge to a small neighbourhood of zero by appropriately choosing design parameters. Finally, the results are illustrated using numerical simulations for control performance verification.  相似文献

柔性机构因其工作效率高,能量消耗低和结构简单等优点被广泛应用于机器人领域.但柔性机构由于刚度较低,易产生弹性振动,使机器人的定位精度和运动精度降低.为了验证在前期的工作中提出的柔性机械臂主动振动最优控制位置分析的正确性,搭建了一个基于Labview的测试系统.在柔性臂上不同位置粘贴压电片来实现对柔性臂不同位置的主动振动控制,通过测试系统得到最优控制位置处和最优控制位置附近的柔性机械臂振动的传感电压,根据控制前后传感电压的变化分析柔性臂抑制的强弱.根据实验结果显示,柔性臂在前三阶振动下,分别在其最优控制位置上获得最高的抑振率,从而验证了最优控制位置的有效性.  相似文献

This paper focuses on a new finite-time convergence disturbance rejection control scheme design for a flexible Timoshenko manipulator subject to extraneous disturbances.To suppress the shear deformation and elastic oscillation,position the manipulator in a desired angle,and ensure the finitetime convergence of disturbances,we develop three disturbance observers(DOs)and boundary controllers.Under the derived DOs-based control schemes,the controlled system is guaranteed to be uniformly bounded stable and disturbance estimation errors converge to zero in a finite time.In the end,numerical simulations are established by finite difference methods to demonstrate the effectiveness of the devised scheme by selecting appropriate parameters.  相似文献

The rest-to-rest maneuver of a single-link flexible manipulator using the geometrically exact nonlinear beam model is considered. It is shown that, with the joint torque only, a simple linear feedback law derived based on a Lyapunov-type method stabilizes the highly nonlinear coupled system described by a set of integro-partial differential equations with coupled nonlinear boundary conditions.  相似文献

针对机械臂滑模控制中存在抖振的问题以及对外界干扰较为敏感的特性,设计了一种基于干扰观测器的机械臂改进趋近律的滑模控制策略。该策略在指数趋近律中引入饱和函数,提出了一种改进趋近律;根据系统动力学模型,对系统的不确定性和外部干扰采用干扰观测器进行观测;在此基础上设计系统滑模控制律,控制律对未观测的干扰进行补偿。仿真结果表明,控制策略能有效地抑制轨迹跟踪中的抖振问题,较好地克服外界干扰,保证系统的控制性能。  相似文献

针对带有死区的机械臂系统轨迹跟踪问题,提出了一种快速非奇异终端滑模控制方法。首先,选取基于非奇异终端滑模框架的快速非奇异终端滑模,保证了系统状态能够在有限时间内收敛到零,并且在没有添加任何辅助措施的情况下避免了控制律的奇异问题;其次,通过将原控制律中的符号函数替代成饱和函数而获得连续的控制信号,消除了抖振;最后,仿真结果验证了所提出的方法的有效性。  相似文献

This paper addresses a vision-based method for estimating vibration excited in the tip of a flexible-link manipulator. In this method, estimation of vibration is achieved by observing the variation of image features projected on a wrist camera. It mimics the situation of utilizing a wrist camera in tip vibration control of a space manipulator. In space, a vision sensor can be expected to be a feasible means for measuring the elastic vibration of the space manipulators, since they are more reliable compared with sensors like strain gauges. The method proposed in this paper takes advantage of the frequential characteristics of visual information that are reflected as a blurred background scene. With the high-frequency component of the projected image features, a Kalman filter-based observer is implemented as the estimator for the vibration. This implementation is characterized by the considerations of incorporating the slow sensor of the camera in the fast servo loop and compensation of the time delay due to image processing. With the vibration estimator, vibration suppression control relying solely on a wrist camera becomes possible. This scheme is successfully verified by experiments.  相似文献

欠驱动柔性机器人的可控性分析是对其进行有效控制的关键问题. 本文以具有柔性杆的3DOF平面欠驱动机器人为例, 分两步分析系统的可控性. 首先,忽略杆件的弹性变形, 研究欠驱动刚性系统在不同驱动电机位置的状态可控性;然后, 考虑柔性因素, 研究欠驱动柔性系统的结构振动可控性. 结果表明振动可控性是随机器人关节位形和驱动电机位置而变化的, 并且欠驱动刚性机器人的状态可控性对相应的柔性系统的振动可控性有很重要的影响. 最后, 将上述研究方法扩展到具有一个被动关节的N自由度平面欠驱动柔性机器人.  相似文献
