MVB网络输入输出单元设计   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
多功能车辆总线MVB是TCN列车通信网络技术中用于车辆级设备分布式控制的实时、高可靠、高安全的通信技术。为实现车载设备便捷地连入MVB网络,给出一种基于MVB总线的智能输入输出单元设计方法。采用嵌入式及模块化设计,微控制器与MVB网卡以及输入输出板卡之间通过标准的PC104接口连接。所设计的单元具有通用性,仅需要通过I/O接口与设备连接即可接入既有的列车通信网络实现MVB通信,通过联网测试实验,表明具有较高的可靠性和较强的灵活性。  相似文献

为了实现将IPv6无线传感器网络接入以太网,在分析现有接入系统不足的基础上设计了一套接入系统.在该系统中,设计并实现了基于嵌入式处理器ATmega128、智能射频芯片CC2420以及网络控制芯片RTL8019的接入网关设备.该设备可以将基于IEEE802.15.4的IPv6无线传感器网络接入以太网.采用模块化设计,引入了硬件抽象层和设备适应层相结合的软件驱动模式.说明了系统中数据与协议转换的基本原理.实验表明通过该设备能够灵活地完成网络间通信,具有应用价值.  相似文献

通过总结无线传感器网络硬件节点的设计原则,提出了一种无线传感器网络通用节点设备的基本构架,设计实现了基于超低功耗处理器Atmega128和射频芯片CC2420的无线传感器网络节点设备。该设备具有能量自检测功能,并可以改变通用硬件接口上的数据采集部分实现多种不同类型的应用。采用模块化软件设计,引入有限状态机进行系统模式调度,设计实现了既能独立运行又支持嵌入式操作系统的节点适应层软件。通过引入多个节点的温度采集与反馈控制实验和节点生命周期静态测试实验验证了本设计的可行性和实用性。  相似文献

传统的自助信息服务系统(PDA)终端平台设备只具有简单的读写功能,网络互动能力较差,在文件传输中出现较大的数据流时会造成明显的网络延时;设计并实现了基于ZigBee网络的终端PDA平台系统设计;在平台设计中,引入了主从CPU轮流方式,分担设备交互中产生的海量数据流,在外围电路中,设计了专用的SD存储卡,便于数据移植;在原有的平台无线传输模块中,进行了链路升级,采用分级路由机制,有效降低数据包的路由延时。并以教学PDA为例进行开发与试验,系统测试表明:文章设计的自助信息服务系统PDA网络下行发送数据在10ms可以完成,误码率为0.001%,上行发送数据成功率高达99.7%;证明该系统具有稳定的网络性能与实用性;具有较高的网络稳定性和很强的实用价值。  相似文献

论文首先根据网络数据特征、异常特点,提出了网络异常诊断的目标,在对比分析神经网络算法后,根据网络异常特征,选取免疫聚类算法来构建网络异常分析模型,根据模型设计了相应的异常分析算法。免疫聚类算法充分利用了网络设备离散特征,同时产生的网络数据具有连续性,把采集的数据构建成向量,根据向量值,计算出每个时间点的数据特征值,然后根据检测器来分析出产生异常的网络设备。其次,根据网络流量设备分流且具有转发特征,设计了免疫约束的网络流量分析模型,从流量数据约束行为、节点的权重等进行分析,完成了网络流量异常检测和分析。  相似文献

研究了网络遥操作系统的半张量积建模问题.网络遥操作系统中存在人机交互以及大时延事件,这使得系统中既有离散事件动态又有连续动态,当系统的离散事件动态与底层连续动态相互作用耦合强烈时,系统的性能、行为分析变得更为复杂.本文通过引入半张量积给出了一种新的半张量积混杂建模方法,它把一类特定事件系统建模为布尔系统,通过半张量积方法得到类似于离散动态系统的方程.它将系统中离散事件和连续动态相互耦合的地方表达为半张量积的形式,最后经过扩张简化得到完整统一的系统数学模型,它将有利于进一步分析、计算.本文给出的半张量积建模方法和步骤具有一定的通用性和一般性.此外本文还对基于半张量积的混杂网络遥操作系统模型进行了基于事件控制和时间控制的仿真.仿真结果表明,半张量积建模方法完全可信、可行,基于事件控制的方法在网络遥操作控制中明显优于基于时间控制的方法.  相似文献

