滚珠式行星减速器实际上就是用滚珠代替齿轮,用摩擦传动代替齿轮啮合的一种行星减速器。下面介绍一种简单的滚珠式行星减速器。图1为减速器结构图。全机由心套1、保持器2、输出皮带轮3、端盖4以及三个标准轴承组成,其中轴承G_1、G_2用作行星减速,G_3作普通轴承用。图2为传动原理图。太阳轮1由心轴配装轴承G_1、G_2的内圈组成。行星轮2由轴承G_1、G_2滚珠组成,并由铜套保持器联系起来。 相似文献

The minimizing of friction loss of helical gears is one of today's most important problems. Though helical gears are very widely used in power transmissions of automobiles and ships, basic research on helical gears is comparatively scarce. Under these circumstances, the authors studied the friction loss of helical gears in view of various helix angles, loads, and rotational speeds. Further the relationship between temperature rise of teeth and friction loss was made clear. The results were discussed from the viewpoint of reduction of friction loss and were related to the results of the authors' spur gear tests. Friction loss and temperature rise of helical gear teeth were also investigated while the helix angles were widely varied. All these results, based on experimental investigations, were summarized and general formulas were established in view of gear design. 相似文献

The FZG test is a usual and standardized method in West Germany to evaluate the antiscuffing properties of oils for reduction gears, hypoid gears, automatic transmission gears, etc. The paper gives a brief survey of the test apparatus, the test gears, and the test procedure. It describes also the criteria of failure and the evaluation of the results, taking into account not only the load-carrying capacity but also the wear performance of an oil. The repeatability and the scattering range is discussed with respect to the test conditions. The field of application for standardized gear rigs is pointed out. This is followed by a discussion of results showing the effect of tooth profile, mineral and synthetic oils, pitch line velocity, temperature, and surface treatment on the load-carrying capacity. Furthermore the paper presents a formula to transfer the obtained test results to other gears. Results of the FZG apparatus are compared with values obtained on Ryder and IAE machines. 相似文献

Nowadays power losses are a main concern in transmission systems and the friction between gear teeth during the meshing cycle is one of the main sources. The friction losses reduction is mandatory to promote lower energy consumption, lower operating temperatures, lower oil oxidation and lower risk of failures.In this study the power losses reduction is obtained using two different approaches: using lower modulus helical gears and significant positive profiles shifts and using gear oil formulations with different base oils.The adopted geometries proved to reduce the power losses considerably, promoting a reduction of oil operating temperature up to 20 K. 相似文献

为了更有效地进行低低温改造,首先对电除尘器低低温改造时灰斗加热改造的原因进行了分析,然后对电加热和蒸汽加热的经济性等特点进行了比较,并由此提出了一种灰斗蒸汽加热改造方案。该改造方案包括灰斗筋局部割出缺口,盘管及保温设置等。使用ANSYS Workbench 软件对改造中原灰斗的主筋和次筋割出缺口后的最危险工况进行了静态性能分析,结果表明强度满足要求。最后通过实际工程证明该改造方案是安全可靠的。 相似文献