The Internet is playing an important role in information retrieval, and additionally industrial process manipulation. This paper describes an approach to writing requirements specifications for Internet-based control systems, from which architectures can be derived. The requirements specifications developed are described in terms of a functional model, which is then extended to form an information architecture. Distinct from the functional model, the information architecture provides an indication as to the architectural structure of subsequently developed Internet-based control systems. Three general control structures are generated from the analysis of an information architecture. An integrated-distributed architecture is derived as an ideal implementation, in which a control system is linked to the Internet at all levels of a control system hierarchy.  相似文献

The Internet provides great potential for the high-level control of process plants. Internet-based process control is a new concept which has been received much attention in previous years. However, little work has so far been done aimed at developing systematic design methods for the design of such Internet-based process control systems. In this paper, five essential design issues that arise from web-related features of Internet-based process control have been investigated: requirement specification, architecture selection, web-based interface design, supervision control, and system safety checking. A water tank control system is used to demonstrate our design methodology. Uniquely, video feedback, text-based chatting, and a whiteboard are embedded in the system and shared by multiple communicating users. Virtual supervision parameter control is implemented to overcome the dynamic time delays caused by the Internet traffic. The experimental results show that the Internet-based control system for the water tank can have a similar behaviour to the local control system if properly designed.  相似文献

The Internet offers a large potential for delivery of various information-based services, including the services of intelligent applications. As the availability of the Internet has grown, its value as a medium for the delivery of expert systems in particular has increased. There are now a large number of expert systems available on the Internet, including applications in industry, medicine, science and government. Though the Internet provides several advantages for expert system development, it also presents some special problems. These advantages and disadvantages are explored in more detail in this paper. The paper also presents a review of several Internet-based expert systems with a representative sample of publicly available applications, and a discussion of typical tools for developing Internet-based expert systems. This paper refers to the utilization of Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in process control plants. Pertinent characteristics of classical control systems are presented, as a base to comparison with TCP/IP control systems. The advantages and shortcomings of adopting the latter one are pointed out. Integration with Internet-based technologies and systems management is explained next. Some products that provide these features are also presented as well as common components used in corporate networks, which can fully exploit and enhance the versatility of these control networks. Internet-based telerobotic systems have been evolving rapidly in recent years. Using Web-based technology, telerobotic systems have been shown to have an increasing potential for a variety of applications including remote control, manufacturing, surgery, training, and education. In this paper, we present an Internet-based distributed, multiple-telerobot system that enables operators to use remote robots in order to perform cooperative tasks. Several multiple-telerobot demonstration programs have been designed, including a single telerobot training program, a multiple-telerobot "group object-handling" program, and pairs of telerobots serving Internet participants playing with a Rubik's Cube to illustrate Internet-based interaction and collaboration. Experimental tests have been performed on three demonstration programs that are presented in this paper.  相似文献

A fuzzy model-based method for Internet-based control of nonlinear automation systems is presented, here. In this way, the nonlinear system is decomposed to a set of fuzzy-blended locally linearized subsystems, and further the previously proposed variable selective control methodology is applied to each subsystem. In order to deal with Internet effects, real-time control signals are constructed for every entry of pre-specified vector of time delays, which is chosen based on the presumed upper-bound of the network time delay. Using the idea of parallel distributed compensation strategy and by solving linear matrix inequalities, the closed-loop stability of the overall Internet-based control system is guaranteed. Simulation studies on two well-known benchmark problems demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

Internet-based process control is becoming new generations of control systems, in which the Internet is used as a platform for global remote monitoring and control. The obvious benefit is to enable global collaboration between operators from geographically dispersed locations, data sharing and data provision for remote monitoring and control. However, connection to an open network and the use of universal technology present new problems that did not exist with the conventional design and construction of control systems, such as time delay and data loss in Internet transmission and security. The objective, strategy, and implementation details of a new undergraduate course, Internet-based Instrumentation and Control, are presented. The course has a companion laboratory that is supported by the National Science Foundation and industry. The combination is offered to senior-level undergraduate engineering students interested in sensing, instrumentation, control, and web programming that want to learn more about the integration of these technologies for solving real-world engineering problems. The course will also be offered to gifted high school seniors with similar interests and can serve as a vehicle to attract them to engineering disciplines. Preliminary assessment of the first offering of the course is encouraging and has shown that the course has achieved success in helping students understand concepts and master basic technologies for developing Internet-based automatic systems.  相似文献
